My biggest takeaway is that the most challenging obstacle I face is my own non-supportive mind chatter. 5

I was trying to create a course on Teachable before CCM and it was an absolute nightmare and totally uninspiring. I had done a couple of CC courses and loved the team and feel very lucky I was on that first live call with Anthony where he introduced CCM. I jumped on the deal and have not regretted it. I had signed up to another community that had GHL behind the scenes. I've been coaching for over 20 years with clients coming via referral internationally. I Wanted to create a course that would expand access to my knowledge as my 1:1 is premium. I got really confused and overwhelmed by the other solution. They made it all too big with all too much razzmatazz. I Spent a lot with them. They have put in a lot of resources but just made it too complicated as they are trying to support a very wide target market. I've been transferring my coaching site to CCM from a number of solutions including hubspot and the other GHL Platform (Not straight forward) and now building the funnels for the prelaunch of one of many items in my value ladder map. I've loved the sprint and community and REALLY love the platform training - its direct its no BS and simplifying it, making it mentally accessible to people that want to go down this path whether new or transfer from their existing platform. I've still got to work through the 30DCC etc to build the course. TO the newbie. Follow the training and search for the strategy and theory parts of the sprint - it cuts through all the BS - In fact I would say the Rant part of the Spring needs to be captured and tied to the more detailed training elements.

Due to a distraction from another platform, it's taken me a while to get things fully moving but so far so good. Aight let's go, answering in the order of the qs above: 1 - before CC Machine well I had no idea in which direction to go, what strategy to have, how to set up everything - and what even to set up. 2 - after joining I've launched my class, I've made the 250-2000eur funnel (took a while, hey), launched one ad on ig & fb and I'm currently learning about the YouTube ads and I'm starting to set up my email automation campaign. 3 - hmm, well, the fact that it's all in there, everything that I need, that it's well structured. I like the design of the website & the community looks so so so professional and cool. I love that I have the tutorials in order and I know exactly what I have to do next, that it's structured into phases, so my anxiety of having to do it all at once is lower :)) 4 - i haven't interacted much in the community, really, because it is a lot to take in, to build, BUT what helped me a lot was to read the success stories - it kept me going when all was getting too much inside my brain. I'm sad I havent joined yet any of the monthly calls, but once I get it running a bit more, I'll be there for sure. 5 - If you wanna have support & structure in building your online business and have it all flow smoothly, then just go for it - 100% sure you won't regret learning from them. I was unsure of the process before I joined and had previously tinkered with disparate systems. Now I can see everything in one place and I'm starting to see the possibilities. I haven't used CCM as much as i would like to as i am running my business as well as creating courses. But two things stood out. 1. The onboarding call was super helpful. Alot of courses out there just want you to subscribe and pay and think that the service alone is the exchange. Its not. Customer service is also important and i got that with CCM. 2. It doesn't feel like a money grab. I used the checklist to guide me along, which meant having to go and get Stripe, Paypal, figure out my gear and focus on the tasks i need to outside of CCM for CCM to be successful to me. For me that helped me establish my results so far.

I got a domain, set up an email, made a funnel, filmed and uploaded a course, created a community, learned to to create affiliates... All without really knowing how to do these originally. Each step was easy enough to follow, and any time I got stuck I was able to get the help I needed to move to the next step. The best part about CCM is how beginner friendly it is. I have a functioning course right now, but there is so much more I'm able to do with it as I learn more. Giving CCM a try is a great idea. I was trying to create a course on Teachable before CCM and it was an absolute nightmare and totally uninspiring. I had done a couple of CC courses and loved the team and feel very lucky I was on that first live call with Anthony where he introduced CCM. I jumped on the deal and have not regretted it. I had signed up to another community that had GHL behind the scenes. I've been coaching for over 20 years with clients coming via referral internationally. I Wanted to create a course that would expand access to my knowledge as my 1:1 is premium. I got really confused and overwhelmed by the other solution. They made it all too big with all too much razzmatazz. I Spent a lot with them. They have put in a lot of resources but just made it too complicated as they are trying to support a very wide target market. I've been transferring my coaching site to CCM from a number of solutions including hubspot and the other GHL Platform (Not straight forward) and now building the funnels for the prelaunch of one of many items in my value ladder map. I've loved the sprint and community and REALLY love the platform training - its direct its no BS and simplifying it, making it mentally accessible to people that want to go down this path whether new or transfer from their existing platform. I've still got to work through the 30DCC etc to build the course. TO the newbie. Follow the training and search for the strategy and theory parts of the sprint - it cuts through all the BS - In fact I would say the Rant part of the Spring needs to be captured and tied to the more detailed training elements.

Due to a distraction from another platform, it's taken me a while to get things fully moving but so far so good. I like the fact that it's based on High Level - meaning that it's widely adopted and versatile. Plus the pricing is great. I also appreciate the support from the team as and when it's needed.

Before joining CCM, I was in the early stages of creating my course and had signed up with another all-in-one business platform. I can't say enough how incredible CCM is. Before I joined CCM I was using High Level through another agency, so I was really familiar with the platform and liked how it functioned. What I love that I didn't have before which made me want to switch over to CCM, is the Project Manager and all the templates you provide. I expected I was going to lose some stuff, which usually happens during migrations, but nope, it was all there. He even cleaned up some issues I was having with my contacts. Absolutely spectacular! The course has been fantastic too. A little overwhelming, but in a good way. Everything I could need is in there. And even with some of the stuff I "already knew," there was intel in there I had no idea existed. Insane value. I've already recommended CCM to several people, including one who is on the GHL platform I left, letting him know how much better CCM is, especially the support team. If you're thinking about creating a course, there is no better platform to be on than CCM. And even if you're not, and just need a marketing platform for funnels and contacts, CCM is the way to go.

Aight let's go, answering in the order of the qs above: 1 - before CC Machine well I had no idea in which direction to go, what strategy to have, how to set up everything - and what even to set up. 2 - after joining I've launched my class, I've made the 250-2000eur funnel (took a while, hey), launched one ad on ig & fb and I'm currently learning about the YouTube ads and I'm starting to set up my email automation campaign. 3 - hmm, well, the fact that it's all in there, everything that I need, that it's well structured. I like the design of the website & the community looks so so so professional and cool. I love that I have the tutorials in order and I know exactly what I have to do next, that it's structured into phases, so my anxiety of having to do it all at once is lower :)) 4 - i haven't interacted much in the community, really, because it is a lot to take in, to build, BUT what helped me a lot was to read the success stories - it kept me going when all was getting too much inside my brain. I'm sad I havent joined yet any of the monthly calls, but once I get it running a bit more, I'll be there for sure. 5 - If you wanna have support & structure in building your online business and have it all flow smoothly, then just go for it - 100% sure you won't regret learning from them. I was unsure of the process before I joined and had previously tinkered with disparate systems. Now I can see everything in one place and I'm starting to see the possibilities. I haven't used CCM as much as i would like to as i am running my business as well as creating courses. But two things stood out. 1. The onboarding call was super helpful. Alot of courses out there just want you to subscribe and pay and think that the service alone is the exchange. Its not. Customer service is also important and i got that with CCM. 2. It doesn't feel like a money grab. I used the checklist to guide me along, which meant having to go and get Stripe, Paypal, figure out my gear and focus on the tasks i need to outside of CCM for CCM to be successful to me. For me that helped me establish my results so far.

All of the things included in the monthly fee is much less than paying much more for several platforms for website, funnels, course hosting, community, etc. The customer service is great! I look forward to the options that are coming soon for affiliate marketing for my courses.
