Love that during the pandemic you were able to organize a career's worth of thoughts into a 204 page manual on "understanding and communicating with your customers in a new and different way." I’d watch many of Neils you tube videos and knew that this book would be good, but it exceeded my expectations. It gave me new insight. Their is so much lip service paid to costumer service, but Converted explain how to make that real. Not just how to build great relationships, but the right relationships with the right customers.

I recently read Neil Hoyne's book, "Converted: The Data-Driven Way to Win Customers' Hearts," and what is interesting to me is that the book talks about data, but it mostly talks about the lost art of really focusing on doing the right thing for your customers, listening to them and adjusting your business to meet their needs. So yes, quantitative and qualitative analytics are important, but there is nothing more powerful than picking your head up and engaging with your customers. I would highly recommend this read for anyone needing some inspiration on where to start on revamping your #shorttermrental #marketingstrategy.

I’ve used dating as a marketing analogy so many times when trying to explain marketing. Yes, the goal is to drive revenue, but the days of saying buy this now to 300 people, where 100 will pick up, 10 will listen, and 1 will say yes is becoming a hard way to grow a business. Instead, real relationships, where the buyer is a person and not just a number on a sales report, is what builds a successful business, especially in SaaS where real growth is found in LTV not the intial sale. The book is called Converted by Neil Hoyne.

Recently finished Neil Hoyne's book, Converted: How to Apply Data-Driven Insights in Consumer Packaged Goods, have to say that this is a great read. What I really appreciate and loved is how he uses real world examples that you can apply to your dataset (that means an immediate ROI on your investment of $20 for all you marketing pros out there).

Recently finished Neil Hoyne's book, Converted: How to Apply Data-Driven Insights in Consumer Packaged Goods, have to say that this is a great read. What I really appreciate and loved is how he uses real world examples that you can apply to your dataset (that means an immediate ROI on your investment of $20 for all you marketing pros out there).

Neil Hoyne wrote a terrific book about what he has learned in coaching thousands of organizations to build their business around long-term customer relationships via the smart use of data. If you are tasked with building a world class customer-centric marketing organization, I would highly recommend picking up your copy of Converted.
