Hi! My name is Hope G. I am a highly sensitive person, which is Neurodivergent, and when I joined Trainwell in Feb 2024, I was dealing with some pretty severe perimenopausal symptoms. I needed a coach that would understand my high sensitivity and the difficulties of perimenopause, to help me get back to feeling more like me again. My coach, Ana, has been so amazing and supportive every step of the way. She's the best listener and tries to incorporate any new movements I want to try into my workouts. She also got me through a tough injury to my back which took about 6 weeks to recover from. I feel so blessed to have her as my coach. As long as I have Ana to work with, I know I will achieve my fitness goals.

Hi, my name is Mindy! I started Peloton Trainwell in May 2026, and it has truly been a game changer for me! I’ve been an avid fitness enthusiast my entire life, but as I entered perimenopause, I began noticing changes in my body. The workouts and routines that had always worked for me were no longer delivering the same results. I realized I needed a different approach—one that was tailored to my body, my goals, and this new stage of life. That’s where my personal trainer, Ariel, has made all the difference. She has been absolutely amazing! She consistently checks in with me, whether it be FaceTime or through texts, to see how I’m feeling, how the workouts are going, and whether I’m seeing and feeling the results I want. Her genuine care, encouragement, and commitment to my progress go far beyond what I ever expected. She has become more than a personal trainer to me—she feels like a friend and is definitely my biggest cheerleader in my corner! I’ve worked with personal trainers in the past and have used the Peloton app, but what makes Peloton Trainwell so different is the personalized approach. Ariel creates custom workouts designed specifically for my body and goals, with the right amount of time dedicated to each workout. In the past, I often felt rushed at the gym or while following workouts on an app. I sometimes struggled to complete the proper number of reps or felt like I was moving through exercises without enough focus on form. With Peloton Trainwell, I can work at my own pace, focus on proper technique, and make sure I’m getting the most out of every movement. That attention to detail makes such a difference in helping me maximize my results and feel confident in what I’m doing. For someone who has spent a lifetime being active, learning to adapt my fitness routine to my changing body has been an important journey. Peloton Trainwell has given me the individualized guidance, accountability, and support I needed to continue feeling strong and confident. I’m incredibly grateful for Ariel and the difference she has made in my fitness journey. She truly cares about her clients, and that personal connection is what sets this experience apart. I would absolutely recommend Peloton Trainwell to anyone looking for a more personalized, supportive, and effective approach to fitness—especially women navigating the changes that come with perimenopause and beyond! Having someone in your corner who understands your goals, listens to your needs, and cheers you on every step of the way makes all the difference. For me, that person is Ariel ♥️

Celina took the time to understand my goals and my limitations, then built a plan that has changed as my fitness improved. We check in regularly to talk about my progress and how I'm feeling. I've been working out consistently for almost a year now, the longest I've ever done it. I feel stronger and I'm hitting my weight loss goals. I truly value having her as a partner in my fitness journey.

I’m a 46 year old woman who needed some help getting a workout plan. I needed to make it part of my lifestyle and not a chore. Trainwell helped me stay accountable and not have to think about what do to. I just clicked on the workout for the day. Morgan was amazing. She was kind and always available to me. She helped make plans that fit my schedule and needs. When I had to travel, she adjusted. When I had to move she adjusted. My text were always answered and feedback came for all of my workouts. She is a wonderful trainer.

Ive been working with Nick for almost 4 months and during that time I have seen more physical gains than any other time in my life. Initially the first trainer I was given was not a great fit, after about 2 weeks my trainer was switched to Nick which was an awesome fit with my running. Nick has consistently motivated me and help me accountable to ensure I hit my workouts each week. He gives me that extra push that leads me to upping the weight and pushing myself each workout. Trainwell has been such a flexible program and has allowed me to adapt my workouts wether I’m home on paternity leave or back at work

My name is Rob. I started with trainwell about 3 months ago to get professional guidance about workout plans and the right way to workout at my age (55). My trainer Kate has been fantastic with helping me create workouts that target what I want to work on, while considering previous injuries and things like back pain and a recent shoulder surgery. Her tailored workouts and her enthusiasm and motivation keep me coming back and the results speak for themselves. I am healthier and happier with my progress than I have been in years.

My name is Sara and my trainer Torre is great. Torre communicates daily with me and gives feedback on every workout i complete. Progressive overload has really helped to transform my body. This was my main goal when i began with Torre.

Kate is SO encouraging and has designed workouts that are perfect for me. Super grateful for the kind and gentle support and accountability!

Trainwell, and my trainer Anna, have kept me accountable to my training goals. That accountability has led me to lifting much heavier weights, improved my cardio and even helped me PR in 90 days. I look and feel noticeably healthier. My coach is flexible, yet firm, and incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. I look forward to my workouts each week!

Hi my name is Whit K. I am currently training for my 3rd marathon and wanted to fine tune and make sure I was really prepared for it. I have always worked out but never with an actually plan. I do well with a plan which is why training for races has been something I can do and follow. Train well and Viktoria have been incredible for me. I’m in the best shape of my life at 44 years old and it’s because of Viktoria’s help. This is exactly what I needed to up my marathon training and just overall wellness.

I'm a 59 year old teacher who has always felt self conscious going to gyms. And workout classes are often at times that don't fit my schedule. Honestly, the best thing about Trainwell is the streak badge. That has kept me going wanting to not break my streak. My coach, JD, keeps me accountable and challenges me to show up. But in a very light hearted way. I always have felt supported and know JD will guide my fitness pursuits in a meaningful and doable way.

My name is Karen S. I’m a woman over 50 who’s been exercising for many years. My trainer at Trainwell has helped me stay accountable and on track while working toward my fitness goals. The best thing about my coach, Allison is that she listens to my feedback, and customize my workouts based on my goals. It’s been so nice to not have to scroll through workouts and try to figure out what I’m going to do each day!

Taylor is a great coach. Always positive and gives useful feedback.

Hey I’m Bryn. I started working with Torre about 3 months ago to help fine-tune my training for my first marathon and help me hold accountability for all that time and dedication it takes to do so. I love the different levels of personalization (whether it be finding the right classes) or creating a structured class from the ground up. Torre is amazing with checking in, educating, and offering variations to sets or workouts that don’t fit quite right especially if a training session instructor isn’t a vibe. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey and maintaining power and accountability with Torre’s help!

I’ve really enjoyed working with Sophie. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a great understanding of how to challenge me while still meeting me where I’m at. I always feel like she actually listens to what I’m saying and takes my feedback seriously, which makes me feel heard and supported rather than just being handed a workout plan. Since working with her, I definitely feel stronger and more confident in what I’m capable of. I also really appreciate the personal conversations we have. She’s willing to share a little bit about herself and genuinely connect with me, which makes the experience feel much more human and personal. It doesn’t feel like I’m just another client checking in each week. I feel like she really cares about my progress, and I appreciate having someone who can push me while also understanding when I need to modify or take a step back. That balance has been really valuable for me.

Hi Ashton here, I had such a great experience with this app. JD my trainer helped me dial everything in so I never felt like I was just spinning my wheels, and really see the results I wanted to get. All why getting the most out of each workout so it was really easy to fit into my busy life. He would answer question and I cannot recommend this app or JD enough 5 stars.

Hey yall, I’m Mark and I’ve been working with Katie and trainwell for about 6 months now. I was training for my second marathon when I picked up an overuse injury. I decided a personal trainer might be a good idea for me to realize my personal fitness goals without pushing myself to injury. Katie has been great at programming workouts that increase my strength and endurance while balancing recovery and intensity. I’ve seen some good results and have been enjoying my progress.

Samantha is the best coach I’ve worked with through Trainwell. She truly embodies what it means to be a personal trainer: she consistently reviews my progress, asks thoughtful questions, and adjusts her approach based on what will work best for me. Since working with her, my stamina has improved naturally and steadily. I never wanted an intimidating or overly intense workout schedule—I wanted to build a sustainable relationship with exercise. Samantha helped me do exactly that. Exercise has become such a natural part of my life that I can no longer imagine living without it. She also genuinely cares about my mental well-being. We occasionally exchange personal messages and encourage each other, which makes the experience feel especially meaningful. Samantha is an incredible coach, and anyone who gets to work with her will be in excellent hands.

Hi! I’m Philia and have trained with Bree since May 2026. Since then, I have been 100% consistent in my daily workouts, have lost 8 pounds (increased muscle mass and lost fat)! Bree listened to me from day 1 - I wanted strength training plans to help me build muscle during perimenopause - and she has delivered. I am motivated daily and am very grateful to have Bree in my corner!

I’m Nick Roker. Trainwell helped me by giving me different ways to work out. The coach is the best thing about trainwell.

Good morning, I just want to thank you Zachary. Train well and you have been instrumental in getting me back in shape. Im 60 and my idea of im over the hill is not true. Im still thinking like an eighteen year old at times when working out. But you have been instrumental in changing that thought when working out. When my wife asked if I wanted I was skeptical but you have changed my thought on workout through an app. Also appreciate the interaction aswell. Thank you Zachary.

I have really enjoyed having Ariel be my personal trainer. I appreciate her experience and training being a personal trainer and physical therapist. She is a great listener with my feedback and gives alternatives. She has been great about communicating which has been key using the app and getting the most out of it. Ariel has made me more confident pushing boundaries with doing different strength training exercises that I probably would have not challenged myself without Ariel guidance.

As a woman over 50, I wanted to improve strength and muscle growth, but I have a busy schedule and was only able to commit to 30 minutes 3x/week. I’m over 100 days in and have seen significant improvement overall. Ericka has done a great job of setting the plan and communicating about new phases and listening to my questions and provided targeted feedback.

I’ve been working with Samantha for about 2½ months, and she has been absolutely phenomenal. We initially started working together to help me lose weight during perimenopause, a time when I was really struggling despite my efforts. With her guidance, I’ve lost about 7 pounds and, more importantly, I’ve gained confidence in my strength and fitness. As my goals evolved, I decided to train for a HYROX competition. Samantha seamlessly shifted my program from weight loss to strength and performance training. She created a personalized virtual training plan, I joined a gym, and she has prepared me every step of the way for the challenge. During this time, I also experienced a knee injury. Samantha worked alongside my physical therapist workout plan to modify my workouts so I could continue training safely while getting stronger. Thanks to her thoughtful approach, I’ve been able to stay on track without compromising my recovery. I can genuinely feel myself getting stronger every week, and I couldn’t have asked for a better coach. Samantha is knowledgeable, encouraging, responsive, and truly invested in her clients’ success. Sam is simply the best!

John is fantastic! He consistently checks in with me and customizes the workouts to suit my needs. I'm lifting heavier weights than I ever thought possible!

I’m a husband, a father of five, the founder of a nonprofit hiking community, and I work full-time. Life is busy, so finding time to prioritize my own health isn’t always easy. I started with Alex five months ago. Over the last five months, I’ve lost 30 pounds—about 6 pounds per month—and Trainwell has been a huge part of that journey. I’ve always preferred cardio over strength training, but having a plan that was already built for me removed the mental load. It made it much easier to stay consistent, even with a packed schedule. Alex has been incredible. She creates workouts that are simple to follow, yet challenging enough that I continue to see progress. Because of her programming, I’ve developed a genuine appreciation for strength training and the lasting benefits it provides. I also have a background in fitness, but sometimes the best thing you can do is let someone else take the lead. Having Alex handle the programming allowed me to focus on showing up, trusting the process, and rebuilding consistency. That has made all the difference.

Ryan is a great trainer. I do sports to get healthy, mobile, and stronger. I do not care about getting bigger; I do not care about my looks, nor do I want to look better, and he created a program just right for my needs. I also love pushing my body to its limits, and he increased the difficulty accordingly. He created some extra shorter programs for my busier times. Strongly recommended.

Allison, a marathon runner and yoga teacher who wanted more structure and confidence in my training. Trainwell has been a game changer. My coach creates thoughtful, personalized workouts that fit my goals, keeps me accountable, and is always there to answer questions. The app is easy to use, the communication is excellent, and I’ve become stronger, more balanced, and more confident because of it. I highly recommend Trainwell to anyone looking for expert coaching with a personal touch. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi! I’m Sharilyn, a 42-year-old wife, mom of two, and healthcare consultant from New York. I joined Trainwell because I wanted more than just workouts—I wanted a coach who could help me build a healthier life. My biggest goal is to reverse my high blood pressure and eventually come off the medication I’ve been taking since I was diagnosed with hypertension at just 20 years old. Michaela at Trainwell has given me structure, accountability, and a program that’s truly personalized to me. She has taken the time to understand my goals, work schedule, family life, and even things like vacations and recovery, so my plan always feels realistic and sustainable. Instead of just following a generic program, I feel like every phase is intentionally designed around my progress. The best part has been having someone who genuinely cares about my success. My coach celebrates my wins, adjusts my training based on my feedback and performance, and constantly challenges me in ways that build confidence. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, I’ve hit milestones I never thought I’d achieve, and for the first time, fitness feels like something I’ll be able to maintain for life.

I am so appreciative of Nick‘s help in! He has been sensitive to all of my needs. He has been understanding of the different challenges I’ve had during my training sessions with him. His feedback is wonderful. I really rely on his input on a weekly basis. I would highly recommend this program to anyone! In fact, I’m actually recommending it to my daughter-in-law who is a huge peloton fan. Really appreciate Nick’s help. He is a true professional!

Hi, I'm a shy girl, getting my confidence back ❤️ As an extremely private introvert, I am very reserved and grapple with public speaking anxiety. I can't tell you how grateful I am for Gaby. She has been the most respectful, discreet, understanding, and patient person I could ask for. Even though stepping out of my comfort zone is challenging for me—especially being seen and struggling in front of others—Gaby maintains healthy boundaries, making me feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I like to pretend this is (I am) a scientific experiment, taking detailed notes and implementing feedback. I can ask her anything, and she answers super quick, and doesn't mind when I need more time to reply due to my busy lifestyle. The little videos she sends me bring me so much joy, with lots feedback, encouragement, and nothing goes unnoticed. She's always ready to explain and proactively adjusts my workouts. Thank you, Gaby.

I am a 30 year old working professional, and Trainwell is the only method I’ve ever found that has consistently gotten me in the gym several nights a week for months in a row. Samantha has been a brilliant and motivating trainer. Her programming left me feeling stronger and more confident! And she put together several backup options for days where I couldn’t make it. I think the best part was the positivity. I hit a severe rut with my health and the whole time Samantha was encouraging on the basis that doing even the smallest thing can make a huge difference in your health, your outlook, and your energy. Thank you so much, Samantha!

Celina is wonderful and has created a program that works for me and helps to keep me consistent. She also sends me videos on mods that are so helpful when I’m finding things difficult. I go back to the videos often. Finally, Celina has a wonderfully positive attitude.

Hi, my name is Blessy Abraham. Before joining Trainwell, I knew I wanted to get in shape and be healthier but did not know where to start. Then I heard about Trainwell and what was supposed to be a trial period is now part of my life. I truly enjoy the sessions and how the exercises are manageable. As for my coach/trainer, Colby, what can I say. I had this image based on television or ads that trainers were mean, yelling in your face but he is far from it. He is engaging with me. Understanding what I can and cannot do. When I injured my shoulder, not due to him or Trainwell, he quickly responded by adjusting the exercises while I was recovering. I appreciate him and I hope he continues coaching me. He is nothing like the ads or my imagination so thank you Colby.

My name is Cheryl G. With the urging of my daughter I started Trainwell about 7 months ago and never looked back. Dante, my trainer is the most genuine, knowledgeable and supportive I could have ever asked for. He understands what I am dealing with and is always there for me. I could not be happier that I started this program and where it has brought me to date.

Catie has been so wonderful helping me get back in to a routine after having my second child. She helps me with flexible workouts that I can do on my time. I feel so much stronger!

She’s amazing! Personable and checks in without being too much. She listens to all the modifications I need and makes adjustments accordingly! Love working with her.

434 days with Trainwell, thank you to Ryan F.! If you’re looking for a coach who is thoughtful, emotionally intelligent, evidence-based, and deeply human — someone who plays the long game and genuinely cares about your health and confidence — this would be Ryan F.! As a physician working long hospital shifts and a parent of two, I’m acutely aware of how unrealistic most fitness advice can be in real life. What makes Ryan truly rare is that he doesn’t just coach workouts — he coaches people. He understands that life is not lived in a perfect training bubble. He went with me through my 12-hour hospital days, solo-parenting stretches, travel, illness, and exhaustion — and taught me that consistency doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful, how to rebuilt trust in my body, when to push, when to adapt, how to train through stress without injury, and how to keep moving forward instead of “starting over.” What I value most is Ryan’s ability to see progress beyond numbers — steadier energy, less joint pain, better stamina, and a real shift in mindset. He helped me change my identity from someone worried she was falling apart to someone who knows she can show up for herself, even on the hardest days. I’m deeply grateful for this year of coaching and excited for what’s ahead:)) Thank you, dear Ryan!

Hi! My name is Elizabeth K. I joined Trainwell close to 4 years ago and working with my coach Ryan has been incredibly transformative. Through my training I’ve found consistency, confidence, and enjoyment in my workouts. I now have the tools I need to continue reaching my health goals.

Hello, it’s Kathy Rodriguez. I just wanted to let you know that all the training sessions that you have provided me have been great and I’m able to do them. However, it’s so difficult trying to get motivated during the holidays. I am not giving up and I’m going to move forward with my training and if I miss some sessions, it’ll be OK for me. You are a great trainer and that’s why I haven’t changed trainers because your sessions are made up specific to my needs. Again, thank you for everything you do and the patience that you have with individuals like me who fall off the wagon sometimes. Thank you.

I am a busy and active woman in my 40s who learned the importance of working out in her late 20s. Over time, I've taken up a number of fitness activities, as a way to try to be in shape and to chase general wellbeing. Moving will always yield benefits, but I stopped seeing the progress that I was expecting (cosmetic, and with performance, mobility and strength), even though I was putting in the work, and recovery was taking more than it used to. Kris invited me to try Trainwell and it turned out to be what I didn’t realize that I needed. She paid attention to every detail of our conversation during our first meeting and created a perfect plan for ME. Since I started, almost four months ago, I have seen: improved sleep, increased overall strength, increased core strength, improved mobility, improved body composition and decreased body fat percentage - all things that I had become frustrated with. The best part is that it has all been structured into a realistic plan that takes into account my available resources. Kris is a very knowledgeable trainer with a kind and empathetic approach. She celebrates my victories, motivates me to push myself and gives me valuable feedback. Trainwell has been game-changing: it's helped me to stop overthinking, to remain consistent and to work smarter, not harder. Thank you, Kris! I will keep showing up, because I am excited to see where this journey will take me next. :)

My name is Charles, I am 46 years old, and I started Trainwell back in August of this year (2025). It has been an incredible experience so far. I have multiple sclerosis with manageable symptoms, so one of first things I looking for in a trainer or exercise program is someone who is able to hear me out and work with me to possibly get the results that I am hoping to achieve (in my case - weight loss, flexibility, building strength, overall symptom management, etc.). Working with my trainer Dylan has been more than I could have ever expected. Since I started in August, I am well on my way to achieving those goals, and have already lost close to 50 lbs, my flexibility has increased tremendously, I am feeling stronger in ways I haven’t felt in years, and my muscle tone is becoming consistently solid on both sides of my body. The workouts that Dylan puts together are a really nice balance in that they are challenging enough to really push me, but are manageable (with room for me to safely push myself more as I feel more comfortable). Additionally, staying motivated to workout has always been something I struggled with, and Dylan’s encouragement, positive demeanor, and consistency with putting together these great workouts have gone a long way with making me really enjoy working out (something I honestly don’t think I’ve ever said before lol). I also appreciate the user friendliness of the app. Having the individuals demonstrating the exercises, being able to track my progress, in addition to being able to regularly update my trainer with my notes on my workout sessions and individuals sets, also helps to keep me motivated. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience so far, and I am excited to see where it continues to go from here!

I’ve been a member of Trainwell for over a year. The experience has been nothing short of transformative. I like that the workouts are straight forward, easy to follow and above all, they work! Furthermore, the trainers adapt workouts based on feedback. Before starting Trainwell, I had no fitness routine and I was unhappy with my weight. After a year of committing to the routine that my coaches provided, I dropped 30 lbs and I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. I absolutely love the application experience and Apple Watch integration. Because of the reasons mentioned above, I have recommended trainwell to many friends and family. Thank you to my coaches and the Trainwell team for helping me achieve my fitness goals. The assistance my coaches provided has helped me get fit and stay motivated in my fitness journey.

Hi, I’m Stephanie and I’ve been loving Trainwell! I got paired up with coach Brittney and she’s the BEST! I love how she keeps me consistent and confident. I also love how she’s open to hearing my ideas/feedback and works edits/changes to fit my schedule. Brittney’s communication and check ins makes me feel valued and appreciated! With Trainwell, I can definitely sense myself getting stronger and keeps me consistent and accountable for my workouts!

Hi, I’m Carol! I joined trainwell as a way to help prepare for a race and I did it! Stephany has been the best! Helping me with any questions I had and encouraging me along the way! Trainwell has helped me start a consistent and solid foundation for my health journey! I will forever be grateful to Stephany!

Hey I’m Katie :) When I joined trainwell I was 3 months post op from my second spine surgery and a year into IVF treatments. I was NOT feeling great, to say the least. Abdul has been amazing and helped me to start feeling like myself again. I’ve gotten into a consistent exercise routine and have accountability for nutrition as well. I’m feeling stronger each week and excited to continue the journey! Highly recommend Trainwell and Abdul!

I am a 71 year old woman with a number of health issues which can flare up and keep me sidelined. In the past, I've been unable to keep going with healthy exercise habits because of this. Instead of feeling defeated when I go through times where I can't keep up with our specific routine, my coach Natalie keeps me going with special encouragements and helps me handle the ups and downs of my specific situation. It feels like I'm making progress, always, no matter what. Before Trainwell it was very easy to give up and quit, but with Natalie and Trainwell I feel like part of a team that holds me up and keeps me going and staying with the program. Thank you, Natalie, you're just what the doctor ordered.

My name is Daniel, and I just turned 55. I started my Trainwell journey with Ryan in April of 2024. At that point, I was 5 months into the start of a lifestyle change that started in December of 2023, where I had begun changing my nutrition/diet. My goals with Trainwell were to gain strength training and flexibility knowledge/techniques to help support my new lifestyle, while also avoiding injury. I also wanted accountability to ensure I stayed on track with exercising. When Ryan and I first met via video chat, he took the time to get to know me and my goals, and crafted a training plan that involved 3 days-per-week of full-body exercises. He figured out what types of equipment I had at my home gym so he could customize the right types of exercises. I could tell from that first meeting that he genuinely cared about my training and was going to be an excellent trainer. He stayed engaged with me consistently throughout the journey. A given workout involved a warm-up time, the core exercise sets, and then a cool-down time. During the initial months, the workout duration was in the 35-40 minute timeframe, but increased over time to around 45-50 minutes. Every 4-6 weeks, he would change-up the sets and introduce new techniques and exercises. The workouts were orchestrated using the Trainwell application on the phone (and smart watch) which walked you through the sets, including demonstrations of the exercises. The application rarely had issues (usually addressed immediately through an update), and I felt it was user friendly and intuitive. Ryan was always in touch with my workouts and progress, adjusting things as needed. He would also craft extra ancillary shorter workouts to address any areas I needed, including a Wrist series, Shoulder series, Back tightness series, Hip mobility series, and more. Since my first workout, I made significant gains and progression, without any major injuries! Since April of 2024, one mechanism of progress measurement I used were DEXA (body composition) scans. I just had my last DEXA scan a few days ago, and the technician was so surprised to see the body fat went down while muscle mass went up. Since January of 2025 alone, I dropped 1.2% body fat and gained a little less than 1 LB of muscle. However, since the beginning of my journey with Trainwell, I was able to decrease my body fat about 3% and increase my muscle mass by more than 2 LBS ! The ability to recomposition was definitely a combination of both nutrition and exercise—and I owe Ryan so much credit and thanks for helping me accomplish this. His workouts played a pivotal part in my journey and success. In summary, I highly recommend Ryan as a trainer. He cares about your progress and will partner with you to help you accomplish your goals.

I'm Rachel, I joined Trainwell 8 months ago. I was lucky ro get Ryan as my trainer. He set up a program that suited my exercise goals and work life balance challenges, and was encouraging along every step of the way. Even though we live on opposite sides of the world I always feel supported, challenged and seen.

I had total knee replacement a month ago and my trainer, Dana has been an amazing component in my recovery. She helped me prepare for the surgery, physically and mentally/emotionally. Since my surgery, It has been a roller coaster and her chat stream is full of compassion and encouragement. I did my first 20 minute upper body workout on Monday and it was just perfect. Today I have slightly sore arm muscles-a reminder that I did it! I am confident that I will come through this stronger in body and mind and I have Dana on my list of why I believe that. Thank you Dana & Trainwell

Megan is a delight of a trainer! I do well with positive motivation and she meets me where I’m at! She’s also been flexible while I’ve been traveling which is so helpful! Thank You Megan 💕

Strength training and the support I received from Trainwell has really helped during my perimenopause journey. With a personalized program and expert guidance, I’ve seen a real boost in my energy, strength, and confidence. The workouts helped me to feel stronger and more in control of my body. Having a trainer who understands perimenopause made all the difference. I have a workout schedule that I don't even have to think about, because Kate made my plan tailored to me and my goals, plus the regular check-ins kept me motivated and accountable.

I’m Samuel! Ryan has been an amazing trainer. I started trainwell back in March & I’ve never been this committed to the gym. I have a 108 day streak and I’m so proud of the progress I’m making. Ryan’s feedback, support and accountability has been monumental along the way.

Syd is the best! I love the encouragement and accountability that she provides 💖

Hello! I'm Vyera, a mom of one and I joined Trainwell four months ago to be more active and get back into shape. I liked the idea of having another person guide me reach my goals who is not part of our household, cause i cannot make excuses then 😅 i WAS hesitant at first cause i previously used different apps and whatnot only to end up falling off the programs and such. My coach is Natalie, and she is the BEST!!! She is very supportive, hears me out and answers questions that I might have. She's very responsive on the app and i love how knowledgeable she is! I love that she works around the movement I enjoy doing while also challenges me with routines im not used to but helps me feel better and stronger! I now enjoy being active and moving for joy and for my future self through the fun and good challenges i experience from the sets she makes. And my son participates in it too which is a major plus! Trainwell has helped me discipline myself and has been the thing that made me consistent in working out and I am grateful!

Trainwell has helped me get into a consistent workout routine, working out 4 times a week - which I could never stick to before. I’ve seen so much progress in the last four months both mentally and physically. My coach Erica is the BEST and is so amazing at what she does. She hypes me up, celebrates every win, and is always attentive when I need help or have a question. I honestly could not recommend her more and am so grateful for her!!

Working with Maya has been a game changer for me! I’m a 49 year old woman who’s been thin all her life but never felt strong. I travel a lot & have struggled to find a workout routine. Maya’s workouts & support have kept me challenged and motivated. I am actually excited about doing my workouts & feel so much stronger. 💪🏽 Thank you Maya! You’re the best!

Who are you? My name is Christie, and I’m someone who values health, growth, and being challenged in the right way. I signed up with Trainwell because I was looking for something different—something that would not only keep me accountable but also take the pressure off planning my own workouts, while still allowing me to feel challenged and supported. As prior to this I was someone who would make my own workouts and workout from home because the gym scene has just never been my thing and kind of a little intimidating. Plus I’m someone who wants to be able to workout from the comfort of my own home especially on the days when I don’t have to leave my house for work. How has Trainwell helped you? Trainwell has completely transformed the way I approach fitness. With Stephany as my coach, I’ve gained not only strength and confidence, but also a deeper understanding of what my body needs. The structure, support, and accountability have kept me consistent and motivated. Stephany checks in regularly throughout the week to see how things are going and to understand if anything in my life might affect my workouts—especially since I primarily schedule them for the weekends due to a busy work life. One of my favourite things she does is encourage me to reflect on one thing I feel most proud of or rewarded by each week. Even on tough days, it helps me shift my mindset and find a win, no matter how small. Plus, I love that my program is adaptable—on days when a workout isn’t possible, when I feel like I should prioritise my mental health over a strenuous workout or I’m experiencing joint pain, she never makes me feel like I’ve failed. There’s always flexibility and understanding and she’ll adapt my plan to suit my needs instantly. What is the best thing about Trainwell / your coach? The best part of Trainwell is Stephany. She’s genuinely invested in my progress and brings the perfect balance of encouragement and challenge. She listens, tailors everything to where I’m at mentally and physically, and always finds a way to bring out my best. Her energy, knowledge, and positivity have made all the difference in my fitness journey. What I really appreciate are the empowering messages she sends—they always seem to come at just the right time. She also lets me know when she’ll be out of the office, and then checks back in with me personally when she returns, which shows how much she cares. I also love the small glimpses she shares of her own life—it makes everything feel so personal and connected.

My personal trainer, Veronika, has been excellent at safely and supportively teaching weight-lifting and promoting mobility. She's also incredibly helpful at explaining the "why" and "how" of each exercise, which helps a lot with preventing injury and staying motivated. Trainwell and Veronika have helped me transition to a healthier lifestyle after being in an intense graduate program and I greatly appreciate that through this app I can customize my sessions to fit a schedule that wouldn't work within regular gym hours. It also allows me to communicate with my trainer regularly outside of sessions to get a sense of what my needs and goals are over time. Trainwell and Veronika, specifically, have immensely helped me build confidence and consistency in my personal exercise skills and I couldn't be more grateful!

Trainwell has helped me understand what muscles I’m using during each workout, allowing me to be more intentional with my training. It has also helped me improve my form and build confidence in my workouts. Best thing about my trainer Katelyn is thay she listens to my needs and adjusts my workouts to fit my goals, making sure I’m always progressing while feeling supported.

I came to Trainwell after a rec from a YouTuber I really like, and was assigned Farrah. We immediately hit it off and discussed my very modest goals of better strength and flexibility. Farrah was easy to communicate with and cheerfully accommodated my requests. I was feeling great doing 3x workouts a week with Trainwell. Highly recommend them, and especially Farrah!

Trainwell has been a great resource to keep training and adapt it to my schedule, even during challenging times. On top of it I've always received a prompt support by both my trainer and the support team from the app, for any doubt or need. Highly recommended!

Cassandra's been really great. I have a busy schedule and she has been working with me to make sure I can still get my workouts in. She has been super helpful in changing up my schedule or making tweaks to my training as needed. She's super positive and motivating.

Working with Lauren has been so great! For the first time in my adult life I am regularly incorporating exercise in a way that is not out of balance. Lauren really cares about my individual experience with each work out and helps me adjust and understand so that I can keep going with confidence. I hope a ton of people get to benefit from Lauren’s support. I highly recommend!!!

Trainwell is the only program I have been consistent in completing with its combination of Olivia cheering me on and the app tracking my progress. I can feel my progress in body strength and shape. Olivia is kind, positive and motivating. She pushes me but also is understanding when I struggle. I love her positive feedback and how fast she is in getting back to with my questions and concerns. I would 100% recommend Olivia. She is the best!

Tina. She is the best, she is patient, she is empathetic when it comes to talking to you and telling you how you feel about your body and the best thing is that she is always attentive, following up on your exercises. For me she is the best and I am very grateful to her ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a Work From Home professional that puts in about 50+ hours a week sitting at my desk. With the kids finally grown and working I realized I had forgotten to take care of myself. Having tried Apple Fitness, Gym Memberships, personal trainer, etc. I just wasn’t able to stay consistent. Trainwell has helped me incorporate exercise into my daily regimen. Trainwell helps me remember that it’s ok to take care of myself and do something for me! My coach Hallie is amazing. Hallie as a constant support who listens to my feedback and adjusts my workouts accordingly. With Hallie , I feel that this is a team effort and she has the best intentions for me. Thank you Hallie & Trainwell for taking this journey to success with me!

I work in software, so a lot of my day-to-day is pretty sedentary. A few years ago I finally started to take better care of myself and progress was great, but this last year I felt myself really plateau and was starting to lose my motivation. But since I started using trainwell, my weight loss has started up again and I've been getting consistent progress and hitting new prs. Big shout out to my trainer Catie, she's been doing an amazing job and I really appreciate all the new workouts she's planned for me!

Trainwell (use to be called Co-pilot) has been the exercise program I’ve been looking for! I’ve been using it just over 4 months now (Erika is amazing!). I work from home, so i prefer to exercise at home instead of driving out to a gym. I did a video consultation in the beginning with Erika and told her what equipment i currently had on hand and we originally worked with what i had. Once i was getting stronger, she kindly recommended i get some 15 lb and 20 lb dumbbells (and I did, those are no joke for a newbie). I see this as an investment in my health which is always worth trying. I’ve used so many different programs over the years (pilates apps, youtube tutorials, etc), but would get bored or feel lost/unmotivated if it was too difficult. Trainwell has been the only program i actually stay consistent with and can see results. The exercises are all custom for your current level of strength, and if they’re too easy or difficult, your trainer will adjust it. I really like that you can listen to music (youtube or apple music) in the background of the Trainwell app. It also integrates with the apple watch effortlessly (and can even give you feedback on your form and speed using the watch sensors). You give feedback at the end of every workout and grade it on a sliding scale (too easy or too difficult). Erika is so sweet and always encourages me! Highly recommended 😊

As a busy mom of 3, trainwell has helped me to prioritize time for myself and get stronger + in better shape. Having my coach, Amanda, a chat away has helped me progress towards my fitness goals. She is encouraging and considerate of my lifestyle, goals, and what’s realistic for me in terms of training in this season of my life. Highly recommend trainwell!

I’m a graduate student with an extremely chaotic schedule. Carissa has been so extremely helpful with my journey of going from a chaotic “3 times a week once every 6 months” gym goer to someone with a flexible on-track gym routine 3 times a week. With her help I’ve managed to lose almost 25 pounds and consistently exercise, even when traveling or having to shift things around to fit the sudden schedule changes my life comes with.

I'm Elizabeth Carter and trainwell has helped me to find the balance I needed with working out and the rest of my daily life! I have a chronic injury and I've gotten so strong in just 3-4 months with the program that my coach Carissa has made! My pain is so much less than it was and I can enjoy more and more activities. Carissa is extremely informative and supportive and makes this routine so easy and sustainable. She made me realize I had been overdoing it with working out for so long and this routine has been the perfect balance. I can't wait to see what the future brings!
