This course is definitely worth it. The self-paced study helps to get it done while not impacting your workload and helps to process the Information in your own time. 

Understanding of safety in lifting and rigging was a really good refresher. Thorough knowledge of rigging and cranes functionality helps to counter the on-site difficulties to start with and makes the job smooth to execute on the grounds. 

I would certainly recommend the course to people involved in delivery of the works and emphasize on practicing the knowledge in your role as much as you can. 

I believe working with crane only gets more and more exciting as you know more.
