Before joining Chico's program I was working with an agency and getting low quality leads and paying way too much per leads. Since joining and running the Tik Tok course I have consistently gotten leads every day and my cost per leads in sitting at below $20. My first week I locked up two contracts. Before starting with Chico, I was trying to wholesale for about 15 months. I wasn't being consistent enough, part of that was me and part of that was consistent lead flow. I struggled to get enough leads to run my business. In addition, the cold calling leads (foreclosure list) had to br convinced that they wanted to sell their house. I know have lots of leads that have raised their hand to ask me to make them an offer on the house. I followed Chico for awhile before trying his products. They always say hindsight is 20/20 but I feel foolish for the amount of time, money, and energy wasted before using social media ads for nationwide wholesaling.
