The coaching program helped me immensely, Noah and the team were able to completely change my mindset on everything job related. Before I worked with them I would get very frustrated with the process, I would spend countless hours applying to jobs and putting everything into a spreadsheet. With Noah and the auto apply tools it was easy to focus on getting better during interviews. The team helps write a new resume which landed me a lot of new interviews that I would not have been able to get on my own. I was able to land a fully remote role with 20K more money than my previous role. I gained a ton of confidence as well going into interviews. I certainly would recommend coaching with Noah to anyone who is struggling or anyone who wants to get better at interviewing in general. You will recieve a lot of guidance and be able to practice with people who are in the business. I cannot thank all of the coaches for everything they have done during my time with them. Before joining the team I ran into many problems. I had difficulty getting past first or second round interviews, I also had difficulty applying to jobs as it is very tiresome to do it on your own and indivdually to each company. I also lacked confidence in my self at points to keep going and grinding out the process. My advice to anyone considering the coaching services is to do it, be open to feedback and coaching, and do not quit. Job hunting is a numbers game and something you want will come through eventually.
