To be honest I didn't know what to expect from the Pentest, but I don't think the experience could have been any better. You have added huge value to the overall solution and given us a high level of confidence before going live.

I'm a big fan of Craig's AI Security newsletter, it's one of the most interesting and helpful newsletters in the space.

Craig was hands down one of the best leaders/mentors/bosses I've ever had. He went above and beyond to shield the team from any internal bureaucracy and at the same time enabling the team to do bigger and better things. He never micromanaged but always knew the state things were in and could adjust fire as a team or individually with the team members involved quickly and with grace. I would work for Craig anywhere, doing pretty much anything security or even IT related.

I worked with Craig at GE, before and after he joined GE-CIRT. Craig is a thought leader, technical leader, and people leader. Accomplishing all three tasks well is a tall order, but somehow Craig does it! It was a privilege to work with him at GE and I am glad we are still in touch.

Very shortly: I worked with Craig for nearly five years and he was my manager for most of the time. At this moment I seriously doubt that I'll be lucky enough to meet someone else who would be both a very good manager and a great hands-on expert from whom I could learn so much. Also, a good friend to put some cream on top.
