




The Mom Unit has been so much more than just a program to “get ripped.” Over the past 90 days, it has been setting the groundwork that has and will be truly transformational—not only for my body, but for my mindset. The habits I’ve built through this program have given me exactly what I needed to finally break free from decades of diet culture lies. I’m learning to respect my body, fuel it well, and see health in a whole new way. What started as a 90-day challenge has become a lifestyle—one centered on long-term health, balance, and self-respect. It hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth every step, and I know this foundation will carry me for life. I’m forever grateful and excited to keep working toward my long-term goals. TTFB! I’ve lost 24 lbs and I’ve never felt better. After becoming a dad, I started slipping: less workouts, more junk, zero energy. Then I found the Dad Unit—a program and community built for guys like us.
