The AI Marketing workshop was amazing! It's not unusual for me to sign up for a course, watch for 10 minutes and leave. This was not that kind of course. I was here every day, plus rewatched some of the recordings. Jeff is a fantastic teacher. He explains things clearly, doesn't take himself too seriously and he makes it fun. ☺️ I can't wait to get started using the AI Prompt chef in my marketing. I finally feel like I have a tool that will help me get past writer's block and my own fear of putting something out that isn't good enough and finally get my ideas live, instead of just floating around my head. Before this course I had a basic understanding of AI and knew it could be helpful, but now I have a much greater appreciation of how powerful it really is and why the power is in the prompt. Thank goodness I'm a member of MeasureU and have access to this type of quality training. Forever a fan!

It took literally 2 minutes, from the time I finished the Quick Start, until the time Clarity was published on my site, using GTM. What you and Jeff do is life changing. It doesn't just make you a few bucks. You teach people and empower them. I was out of a job Dec 2018 and my contracts had an unfortunate story as well. My only local reference refused to give me one despite me responsible for bringing over $50,000 in fees that resulted in his incorperation. I apologise if I seem over confident or bragging, but you have no idea how far my team have come as a result of quality training you and Jeff provide. I was right! On day 1 I shockingly had no regrets - anytime I've spent this kind of money (usually on business coaching) I am filled with regret. I finished this course and have zero regrets about the money spent! I can now better sell GA4 and better explain why pricing is so high - there is a great deal of work to be done. “A game-changer... we can hit the ground running before anyone has a chance to catch up.” "At first, I was unsure of what to expect. I was impressed by the level of professionalism, diligence, and carefully considered structure in which the course was mapped out. I found myself pleasantly surprised by the wide knowledge Jeff had, not only in GA4 and the in-depth sales process, but the holistic understanding of other web sectors and how they hang together such as web development, SEO, WPO, and maintaining a humble manner while carefully considering every question or thought from the group. A partner had asked me to join this program, so we had the same understanding of how to plan out our sales strategy with GA4. Honestly, I did not expect to learn as much as I have, although I had some of the information before, this course opened my thinking, with the information I had already, introduced information I had not even considered, and brought it all together nicely into a well organised efficient set of processes. I should also mention that comments, questions, and general sharing from other group members sparked innovative thoughts. My biggest takeaway from this course is the understanding of the analytics sales processes and the tools set up. If I had not taken this course, I would have had to create all these processes myself and then evaluate over time to figure out what changes were needed. I was impressed by the level of professionalism, diligence, and carefully considered structure in which the course was mapped out. I found myself pleasantly surprised by the wide knowledge Jeff had, not only in GA4 and the in-depth sales process, but the holistic understanding of other web sectors and how they hang together such as web development, SEO, WPO, and maintaining a humble manner while carefully considering every question or thought from the group. A partner had asked me to join this program, so we had the same understanding of how to plan out our sales strategy with GA4. Honestly, I did not expect to learn as much as I have, although I had some of the information before, this course opened my thinking, with the information I had already, introduced information I had not even considered, and brought it all together nicely into a well organised efficient set of processes. I should also mention that comments, questions, and general sharing from other group members sparked innovative thoughts. My biggest takeaway from this course is the understanding of the analytics sales processes and the tools set up. It's great to be able to post a question and know that other people actually understand the material you are talking about. I'm used to people saying, "sorry I have no clue." One specific issue I had that @Fred Pike helped me out tremendously was trying to figure out how to get data sent to my GA4 property on a huge news site where numerous articles get posted daily. The main issue I was having was getting the category data that you are able to set on the backend of WordPress sent to GA4 without going over data limits such as the 100 characters, 25 parameters with each event, and of course cardinality. Took weeks of testing data and then monitoring the data, but so far so good!!

The training is very well laid out and follows a logical sequence. The biggest benefit to me personally was that Jeff shares different ways to locate and analyse problems. Rather than just show and list of problems and answers, he explains in-depth how to find your own answers to issues you may be having or may have in the future. Classic example of teach a man to fish! After receiving my CYA certification, I went on to take Google's official GA4 certification, which I completed and passed handsomely in less than 20 minutes. I have therefore written below what I would like to say, in the hope that this may be useful anyway. - - - - - As a member of Cohort 1, I just wanted to give a shout out to Jeff and his GA4 CYA training. To be honest, I wasn't really sure what to expect going in, as GA4 is still updating at a fairly rapid pace and things are constantly changing. What I did know beforehand was Jeff's expertise in Google Analytics, as I have also taken his previous courses in this field. In a nutshell, this course goes through everything you need to know about GA4. Whether you are migrating from Universal Analytics or have never used analytics before. The training is very well laid out and follows a logical sequence. It's a lot to learn in a short space of time, but due to the urgency of getting clients migrated, it is by far the fastest way to get your new services up and running - before the rush. The biggest benefit to me personally was that Jeff shares different ways to locate and analyse problems. Rather than just show and list of problems and answers, he explains in-depth how to find your own answers to issues you may be having or may have in the future. Classic example of teach a man to fish! After receiving my CYA certification, I went on to take Google's official GA4 certification, which I completed and passed handsomely in less than 20 minutes. If you're serious about understanding GA4 in the shortest time possible, sign-up today for the next CYA Cohort. You will NOT be disappointed. Jeff goes above and beyond and is very focused on the group he is working with. I met a lot of great people in Cohort 1 and am already networking with a few of them professionally. Hi Jeff The course has been excellent, and what I've learned from it has been essential. So, thank you for what you did in gifting this to us last year. One of the key things was understanding where GTM needs to operate as the data collector. Another thing was understanding how to identify drop off points. In my charity, this meant being able to see where people were getting lost in our materials, and where our messaging was causing people to exit. I just had one question, which is - are there any plans to update the course for Google Analytics 4? Hi Jeff The course has been excellent, and what I've learned from it has been essential. So, thank you for what you did in gifting this to us last year. One of the key things was understanding where GTM needs to operate as the data collector. Another thing was understanding how to identify drop off points. In my charity, this meant being able to see where people were getting lost in our materials, and where our messaging was causing people to exit. I just had one question, which is - are there any plans to update the course for Google Analytics 4? But the course goes way beyond. Very detailed. Very practical. The downloadables are right on spot and really help putting together your LinkedIn sales strategy, but your sales strategy altogether. Great also to have not only the videos but the transcripts.

I had high hopes for the 6 am one by CXL, until I realised that the calendar link went to the registration page and that (when I registered again) I saw that a private link should have been mailed to me (but never was and yes I did check spam). Which is to say that webinars don't always go to plan - I couldn't even get to see that one. Your webinar was at 7 am my time. I was in early so I didn't miss anything. The above story is to let you know that even if you had hundreds of complaints from people who couldn't log in to your webinar right away, webinars can be hit and miss. You can't get in, or they're as dull as dishwater. Great content (I've watched three G4 presentations so far and this was the best). And at the end an offer to good to refuse. We're getting some clicks in for a retargeting campaign next month when I will give them a lead magnet. I'm learning how to promote my own agency through ads through this client, who is an agency, and it's good to have. This is confirming the stuff here works!

In your video ""How do you choose goal values?"" you have a budget calculator and you say you could use net revenue per lead as a goal value? When I downloaded the calculator I noticed it doesn't have a net revenue per lead row at all. I wonder if I could I calculate it myself using a product margin? So for all of them may I say thank you for 90% of those that got your cash flow generator that did not thank you … I AM saying THANK YOU for them. Now, as a CPA since 1976, financial analyst and consultant for over 550+ American businesses - coast to coast … I would like to ""Give"" you something to think about. #1) Teach your clients to reformat their income statements (and also your cash flow pro-forma predictor) using the ""Contribution Margin (aka breakeven) format. In your generator ""generally speaking"" the fixed costs cannot be cut as easily as the variable expenses as ""subtly suggested"" in your current model. #3) The full set of financials (income statement, balance sheet, source use, etc.) are the Effects but never the engine of Causation. I might suggest to you to also offer an ""Executive Dashboard"" predictive template for defining what it is that drives / determines the sales volume changes and the gross margins they produce. I am willing to provide you with some incredible ideas you may not of thought of as of yet … free of charge. No catch. I am writing this email to you because I successfully completed your Google Analytics Mastery and I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity of learning GA so easily. As I appreciate your understanding in regards to my personal situation, I would like to share with you some thoughts I had during the Mastery, in case these could help you to optimise contents. I found the level of the classes very appropriately selected. Although I don't own a website and it took me a while to realise that I could use Google's Merchandise Store account to play around with GA. Later, in the advanced lessons, I understood very easily the advantages of using advanced techniques, although I struggled a bit to figure out where to use code. The same thing occurred with GTM. I clearly see its usefulness but again since I do not own a website I couldn't do any hands-on work. I found the videos about Google Analytics Consulting very insightful. Since I haven't worked in this sector yet, they proved very helpful for me to understand which are the stakeholders that I can expect to find as an analyst. Lastly, I found the presentation of a couple of guest lecturers especially interesting: Lea Pica and Talia Wolf. These also helped me to gain some practical insight into what I could do as an analyst in the future. Overall, I am very happy with the Mastery and I don't think there's much room for improvement. As I appreciate your understanding in regards to my personal situation, I would like to share with you some thoughts I had during the Mastery, in case these could help you to optimise contents. I found the level of the classes very appropriately selected. Although I don't own a website and it took me a while to realise that I could use Google's Merchandise Store account to play around with GA. Later, in the advanced lessons, I understood very easily the advantages of using advanced techniques, although I struggled a bit to figure out where to use code. The same thing occurred with GTM. I clearly see its usefulness but again since I do not own a website I couldn't do any hands-on work. I found the videos about Google Analytics Consulting very insightful. Since I haven't worked in this sector yet, they proved very helpful for me to understand which are the stakeholders that I can expect to find as an analyst. Lastly, I found the presentation of a couple of guest lecturers especially interesting: Lea Pica and Talia Wolf. These also helped me to gain some practical insight into what I could do as an analyst in the future. Overall, I am very happy with the Mastery and I don't think there's much room for improvement. Hello Jeff, On a side note, about two weeks after taking your Google Ads training I became Google Search and Shopping certified. My wife and I created the ads over about 2 weeks and did literally 4,000% better in ad sales than the previous four marketing companies I've wasted thousands of dollars with. So, it's refreshing to hear that there are other routes that are encouraged more than Google Ads. I help with project management and content strategy and I always struggle with ad suggestions for low budget, low traffic (small businesses). Jeff, I Think what you are doing for the American business person is a ""real"" touch of class. So for all of them may I say thank you for 90% of those that got your cash flow generator that did not thank you … I AM saying THANK YOU for them. Now, as a CPA since 1976, financial analyst and consultant for over 550+ American businesses - coast to coast … I would like to ""Give"" you something to think about. #1) Teach your clients to reformat their income statements (and also your cash flow pro-forma predictor) using the ""Contribution Margin (aka breakeven) format. In your generator ""generally speaking"" the fixed costs cannot be cut as easily as the variable expenses as ""subtly suggested"" in your current model. #3) The full set of financials (income statement, balance sheet, source use, etc.) are the Effects but never the engine of Causation. I might suggest to you to also offer an ""Executive Dashboard"" predictive template for defining what it is that drives / determines the sales volume changes and the gross margins they produce. I am willing to provide you with some incredible ideas you may not of thought of as of yet … free of charge. No catch. It is my way of really thanking you for what you are trying to do for OUR country. Blessings

Stephen K.: Things are going well … we’ve landed a bunch of rebranding projects. We started implementing some of the closing deck stuff that was part of Project Apollo and I have to say the closing part of it was super easy, it was really easy. THere was very little negotiation. They asked to negotiate, but it was like na, those are the prices and they agreed to it. The one thing I’m finding is that because we come off the end to end solution from the design through to all the marketing part of it, there is a lightbulb moment where they say “So you can do it all and I don’t have to speak to 5 people?” So that’s been good. Since we all last spoke, we've become an Infusionsoft partner. It’s our CRM of choice and we know it inside and out. It’s created a network of gyms that we work with .. for the one gym we’ve created a complete lifestyle solution. The other gyms want to buy it from us. Some gyms value design, others just value the system. [...] It’s been a busy one. We made a hire in December for a developer and we’re about to hire another project manager. That plan we did at the start, some of that stuff is kicking in as well. What I’m conscious about is that we’ve got all this work coming in and we need to fulfill it … once these clients roll off, we need the next clients coming in. [...] Jeff: Cheers, that’s what I like to hear. I think you can all learn from this too. Very specialised, while having multiple options. Being the best and believing it. [...] If you don’t mind sharing. What was the aha moment to get to that point? Was it part of the information being able to map it out or the volume of leads. [...] Stephen K.: The web is getting more sophisticated and people are expecting better experiences and better design. The sites we do are really slick and work on all devices. [...] There is a part of my brain that is marketing driven and once we got our brain around Infusionsoft and being able to hide the software behind the design. [...] And then from watching your analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio, I have a good understanding of how it works. I don’t go in there and do a lot of it myself, but I can sit down with someone and have a conversation, I can spot where things are right, I can tell when someone is bullshitting me on something. I just have enough knowledge, plus with common sense … once you’ve got that end to end kind of how it all joins up. When I’m sitting down with people, any questions that get thrown to me, I’m not getting caught out, I’m answering the questions and that all breeds confidence, doesn’t it. [...] What it always comes back to … some of the things that people tell us is, you’re expensive but you are top drawer. You are really good. And I like the people say you are expensive, because as a studio I’d rather maintain that philosophy and have projects were the budgets are high, which gives us loads of room. We’ve just taken on a developer that used to work in a studio where the most expensive websites cost 2000 pounds, where they had to complete a website in a day and I tell him that he’s got two weeks, but it’s gotta be awesome. He really knows his stuff and he’s covering everything we need to do. Suddenly our web development was previously 8/10 and it’s now 9 pushing 10/10. [...] I don’t know if I’ve answered the question, but it’s loads of things.

So, you know how it goes. I wanted to apologize for taking a while to get back to you - it's not normally how I operate. I'm normally way more responsive and I place a high value on communication. So again, thanks for responding to me and waiting for my reply. You and I both know that there's a lot of guys/gals out there now coming into the data-driven marketing world, but I've always leaned towards your style of delivery. It's common-sense, clear, and you're relatable. To be honest with you, the reason I haven't reached out to you directly before, was because my skill-set wasn't up to par. (I'm my own worst critic, so it's a never-ending journey to ""perfection."") But that's the beauty about life, isn't it? Always striving for more, and helping others along the way. That's why I started thinking about how to actually help DataDrivenU to become a name synonymous with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and all the other data-rich marketing platforms. Some of which are unknown to us now. I see your brand's identity almost like a seal-of-approval on websites across the marketing world. I imagine a world in which Niel Patel shit's his pants because someone's taking over. 😂 A long time ago, I had the chance to talk with Tony Robbins over the phone and ask him a few questions. One of the questions I asked him was, ""If you could go back in time and only change one thing about your career choices, what would it be?"" You know what he said to me? He said, ""I wouldn't have branded ME."" And that stuck with me for a long time - even to this day. The reason why I feel so passionately about your brand, is because you helped me in ways hard to even explain in an email. You help me see value in myself, and put food on the table for my three daughters and wife. And for that, my friend, I'm truly grateful.

Hi, I'm Jason - my agency is Marsh 8 ... I've been in business on my own for over 10 years, the current iteration of my agency is probably about 6 years or so. In that time I've never really had a really precisely or clearly defined new business development process. There was a lot of trial and error, different things I've experimented with over the years with no idea whether these were the right things to do or the wrong things, but just try something and see how it went, win a piece of business, try something else, lose it and iterate from there. But when I came across Jeff and I've been part of his Data Driven courses for a number of years, but when he did offer the Project Apollo, I jumped right on that immediately because I knew that was really one thing that I could definitely do better and was certainly holding me back in terms of reaching the level of business that I ultimately aspire to create. So, looking at the process even something as simple as creating an elevator pitch, back a few months ago somebody would ask me what I would do and I would blabber for a minute about this, that or the other thing. I would literally make no sense, whereas now I have a much more succinctly defined elevator pitch that is defined to talk to the person that I'm ultimately trying to appeal to. The next thing is, is in the past I'd get a lead, I wasn't exactly sure what's the best way to follow up with this lead. Through Project Apollo, you know, the nice thing is ... it's two things, right: One, there's a really very clear and detailed blueprint to follow from step by step how to generate the leads, what to do with the leads, how to win the business once you have them, but more importantly the second part is that it's proven. It's not just that I have it laid out for me, but now I know I'm actually working on the right things, so it's incumbent upon me to keep working the system and learning how to execute it better and make individual parts better as I go. But at least I know I'm doing the right stuff, even take for example just the lead qualification. I'd get a lead, but there is now a clearly defined process in terms of qualifying the lead ... do I even schedule a call with this person? There is a series of 5 or 6 things that I will now look at before I jump onto a call with them. Once I do jump on the call with them, how do I further qualify this prospect to determine whether or not my agency is a good fit, is this the type of client that I want to work with and then begin the selling process. So, moving into then doing some discovery, putting those findings into your sales presentation so that you can ultimately win that business. And that's what Project Apollo is, it's a really detailed way of laying out what you should be doing , but it's also one that's proven, the one that Jeff has developed over years through his work in his own agency and that's what's reassuring to me. I don't mind working hard, putting in the work, but I want to make sure that I'm putting the work into the right things. And then the last thing that I would say is that it's not just a course, but it's the access to Jeff ... so as you start to work on these things, implement these things, questions come up and having access to Jeff and his brain and his experience is invaluable because there are all sorts of nuanced things that come up in the course of whatever it is that you are actually trying to implement and being able to ask him and get answers is fantastic. So, that's really my pitch and I highly recommend Jeff and Project Apollo. Yeah, it's been super valuable. I'm already implementing these processes within the business and seeing real meaningful results with them. So, hope that helps.

He said ""Hey, there is work here to be done, but these are the steps to do in order to be successful, whether it's at Google Analytics or running an agency."" The next thing is, is just how comprehensible the courses are, so, my feeling is that I'm willing to work hard at something whether it's to learn it or actually do it, but the key is to make sure you doing all the right steps and Jeff lays it out in details in an easy way to understand. Even for me, I'd been working with Google Analytics and Google Ads for 10 plus years and considered myself an expert on both of those platforms, yet as you go through these courses, you find there's still these little pieces, these little nuggets that you either find ... that are really helpful and just helping you doing something better or just helping you making you more efficient in doing it, but there is still value there. And in my view, whether you're an agency owner, whether you're a freelancer or someone that wants to get into the Digital Marketing industry and find a job, the bottom line is all the information is there laid out in a very clear and easy to understand way and if you're willing to do the work and spend the time, I don't think it's possible not to come out the other side and be a subject matter expert on whatever the topic of the course is. So that's my view and it's just ... Jeff I trust him completely, that comes from several years of having experienced his courses, having talked to him directly. He know what he's talking about, he knows his stuff. I've seen it, I've seen how it's played out both in the implementation of the work we've done here at my agency, as well as just learning from what he has to share. At the same price, this is ridiculous how thorough and complete this is so far, after just the beginning section compared to the entire course of theirs. I think the biggest thing about your course is the insight and thinking you constantly are giving about each tool and section etc. Anyone can learn the tools over time, but the thinking and strategy of using what/when is not easily teachable and so far you’ve done a phenomenal job and is exactly why a lot of us I can assume paid for this course over just another Udemy course. I can’t wait to dive deep and get technical as this is a new field and career I’m looking forward to exploring.

Great, thanks Jeff! I'm still working mainly with nonprofits and social enterprises. I've been limiting the amount of nonprofit work I take on to only existing clients, and I've tried to grow the social enterprise side of things. The challenging thing is, the social enterprise space in Canada is just a bit too small right now. I've gone a bit outside this niche - I know, I know... :) There has been a lot of growth from normal, non-social-impact companies, and I've been able to service most of the good opportunities that have come my way largely because of what I learned in AgencyCourse. You'll be proud to know that I turn away the bad opportunities now, too - also relying on the AgencyCourse material to guide those decisions. Last year was a record year for me in terms of both revenue and profit - I think I mentioned that to your colleague who was collecting testimonials for AgencyCourse. This year I've set some goals to work fewer hours, even if that means slowing growth. I'm still looking for the right first employee. I've also started to learn that the reason why I haven't had success in hiring and delegating has less to do with my business processes and more to do with my personal (micro-)management style. So I've been working more with partners who are better at it - two agencies in particular - and it's been a win-win. Hope things are good on your end. I've recommended the GTM course to a few people. So, I am very close to having my first paid job in Google Ads. All that is left is an employment contract! I still intern in another agency unpaid where I am learning lots of things. The paid job is to basically build an entire Google Ads division for my employer and lead a team. He was so impressed with me he said to me ""I know it's unusual for an employer to say this, but I like you"", then he outlined the above vision for myself. My boss also said I'm a hard worker and I hustle a lot and he can tell just by listening to me and reading my writing. I am practically officially off government unemployment welfare, and I can start thinking about buying a house in the near future. I have 3 personal clients to get me by as this job is part time, and my agency (the one that pays me) is a Google Trusted Agency. I am aiming to get Google Partner for them sometime next year. (The agency I intern at proposed the most expensive proposal to my latest client, the largest private migration agency in Perth, Western Australia and they weren't budging, so I submitted my own proposal with Simon James' help and advice and they signed up yesterday, Thank you Simon) It is courses like this that empower people to take control and change their lives quickly. Thank you again Jeffalytics and I look forward to fast track my learning with Data Driven U and this Facebook Group!

After 20 days in my Google PPC course from Jeff Sauer I've been able to 4X my ROI. I've been using Google ads for years with softwares, agencies, etc. I had an idea of what to do but what I'm learning with Jeff is amazing (at least for me) since it's helping me to control my ads spend, ROI, growth, etc. I'm looking forward to taking the certification and having my agency. After one or two months, I obtained the basic Google Ads certification and a Mobile specialisation in June. After much job hunting, I landed my first junior agency role as a digital marketing intern (unpaid) assisting the digital specialist there who does a few things including Google Ads. My first day was last week. I work twice a week. As a result of my training, I picked up a client who pays me weekly and helps me get off government welfare. I have an associate who may give me two more Google Ads clients, we will share fees. Training at the agency is amazing, combined with my client, I am really cementing my training in PPC Course. I get to see and start to use Wordstream and SEMrush, getting the full experience. Jeff Sauer's training is world class. Although not everyone is lucky enough to experience agency, it is definitely a ticket into professional Google Ads advertising. I have Analytics Course and I am slowly digesting Google Analytics to get certification. Best thing I've done to get a career in digital marketing is buy these courses (and a few other complementary providers). Thank you Jeff. I would gladly buy in the Agency startup course when I can!

Hi Jeff, I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know I finished the Agency Course and it exceeded my expectations. Seriously, mega! Well done. So much great information, I feel it's really going to help propel me in the right direction with my agency. On a side note, earlier this week I had ""the chat"" with the big boss and it went very well. He was understandably shocked, asked a few times if there was any way he could convince me to stay on, and is hopeful I may return in another role as they grow - but I think he knew I was stedfast in my decision. He offered the subcontracting role before I had the chance to bring it up, and it looks like my hourly rate will increase by 60% :) I also signed my first client, and I have a few more in the works that look like they will go through. So again, thanks for putting the Agency Course together. I honestly feel like there must be thousands of digital marketers out there in a similar position to me that your course would help give the confidence to make the jump, so keep up the great work and I wish you all the best for success.
