I recently undertook a DiSC session with David O’Grady through my workplace. David is an engaging and insightful facilitator. The session was very worthwhile in understanding how better to communicate with colleagues and customers. I would highly recommend David’s Insights Discovery workshop. The session was engaging, practical, and very well delivered from start to finish. David created a relaxed, open environment that encouraged everyone to participate and to really think about how we work and communicate with each other. The StrengthsFinder session that David ran for our global leadership team was incredibly impactful in bringing together a new team, identifying individual and team strengths to accelerate effective collaboration.
