The two-week board and train has worked a massive improvement in our puppy’s behavior and his calmness. Before, his daily walks involved much jumping, pulling, lunging at cars and chomping the leash. Now he understands how to heel and ignore passing cars, dogs and people. He would love to play all the time and follow us from room to room but now can switch off and relax in place for an extended period. When people come to visit, he will stay in place and not jump on guests. He is still a joyful, loving puppy, and this training has built a great foundation of good behaviors that will be important as he enters his ‘adolescence’. Kati provides great training and support for us as owners, too, so that we are consistent in reinforcing what he has learned. We experience much less frustration with him, and he knows what is expected from him. I highly recommend Diamond K9 and will probably come back for a refresher.

I highly recommend Diamond k9 dog training! My 4 month old Bernese mountain dog puppy went through blue print program we noticed a major difference the second we took her home! We got a very in depth training session before taking our puppy home explaining how to use the prong collar ( very useful tool) to guide your puppy in successfully completing a command! We loved all the Facebook and YouTube videos showing the progress she was dealing. While it was hard to be away for 10 days, it was worth it, and we are excited to keep working with her to build on the skills she has learned!

We cannot thank Kati enough for her amazing job training our puppy Juno. Juno completed the Blueprint course at Diamond K9 -- the 7-10-day board & train program for puppies. While Juno already had a grasp of basic commands, her responsiveness was severely lacking and we were really struggling with her mouthing / nipping behavior and extreme stubbornness during walks that made taking her out near impossible. Kati shared updates throughout Juno's stay and we followed along with her training videos on her page so we could really see Juno's training transformation in action. After 10 days, we did a private in-depth session with Kati and Juno and could not believe how much more responsive and well-behaved Juno was! We've been able to take her on really good walks to practice her skills, she's significantly increased her willingness to "kennel-up" and not whine, nose, or paw while in her crate, and she has not mouthed us at all. Having Juno do the intensive board and train with Kati was the best decision and now we can focus on practicing her skills at home and really enjoy the sweet loving pup she is! Kati is truly amazing and we look forward to working with her on the future on helping us build future off-leash skills when Juno is a bit older -- thank you Kati!!

I would had to return my dog to the Shelter if it wasn't for Kati. She taught us how to communicate with our aggressive dog, make her feel calm and confident in tense situations and now she is the most obedient and loving dog ever!

Put puppy did the puppy board and train program and we were amazed with the results! Our vet was so amazing by our puppies progress, she even asked for our trainers contact info to provide to some of her patients! We are doing the ecollar board and train this summer! Our puppy is anxious and on high alert and Kati's training model is perfect for her! And what's amazing about working with Kati is she's not Gatekeeping any info! Kati has been fantastic to work with!! I have a four-month-old puppy, Carter, who participated in the board in stay 7 to 10 day program. Admittedly, i had doubts and I was amazed to see what he had learned in such a small amount of time. That I was able to walk into the office and my puppy didn’t even get up. It was incredible to see him Sit, down, stay, etc. I worked with Kati in depth on Carters pick up day. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Since we have been home, I have reached out to ask other questions and Kati always responds without making me feel like I am bothering her. She has assisted me on training Carter to get into the truck. He was scared of the vehicle in the beginning. She also assisted when Carter was afraid of the trashcan. Kati is amazing! We took our dog Willa to her for two weeks for training. Kati not only addressed our issues but exceeded our expectations. Our puppy Dixie just completed the puppy board and train and I can’t say enough good things about Kati! Dixie came home knowing all of her basic commands and Kati taught us how to maintain at home and continue training and building a good relationship between Dixie and our family! Kati helped us immensely with the training of our young golden doodle Amos. Her 2 week stay-over course really aided Amos become more calm, engaged, and connected to our family. Just getting around to finally leaving a review - I can't say enough good things! I've tried a lot of training methods with my dog, and I've been told by everyone on the internet what's right and what's wrong when raising a pup - but Kati is so knowledgeable and taught me so much. Howls a big boy and he was quite a handful. Pulled on the leash hard, leash aggressive, and just all around not the best listener lol. But now he's as polite as can be ;) I cannot thank Kati enough!

I have a dog that is difficult. He is unpredictable, and not food motivated, nor responsive to positive feedback training. For years I tried to manage his behavioral outbursts, his lack of recall and his extremely high prey drive. When I contacted Kati, I was at the end of my rope. After just the first session I saw a marked difference in his behavior, and after we finished our package, he now looks to me when he sees something that used to send him in a frenzy. If he ever does get over stimulated, I have the tools to manage and stop undesirable behavior and ultimately I have a less stressed dog, and I am a less stressed owner!

We cannot say enough good things about Kati and Diamond K9 dog training. I had no idea how I was going to control my GSD and take her for a walk as she was so reactive to other dogs. I have a young German Shepherd puppy, 6 months, that did a 2-week board and train. Kati was awesome, giving me updates daily or semi-daily. She was reasonably priced and amazing with my pup. The proof is in how Skye returned. She was not the same dog, calmer with a lot of the puppy energy addressed, all her commands nailed down and just as loveable as ever. Two days after Skye got home I went to a family cookout and brought the dog. I put Skye in a “down” and she stayed right there the entire time we ate. Skye interacted with my 8 year old nephew and did amazingly well. Just a few weeks ago it would have ended with crying, scratches and perhaps worse. Kati has not just made dog ownership easy with her training but has made Skye into an amazingly well behaved pup. A+++ I’m on team Kati if anyone is asking!

Kati turned our bully, nippy, jumpy, always-having-to-be-doing something 6 month old 65 lbs pup into a manageable, much more calm, and well-mannered gentleman. He’s still exuberant but can now turn it off. “Place” is the best thing ever! Most importantly, Kati taught us the importance of our dog learning to be bored and calm rather than us frantically attempting to keep him ‘busy’ all the time with toys, puzzles, and treats!
