What stood out most was the preparation for the audit questions. These sessions were particularly valuable in understanding how answers should be structured and articulated. My initial objectives and goals were fully met. Overall, it was a very strong and comprehensive program.

This was my first time going through a security certification and Collins helped right-size the ISO requirements with our company (we are a very small startup). This saved us hours of time. We held regular meetings to ensure he were making progress. Collins helped us prepare for what was to come. He also helped increase the confidence in our certifier by filling in gaps to our answers during the audit process. Although the bulk of the work was still on our shoulders, the 2 biggest value props of the "zero2hero" program was that we were advised on what to focus on (a huge time saver!) and to help demystify the process (lowered anxiety).
