
At 60 y/o I had been practicing Cross fit for some years. But could not get rid of those extra pounds to reach a goal. Tried various methods including GLP’s. Simple 7 and coaching helped me get there. It’s been some months and now I find myself maintaining weight and including what I learned on my daily life and my practice. Keep the good work!!!

Best decision/investment I've ever made. I have struggled with weight loss since I was in 5th grade. I have been successful before but not like this and not since med school. The coaches are fantastic and if you are motivated there is no way to not be successful! I am down 80 pounds and plan to hit my 100 pound goal within a year of starting the program.

alright, so this is my 2 year experience. I straight up found this life changing program by fluke - randomly browsing facebook and got an ad about doctors looking to get fit. i was at such a low physically at the time (having tried all sorts of things on my own including intermittent fasting, OMAD, pseudo-keto, etc) that i was just moved to click on the ad and see what happens.
i got on a meeting with mo and coach seef
within hours i had signed up - there was sincerity, there was knowledge, there was wisdom, and most of all, the coach looked the part!
of course, i was skeptical. 'yea right, virtual coaching???'
in a month, i was down 3 pounds. i was peeing like a race horse (iykyk), and i had new found vigor and energy
in about 4 months, i had shed 10 lbs and was starting to do exercises regularly
by about the 6 month mark, i was down 15 lbs, gained a healthy muscle mass, and was starting to tone up

fast forward to two years, and i've altogether shed 20 lbs, and while i fluctuate, it's not more than a few lbs, and i look and feel better than i had in my 20's! (i'm more than double that age now)
so, through the program, i was not only able to lose weight, i was able to gain muscle, i was able to establish a regular exercise program (which I hated prior to joining!), learned so much about the body/fitness space through the weekly webinars!
i think as doctors, we know the theory. what we need to really get our goals is practicality - this program provides that: accountability, coaching, knowledge.
i've also seen folks enter the program and not benefit as much and i will just give any one considering joining the following main advice: show up. commit and show up. the more you do that, almost by default you will win.
i seriously hope you consider joining this program - its def been life changing for me!

It is well structured and accountability is built in. The coaches are there to give feedback, support, encouragement, and some tough love when you think you’re not making progress. No injections needed for success. Purposeful choices, education, support, and accountability are the natural ingredients for success.

Coach Seef was easygoing, straightforward, and kept everything simple. No fluff, no overcomplicated plans — just clear instructions that worked. The workouts were efficient and realistic for a busy physician like myself
What I appreciated most was how sustainable everything felt. Nothing was extreme or unrealistic, just effective. The results speak for themselves.
They check on me from time to time even though I completed the program close to a year ago.
Highly recommend if you’re busy but serious about getting in shape.

This program and Coach Seef are the real deal! My weight was bouncing up and down for years. Within 6 months of startingthe proram I had lost 22+lbs and 9% body fat. I was back to weight from my University days. It felt liberating. I have maintained this for over a year now and look forward to entering into the next phase of my fitness journey. The secret sauce here is a combination of education, accountability, and psychosocial support. Highly recommend.
