Hair Saviour lives up to expectations. I personally struggled with hair loss and thinning as a result of peri-menopause. I've tried many pills and potions, but hair saviour is definitely one of the best I've tried and is now my go-to! I like that its ingredients impact a number of root causes for hair loss. They're also affordable and easy to take.

This product has lots of really bone friendly nutrients, I really like the fact that this is a powder which can be really important for some older clients that struggle with swallowing pills. I like the addition of silica, boron and a good level of magnesium. I probably wouldn't have put in such a high level of calcium, and curcumin tends to interact with lots of medications, but is great for those not on medication. Of course there are people that don't eat calcium rich foods so this may serve them well. Lysine is also a bit tricky. Even though there is lots of evidence for its involvement in collage and bone formation, it can block argenine uptake as they share the same intestinal transport system. In general you want a balance of both.

I like the idea of mixing protein and creatine. The blend of protein looks good. Medicinal mushrooms though are best taken on an empty stomach so not necessary in this formulation.

This is particularly handy for vegans, who might otherwise get lower dietary creatine than omnivores. I really like the inclusion of the functional mushrooms in the blend, both are adaptogenic which may help support immune function, stress resilience and recovery. In my professional opinion as a Nutritional therapist, I think this is a well-balanced formula for those looking to build muscle, aid muscle recovery after a workout and overall metabolic health. I love how this product is not just another probiotic but a blend of researched strains along with prebiotics and the addition of psyllium husk to support regularity. My digestion felt really good while taking this. I'd definitely recommend it if you are struggling with slow motility or excess bloating.

I often recommend Dr. Vegan's multi in clinic. The formula includes important nutrients that are commonly low in those following plant-based eating, such as vitamin B12, vitamin D, iodine and iron. Osteofriend:I really like the blend combination as this combines many different synergy compounds into one. I work with elderly people and this powder formulation is also great for better absorption but what I noticed is they lack in magnesium more than calcium and would have preferred to see the opposite ration higher dose magnesium to calcium citrate 2:1 the opposite what is in the formulation currently and also not entirely sure of additional live culture ? Would highly appreciate the reasoning behind this why the live culture was added to the formulation? Protein creatine super blend - is excellent and would like to try it out again I have just started using my other spy and seeing it in this formula is excellent and try it out esp for highly active sports training and elderly for arthritic conditions and help with bone density and muscle mass
