Acesa J Garrard you really knew what you were doing on those recruiting OPS calls from a few months ago. We implemented that immediately, implemented the STRUCTURED interview process with the structured questions in the drive and my newest hire locked up 11 deals in her tirst 30 days and we only lost 1... Game-changing stuff for recruiting for us and I have been doing my own hiring for 8 years.... had to swallow my pride but this is some big dog levels. LOL I hope this helps someone who may also be struggling with attracting the right salespeople.
