Sean Omara lifestyle results Sleep better and more deeply. Breathing better More energentic More positive after stopping alcohol, more excited about life in general. Solving more challenging problems quicker, giving unexpected solutions Getting more social, building more support and helping others Visible pulses on wrist on ankles before couldnt see any. Pulled my left shoulder out of socket at work couldnt do pullup then because of the injury when I first started. On good day now have completed 4 recently. Can get off the ground now sitting cross legged to standing without using hands before I couldnt Itchy skin gone. Forearm used to itch a lot. Beat my cousin at the primal squat after he made it through the Green beret training. It was around 45 minutes. Resting heart rate gone down used to be around 70-75, now 45-55 Testosterone level highest since I measured. Higher at 50 years old then when I was in my 30's. Better body posture. My abs, hip, chest, and head seem to line up better now. Lost 2/3 visceral fat, fat was encasing heart all gone Lost ½ subcutaneous fat Lost about 35lbs since starting the Sean Omara protocol. MRI scan shows less fat in my muscles, and less fat in my back muscles My original MRI brain scan showed partial clotting. Haven't done a follow up brain scan but increased my net worth by 50% in less than year after it took me almost 21 years to save and invest before starting this strategy. Thinking more clearly now and that is probably why I was able make the investing strategies involved. More generous and making sure to give back to people who provided positive value in my life. Think the most benefit was the carnivore + ferments. Never would have thought about the importance of the gut microbiome. I no longer have craving for any processed foods. The benefits are less visits to hospital, no medication, being a role model to others, and being healthy enough to enjoy life.

After seeing Dr. Sean on social media by chance I started following him. It was about a year ago. I actually was able to talk to him on the phone last April and after a few questions from Dr. Sean about my height, weight and diet, he told me there was a man with a Glock in my backyard, waiting to take me out. (Metaphor for heart attack). I got an MRI of my torso and had Dr. Sean analyze it as part of my Alpha plan. Dr. Sean point blank showed me the oceans of visceral fat in my abdomen and the thick layer around my heart. At that point I changed my life. Honestly, after listening to Dr. Sean's lectures on the Alpha plan and watching his videos on social media, there is no need to follow anyone else's advice. No one on the planet is saying what Dr. Sean is saying. Everyone else is doing guesswork based upon blood work. Dr. Sean has looked at 6000 plus MRI scans of the human body and through thousands of cases of trial and error he has figured out what reduces and removes VF. He knows his protocol is working because he can see the MRI scans. No guess work involved. No one is observing people for their bio-markers for VF like Dr. Sean. When I look at people, all I do is search for biomarkers of VF. He has not only changed my life, but changed the life of my wife and 4 adult kids. My paradigm of the future and my health has been totally transformed by Dr. Sean.

In high school I was thin and athletic. In college I remember when I decided I loved bread sticks and was just going to eat and enjoy them to my heart's content. That didn't last long simply because my rear end grew so big that a friend tried to compliment me by telling me how attractive it was to certain cultures. TOO FUNNY! Fast forward... I have remained thin despite 7 children. We weren't your TYPICAL American diet family, but close. We ate lots of veggies too. My change of heart to pursue better health came when our second grader started having unexplainable, debilitating anxiety; one of our daughters was suffering from the effects of chronic Lyme disease. Thanks to a dear friend who taught me about the toxicity of food and to read ingredients labels, these illnesses improved by cleaning up our diet and going gluten free. Next, my husband had gained weight, was diagnosed with acid reflux and put on long-term meds which he took for over 10 years and was told he had fatty liver. As for me, I was thin and "healthy" but knowing my mother died of breast cancer and my father died of Alzheimer's, we were both motivated to do more. So, in approximately 2020, we went keto, following well-known functional health doctors like Dr. Pearlmutter and Dr. Gundry learning and implementing so much from them. Meanwhile, our oldest started to suffer with unexplainable severe anxiety, my husband was not improving and I was post menopause suddenly experiencing rapid aging of my skin/face and an increased concern for developing a fatal disease. We had plateaued in health not getting any better. Finally, our 20 year old daughter broke bones in her foot only to find out her bones had become like that of an 80 year old and took 6 months to heal! In late 2023 I heard Dr. O'Mara on the radio. He lived local to us, his work intrigued us and so we reached out. His response to our inquiry was so personable in a striking way so we decided to go see him in January 2024. After our MRIs he took the time not only to show us the disease in our bodies, but to answer every single question we had and passionately worked to motivate us to implement his strategies. We were struck by how his first motivation is not money, but rather is so genuinely to reverse disease and help people! Since then, our personal experiences and improvements in health tell us he has discovered not only the common denominator of disease, but has developed natural strategies working WITH the body to reverse and prevent disease that work and are measurable from home. As of today, 14 months later, my husband and I are all in. We have lost lots of the unhealthy weight (pathogenic fat) while are beginning to gain back healthy weight (muscles). At the ages of 57 and 56 respectively, we are not on medication, my face and skin as a whole is NOTEABLY improving, we both get compliments we look younger and my husband just genuinely feels better as a whole. (Full disclosure: I have always "felt good".) Thank you Dr. Sean and to your wife who has supported you!

After stumbling onto Dr Sean’s social media content and listening to his book, I felt that I had found my “home” in the journey towards greater health and quality of life and away from metabolic disease. His expertise and experience instill confidence as do his years as a hands on researching physician in the area of visceral fat. Equally compelling, however, is his personal journey out of the suffering he experienced with his own health. It’s nothing short of miraculous watching what he has done in his own life to be in the best health of his life in his 60’s! I added ferments to my meat based diet, joined the local YMCA and started doing saunas about 5 times a week, and filled up an inflatable tub outside to cold plunge. I also found used equipment to start bike sprinting (I can’t run-YET)! This regimen has not only become amazingly enjoyable and makes me feel GREAT, it’s started to change my perception of myself—making it sustainable and fun! The times I’ve slipped up in an area and made poor choices have only served to remind/teach me how much BETTER I feel and perform using these optimizing strategies on a daily basis. My brain fog is lifted, I have way more energy and just a hopeful outlook in general that this is a sustainable and superior way of living which will increase the likelihood of thriving in my 60’s and beyond. And the reality is—according to my MRI reading I have lots of visceral fat to get rid of so I can only imagine how great I’m going to feel as I stay the course and crush it! Dr Sean’s use of the MRI to put a face on the root of much metabolic disease in a human body is compelling and I knew I wanted to make that commitment and work with him if at all possible. Dr Sean’s concept that my most valuable physical asset is my body led me to purchase the BYO MRI program as well as Alpha Gold so that I am connected to a tribe of folks choosing the same trajectory to optimize their health using these strategies. I also have been assigned a coach who is wonderful in answering my almost daily questions and offering support and encouragement. She is a perfect mentor as she’s on the same path, just much further down the road than I. I hope to be connected to this group for the rest of my life and to put in the work that will eliminate visceral fat from my body and produce ever increasing strength, vitality, and mental clarity. I now feel that I have a responsibility to my loved ones to show the way and that it can be done by anyone willing to do the work.

I have been working with Dr. Sean O'mara for three months now. My first observation is that I have never worked with someone that cares more about their clients and has so much passion for trying to change people's lives. I am starting to believe that I will never have to be engaged in the medical system for my entire lifetime with the health disciplines he prescribes. I played division 1 soccer in college and was at the top of my game health wise when I graduated from college. After graduating and joining the job force, getting married and having three kids my health went up and down like a yo-yo. I would take on marathons and then slide back into the same bad habits and get unhealthy again. I played soccer, as a weekend warrior, for 15 years and ended up blacking out on the field. I had a serious arrhythmia and fought that for years until an ablation was required to normalize my heart rate. I slowly worked out more consistently and decided to start doing ironmen. Training relentlessly and completing 5 Ironman I thought I was getting back to a high level of health again. Unfortunately I felt like my body was still in a struggle. After watching one of Dr Sean's lectures I was convinced that I needed to meet him immediately. The meeting was a game changer, I received my MRI's and I was riddled with visceral fat. I have done Dr. Sean's disciplines for 3 months and the impact is staggering. My energy is fantastic, my mental clarity is so much better, I have recondition my entire body and I am very confident there is more to come. I plead with people to take the steps necessary to engage Dr. Sean into your life.

I had my first heart attack back in April 2018, where I was fitted with one stent. Then came my second heart attack, a few days later, followed by a cardiac arrest in February 2022. I spent 25 years working in the film industry, a job that I loved. The people were fantastic, and I have many wonderful memories. But the work is highly pressurized and, for me, stressful. It also involved very long working hours, and the commute by car was several hours each day. Consequently, I was always exhausted when working on a movie, and most days I would suffer from anxiety. I must stress that I did love my job, but I am not good with stress and pressure in a work environment. I suspect that this constant feeling of anxiety in the workplace, combined with the horrendous working hours and lack of sleep for months on end, must have had some kind of bearing on my health. After my first heart attack in 2018, I started to research inflammation and came to understand that seed oils are not a good thing. Mass catering tends to use industrial vegetable oils, which, upon reflection, may well have also contributed to my first heart attack. I had constant stomach aches (for 15 years), so much so that every day I was taking antacids to try to mitigate the pain. I do believe the culprit was seed oils because, as soon as I cut them out, the stomach ache vanished and has never returned. I also pretty much cut out all refined carbs and processed foods and introduced ‘good fats’ to my diet. I really thought I’d nailed it, but sadly, in February 2022, I had another heart attack and cardiac arrest. After this episode, I decided to reach out to Dr. Sean, as I’d heard him on a podcast talking about visceral fat and sprinting. He very sweetly responded to me and talked to me about the buildup of cortisol and how potentially that can be fatal. He used the herd of antelopes and stress analogy: when they make a bolt (i.e., sprint), it dissipates the built-up cortisol. Whereas, if they didn’t have that explosive run, the stress hormones remain, and they get more and more stressed, which negatively impacts their health. I really related to that analogy. I think when I was on a film set, I would always feel like one of those antelopes sensing that a lion was about to attack, but I would never have the release of the sprint to neutralize those stress hormones. These feelings would go on for months at a time. I hypothesize that this may have had something (or everything) to do with my heart situation. Consequently, I figured it was best to retire from film and focus solely on my bespoke leather belts business, which I run from home. After starting to sprint 3 times a week (3 sets of sprints per session) and introducing ferments like sauerkraut, apple cider vinegar, and raw kefir, I stuck to my low-carb, high-protein diet. It has done wonders for my confidence, that’s for sure. Whether it is keeping my arteries clear, I have no way of telling. I also practice a breathing technique called Buteyko 4 times a day. This helps me retain more CO2. I think sprinting 3 times a week and focusing on my breath have been a real game changer for me. I went for a cardiac treadmill test back in the spring, and I am happy to report that I had actually improved by several minutes compared to my previous attempt in 2019. I am sure that is down to Sean’s sprinting protocol. Sean was there for me when I desperately needed someone to help me return to health. I’m not a pill-popper; in fact, I hate taking any kind of pill. So hearing his words of wisdom that it really was all about lifestyle and dietary change and effort, I was all in and accepted his guidance with enormous gratitude. He’s never even asked for a penny from me; he just wanted to help and share his brilliance with someone who seriously needed it. I’ll never forget that. Your dad is a very special person, Reilly. Where am I now? I still sprint 3 times a week. I’m a lot quicker than I was, and touch wood, I haven’t sustained any pulls or strains for a long time (when I first started, all sorts of things would go—groin, hamstring, knee). It just feels very natural to my body, and I feel great afterward, ready to face the day. I take each day as it comes; at the moment, I feel pretty healthy, and my energy is good. When the sun is out, I get outside and take my shoes off. In fact, during the spring, summer, and autumn, I don’t wear shoes outside in my garden, as I try to ground as much as possible. I hope my arteries are stable and aren’t furrowing up again. Unfortunately, I’m not allowed an MRI scan to see what my visceral fat levels are, so I just have to keep my fingers crossed and be grateful when I wake up in the morning.

Left: December 2023. Right: October 2024. Story to follow⬇️ Quick story. December 2023: 63 y/o (now 64) executive, triathlete, already down 10 pounds (to 175) from 3 mos of keto. MRI showed high levels of visceral and deep subcutaneous fats. Otherwise, I appeared and thought I was “fit” and “healthy”. Sean assessed me as a TOFI. October 2024: 10 months on Dr. Sean protocol - visceral fat and deep subcutaneous fat significantly reduced (Sean can assess % of reduction on, if you like). 162 lbs. Feel great. Aches and pains, even chronic knees and neck pains, have been significantly alleviated, indicating reduced inflammation (I think). Lifting more weight, workout almost every day—sprints or weights; 30-45 minutes. Love it! That is about 1/2 my weekly exercise time from before.

My health prior to seeing Dr Sean was very poor. I was chronically fatigued. I had sleep apnea and was on a CPAP for nearly 20 years. Headaches, backaches allergies, low motivation, brain fog, poor discipline, bouts of depression and terrible brain fog. ALL of this is gone!! Praise God

In my mind, I have been overweight to different degrees all my life. And I have suffered from symptoms that probably pointed towards an autoimmune condition since I was a child. I was diagnosed with migraine headaches when I was maybe 7 or 8 (though I am not convinced that was a proper diagnosis). In high school I had a weird gastrointestinal issue (I had green poops for about two weeks) that doctors couldn’t figure out. Shortly afterwards I started having emotional issues that believe was due to an undiagnosed wheat allergy. The food allergy diagnoses came in 2001 or 2002, and that started a constantly changing list of food and environmental allergies. I received weekly allergy shots for almost 20 years. In 2011, I asked my allergist if my situation was possibly autoimmune related. I have a family history of autoimmune conditions (my mom had Crohn’s and my sister has RA). We did a bunch of testing that was inconclusive. In February 2012, I developed a migraine headache that lasted a week, and I went blind in my left eye. This resulted in a multiple sclerosis diagnosis. Fortunately, the treatment (massive doses of intravenous steroids) halted and reversed the symptoms and my sight and speech came back 100% In the subsequent 10 years, I averaged a MS flareup every 18 months. Fortunately, my symptoms have been mild and I have been symptom free for over 4 years. In the spring of 2020, I weighed myself and saw the biggest number I’ve seen: 242 pounds. And my oh-shit-i’m-50 physical showed I was overweight, my blood pressure was high, my blood sugar was pre-diabetic (one tick away from full-blown diabetes), I had sleep apnea, and I had a weird MS flare-up in April of 2020. I started eating more intentionally, and as I learned more about diabetes, I started cutting out carbs and researching low carb and carnivore influencers like Dr. Paul Saladino. And the weight started dropping off on its own, without me cutting calories or exercising. By the time I had follow-up appointments with the post-physical specialists (endocrinologist, gastrointerologist, sleep study) I had lost about 70 pounds and many of my symptoms had started to subside. I heard Dr. O’Mara on a podcast interview with Dr. Saladino, and something about this approach clicked with me so I reached out to him and he called in (I believe) late 2020. he was interested in talking with me because he had not worked with anyone with MS. I flew out to Minneapolis in February 2022 to get my scans, and since I’ve been very focused on my diet and the other strategies since (in as much as possible, my wife has been having some significant health issues and I am quite busy as her caretaker), and I have lost significant body fat and weight - this morning I weighted 136 pounds, which is pretty consistent for me recently.

My name is Art Perez, age 67, and it was after my third round of stent surgery that I saw an online interview with Dr. Sean O’Mara. I knew my health condition was the result of bodily inflammation, but identifying the cause was the challenge.  I was already doing many of the right things, but it was the discussion around visceral fat that immediately caught my attention. Via MRI, I now have a very “visible” biomarker behind that inflammation and something that I can now target with the strategies provided by Dr. Sean. After the first 15 weeks, follow-up scans have shown me that my body is well on the way to healing itself and now after working with Dr. Sean for nearly six months, my body is definitely going through some significant changes (see the attached photos). I’ve come to realize that it’s not just about fixing my cardiovascular challenges, but truly about optimizing my overall health (physical, mental & spiritual)…for myself and my family. It is definitely a journey, and I’m very happy and excited to say that I’m just getting started!

Working with Dr. Sean has improved my life in many ways. I've been following him for a year now. I am a 73-year-old female. I lost 10 pounds going from 130 to 120. I've lost 9". My sleeping has improved. I have more energy. I am not taking an afternoon nap anymore. My CAC score has improved. I actually became a patient of Dr. Sean July 17,2024 and saw my MRI. I thought I was a lot better than I was. The image of the visceral fat is imbedded in my brain and I that image is my WHY. Why I follow his strategies and don't cheat. I had all of his strategies, but I was overwhelmed by everything I needed to do. Then I was invited to join his 30-Day Ultimate Start Challenge. It was the perfect tool to help me navigate all his strategies. Each day Dr. Sean would have tasks to complete as far as food, exercise and journaling. Each day built on the next. When needed he had videos and explanations for his strategies. I learned so much during those 30 days. I would recommend his 30-Day Ultimate Start Challenge. It will help and walk you through all of his strategies without being overwhelmed. Of course, my goal is to get rid of my Visceral fat. I see my stomach getting smaller, so I am looking forward to my next MRI to see my results. I highly recommend Dr. Sean to anyone wanting to be as healthy as possible. His strategies work!

I've been searching for a way to target visceral fat for a couple of years and I could never find anything that worked, or even a reliable way to find out how much visceral fat was even present! I had followed a ketogenic diet combined with extended fasting for several years, and I had tried a carnivore diet for a few more. Despite all of this, I could never reduce my waist circumference to the recommended half my height and I had to struggle constantly to even maintain my 60 pound weight loss. When I finally found Dr. O'Mara's videos on YouTube I was elated. I quickly bought everything he had to sell and got an MRI that confirmed what I already suspected about my level of visceral fat. I have implemented many of Dr. O'Mara's strategies since then and I have seen steady, noticeable progress over the past 4 months. I haven't had my followup MRI yet, but I know it will show improvements because I've already lost 3 inches around my waist. I highly recommend Dr. O'Mara's material to anyone seeking to regain the health they have lost by following conventional guidance.

This is definitely the best challenge I have ever undertaken. Each day is jam packed with useful information and practical guidance on how to apply everything that we learned. I made great improvements in my energy, sleep and mood over the 30 day period and I am really excited to see continued progress as I continue applying the strategies. Be prepared for a complete overhaul to your lifestyle. Commit to it and you will never look back!

I physically feel better doing the meats and microbes way of eating. I'm not as winded when I walk up stairs. I have begun to notice that bending down doesn't hurt my lower back as much. My abdomen is slowly going down in size, and that has been my number one issue for decades. Diet after diet, yet I never had a solution for preventing my stomach from bloating. The rest of my body is fine. Now I know what to do. Knowing about a healthy gut biome has been the most valuable part of Dr. O'Mara's approach. His method works and it's quite easy to do. I am never hungry. Learning to incorporate sprinting was a challenge at first because I was afraid of injury. I mostly do them in the pool. I do saunas as well. I am very hopeful that I can rid my body of visceral fat which is so harmful to our bodies. My husband is 8 days into the meats/microbes diet and has been thrilled with his results too.

Dr. Sean's 30 day Ultimate Start Challenge is just what I needed to understand and follow his plan for health. Each day you are introduced to a new aspect of his program, something bitesized - because you can't make all the changes all at once! He explains the theory, and gives you a new task to do that day, so slowly over the course of the month you gradually learn to incorporate his habits into your life. He shares (unaffiliated) links for products that you might need which is convenient. And he's motivating! We can all do this! You have to be ready to make some changes, but that's why were here, right? To make changes to recover our health! After going through the month-long program, I really understand how & why to implement his ideas and I expect to keep it up for the long haul! Because overhauling your health is a long process!

My name is Wayne. I was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis in November 2022 at the age of 38. Determined to address my inflammation at its root, I sought out Dr. Sean, whose message and methods resonated with me. I traveled to Minnesota to undergo MRIs and consult with him in person. Surprisingly, I discovered I was a classic case of TOFI (thin outside, fat inside), despite being relatively lean and participating in CrossFit 5-6 days a week. Dr. Sean's unwavering commitment to genuinely improving health won me over immediately. Dr. Sean meticulously walked me through the intricacies of my internal health, addressing my concerns about inflammation and visceral fat as potential root causes. He offered clear strategies and advised me on maximizing their benefits. Six months later, the most impactful strategies for me have been the carnivore + ferments diet, sprinting (as opposed to prolonged exercise), and fasting. My MS symptoms have vanished, and many other health issues, including chronic brain fog, diarrhea, migraine headaches, dermatitis, and arthritis, have either significantly improved or disappeared. Only my headaches persist, but they're milder and occasionally resolve without the need for over-the-counter medications. While I maintained a relatively clean diet prior to following Dr. Sean's recommendations, I never anticipated such profound improvements in a short span. Concerning my MS, follow-up MRIs have indicated a remarkable reversal in the lesions present in my brain and spine, with most having disappeared and only one small, inactive lesion remaining. My experience with Dr. Sean and his team has been nothing short of transformative. The community is filled with supportive and encouraging individuals, and I always feel free to post any questions, no matter how unusual they might seem. What I cherish most about these optimization strategies is the consistent progress. Every day, I wake up feeling rejuvenated. I've become stronger, quicker, and more efficient, a change even my boss has taken note of. And, admittedly, I eagerly anticipate every meal of meat and ferments — each bite is a delight. I'm optimistic about the future and believe the best is yet to come! With gratitude, -Wayne

The quote "don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good" is a popular saying that means striving for perfection can prevent the implementation of good improvements. This can happen with your pursuit of wellness. Dr. Sean Omara's strategies really work. I'm living proof, 208 - 137 lbs in six months, 30 yr diabetic on insulin to an A1C of 5.8 on NO medications, average blood glucose of 104 mg/dl. I'm crushing chronic disease. And you can too. Sure my fasts aren't as clean as his, but I'm fasting every Friday to Monday. My neuropathy doesn't let me sprint up hills, but my Slim Cycle program has me sprinting 13 times for 30 seconds in 30 minutes, as well as upper body and leg resistance training. Carnivore eating (at local restaurants) isn't as clean as PFPF beef, but it isn't ultra-processed carbs! Each strategy has perfect goals, and I'm striving to implement them, but in the meantime, I'm not letting the perfect keep me from implementing the good. You shouldn't either! Keep Crushing it!

Three months ago in July 2023, I had my first consult with Dr. Sean. My brain scan showed up a blockage (a lesion) where only a trickle of blood was flowing through one of my major arteries. The conventional doctor would have prescribed me statins. Brain surgery would be out of the question due to the undue risks involved. I didn’t have any symptoms from this lesion. I first came to see Dr. Sean purely to optimize my health and to check my VF (Visceral Fat) alone. Dr. Sean graded my VF as something like between D minus to F. What was even most concerning was the brain lesion that showed up in the brain scan. Dr. Sean talked to six neurologists about my condition to see what’s the next best move including our beloved Dr. Anthony Chaffee (thanks Dr Chaffee!). Dr. Sean and I have also concluded that the best healing path is to do the 47 strategies. I was never in any doubt and I went headlong into them including the following: give up my alcohol, extended fasts including 72H and 92H fasts, meat and ferments and other fermented products like kefir, kvass etc. (I also made my own), sprinting, sauna, cold immersion. Sunshine from my golf in Asia, gym work, good sleep, healthy living etc. etc. October 18th after a three month stint following Dr. Sean’s strategies I brought my wife and son to see Dr. Sean so that they can have their first consults as well. I will gradually bring my other family members to see Dr. Sean too. My follow up MRI scan (this time with a higher resolution MRI) is shown above and the results speak for themselves. My brain scan is now considered ‘normal’ by the radiologist. This is nothing short of ‘miracle’ after only three months. I know I am on the right path as Dr. Sean has shown us through being a great example: he walks the talk. I want to commend doctors like Dr. Sean, Anthony Chaffee and Shawn Baker who are helping countless people (not just here in the States but all over the world) in reversing their serious conditions and optimizing their health. They are truly blessings to humanity! Thank you Dr. Sean for your commitment to our health 🙏🙏🙏

I wasn't aware of visceral fat or its danger until I came across Dr. O'Mara. I was in search for some answers as to why my husband who had been low carb for 5 years suddenly died from a cardiac event when ALL his lab work said he was at low risk for one. Knowing what I do now I suspect he had visceral fat. For myself including fermented foods has begun healing to my screwed up microbiome as someone who was overly prescribed antibiotics for months decades ago. I also started sprinting every other day in addition to other high intensity exercises. Did I mention I just turned 74? Understanding visceral fat has been the missing link for me. It finally all makes sense. Now I can turn around what our corrupted health "care" system did to me for decades. It was too late for my husband but hopefully not for me.

I am Jenny. Health optimization has helped me with effortless weight loss, eye sight improvement, numerous moles and freckles disappearing, crazy soft skin, squeaky clean teeth, less subcutaneous and more importantly less visceral fat, faster healing, less drastic mood swings, less emotional. Dr. Sean lays out the plan plain and simple. Follow the rules and dig in. Results will follow. Forget what you thought you knew … seriously, this might be the hardest part. Then share all the goodness with family and friends so we can have the most important thing back. Our health!!!!!

We would highly recommend Dr. Sean and his optimizing protocols. Between the two of us, we were a metabolic mess - Chrohn's disease, GERD, fatty liver disease, gout, tooth resorption, etc. In our mid-50s we looked at where we were at and knew our quality of life in the future would be poor and knew we needed to change. It has only been six months working with Sean and all our health issues have resolved and we are so excited for the future!

I highly highly recommend Dr. Sean O’Mara, can’t say enough good things about how he invests in you personally to be the best. For me the changes have been life-changing.

Sean understands what will promote health better than most doctors in the country. Started with him 6 months ago and it has been life changing. Highly recommended!

If you’ve struggled to weed through the noise to find the signal that lets you take action to drive health optimization, you owe it to yourself to contact Dr. Sean. His process and approach are like no doctor you have ever worked with. I’d recommend him to anyone that want to optimize their health and performance.

Let me be clear, I have not seen Dr. O'Mara but took his advice after 6 months of listening to him on every Social platform I could find. Following his advice I have lost 20lbs but more importantly the Visceral fat in my abdomen. The cost to pay for my MRI was only $225 and well worth it. I have battled inflammation, borderline diabetes and metabolic syndrome for years - since my 20s. I'm eating clean, sprinting, doing saunas and cold baths. My local doc has been able to reduce my BP meds by half and hoping to be off them within another year. I was on 3. His advice is solid.

Excellent podcast today on Max Lugavere's "The Genius Life!" As a physician I, too, deal with the visceral fat patient and spend time discussing health span! Your work is appreciated.

Do you want to take financial advice from someone living paycheck to paycheck? Of course not. You want financial advice from someone who's is clearly winning with their money. Would you take fitness advice from a personal trainer or anyone who is clearly out of shape and weak? Of course not. You want fitness advice from someone clearly winning with their fitness, someone you want to look like. It's the same with marriage advice, parenting advice, and career advice. We listen to those we can see are winning, who marriage is healthy and loving, who's kids are healthy and happy, who's careers are thriving. Do you want health and nutrition advice from a doctor or dietitian who is unhealthy looking, low energy...who's advice clearly isn't working for them? Of course not. Look for a physician who is clearly winning (healthy and strong, energetic, passionate, with the heart of a teacher) and who clearly wants you to win. This is what I have found in Dr Sean O'Mara. I intend to follow his advice and his glowing example and to continue learning from him long term . There are not many men older than me that I can truly say, "I want to look like him." Dr O'Mara is that extremely rare man!

Dr Sean is an amazing, insightful, and truly caring individual with gifted unorthodox practices stemming from many years treating the VIP’s as a medical doctor. He spent 25 years as an emergency room physician with thousands of untold experiences that taught and lead him to where he is today. In just two weeks after seeing him I was feeling 100% better, way less tinnitus, a more free flow of urinating, waking up early feeling alert and good, more energy and overall a better different person. After two months, things have increasingly gotten better and I am truly grateful this man has come into our lives, we now have a bright future with Sean leading us in optimizing our health as he is in so many others. Follow Sean!

I went to a conventional western medical doctor and after my exam the first thing he wanted to do was prescribe me medication without asking me about my life style or my diet. I asked for alternatives to the medication and his reply was, this is the best option. I was not satisfied with his answer so I set up a consult with Dr. Sean. He talked to me about how he would give me the tools to optimize my health without medication! I jumped in with both feet and I can’t say enough about how this has changed my life. The physical improvements I have seen and felt keeps me motivated to become the best version of myself and take care of my most valuable asset, my body! I will not be able to thank Dr. Sean enough for his help and guidance! If you want to thrive in your life and not just exist in it, do yourself a favor and talk to Dr. Sean.

Do yourself a favor and make a call to Dr. Sean!! His research into the TRUE cause of inflamation, high cholesterol, sarcopenia, and many other maladies was a true game-changer for this 53yr old. Get ready to trade your dad-bod in for the 20yr old version of yourself, and get off the big pharma/big food merry-go-round endorsed by the mainstream healthcare establishment.

Amazing!!! My wife had started with Sean recently, and I followed suit right behind her. From the first day of scans and are in depth meeting I knew I was in great hands on how to change my life. The knowledge and passion Sean has for your health is beyond what I’ve seen in personal health care. Being a TOFI extreme “thin outside fat inside” I wouldn’t have taken the next steps if it wasn’t for the mri scans! That will wake you up like nothing else, in a good way! I’m seeing great results in my physical, mental, and overall health change so fast. I wish I would have done this years ago! Going on 50 soon I can honestly say I haven’t felt this good since my 30’s. Do yourself and family a huge favor and make the change. You’ll never regret it.

Here is a 5⭐️ tip! Life is precious and is best enjoyed in a healthy body. If you know this to be true then you owe it to yourself to examine how Dr. Sean can accelerate you towards this goal. At the very least, spend some time watching his YouTube channel and his website too. If you want to make things happen in a personal way then contact him. You will find a kind person who is compassionate but also an interesting person who leads by example. His protocols are innovative, unique and inspirational. Best of luck and a long useful life to you.

@DrSeanOMara I've been doing an animal based diet almost 100% carnivore for this entire year, lifting heavy weights with good form for the past 4 years consistently. I came across you and started implementing sprints into my routine and it has been a game changer. I'm 43 , never been better!
