I am going to think local, as we in Romania have just started recruiting big infernational full-time students, and we must look global to Canada or Denmark or the Netherlans and other countries who have a history in recruiting, and to sit at the same table to exchange experiences. My revolution is recruiting big but learning from other countries which walked the path.
