What do you like best about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring?

We've been using Embark Safety to monitor driver safety for our employees, and it's been a reliable and user-friendly tool we can frequently rely on. One of the standout features is the automated reporting on DMV license expirations sent out at 30, 60 and 90-day intervals which helps us stay proactive and compliant. The platform also provides timely accident and ticket reports, allowing us to stay updated on any incidents that may affect our team's safety or driving eligibility. I especially appreciate how intuitive the system is to use, and how the email notifications are clear and concise offering a quick glance at what type of report is being sent. Overall, Embark Safety has made managing driver records much more streamline and efficient for our organization. 

What do you dislike about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring?

The ticket and accident reports include only the violation codes used by the DMV or law enforcement, without a clear explanation of what those codes mean. Without a key or breakdown, it's difficult to determine right away what the ticket was for unless we look it up separately. Adding a built-in legend or description of the codes would make the reports easier to read. Nonetheless customer support is extremely helpful in their response to our questions.

What do you like best about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring?

The interface is easy to use and provides peace of mind knowing that licenses are monitored. Drivers with violations can easily be removed from their position to reduce risk. 

What do you dislike about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring?

I wish there was the ability to assign Text Alerts when and adverse condition exists with a driver. This would allow real-time notification when license monitoring detects a change.

This solves the problem of properly vetting drivers BEFORE allowing them to operate a company vehicle and throughout their tenure as a company driver.

A top goal for our catering company is to put safe, experience drivers on the road to keep our community safe. Knowing our driver's records are being continuously monitored and that we will get alerts when items of concern happen is a worry off my plate. To have this service at such a cost-effective price is a no brainer! The onboarding process is easy, and we get help all along the way with Emily, our dedicated service representative. She has been responsive, helpful and makes our work life a little easier!

What do you like best about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring? Not having to run MVRs manually. If a driver has an infraction, we know very soon after the incident. Also being able to gently remind our drivers that their license will be expiring soon. 

What do you dislike about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring? Sometimes we know a little bit too much about our employee's driving history.

Our auto liability carrier recommended outsourcing our MVR Monitoring as we were only running MVRs once a year. By going with Embark Safety, we know much earlier if a driver receives a ticket or if their license has expired.

It is very easy for us to run the MVRs and get accurate information. The customer service team, shoutout Victoria, is very responsive and qucik to assist.

What do you like best about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring? We have a small office staff and manually monitoring our drivers (and relying on self-reporting) was NOT working. Embark takes the headache and hassel out of tracking CDL status and alerts us right away if there is a problem with a driver's MVR. Implementation was painless - the Embark team answered every question and explained the pricing clearly. We haven't had need of customer service since implementation because the platform is intuitive and easy to use.

MVR/DL monitoring allows us to know as soon as there is a problem with a driver's CDL as opposed to finding out when the driver is pulled in for an inspection. It has made our insurance company happy and keeps us in compliance with DOT regulations. 

 What do you like best about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring? This is a wonderful company to work with. There are many things that I love about this service, such as the ease of running a report and the great customer service that they have when there is an issue or a question that I have, but the one I like the most is being able to pull a drivers report and get the report immediately. I clear several drivers each week and sometimes it needs to be done in a very timely manner. This is such a helful aspect when it comes to my daily work

While I love to receive emails about changes in driving records or a license that will expire in 30 days or even those that tell me a license has expired, I do get a little frustrated when I receive them about an individual whos monitoring has been turned off. 

What problems is MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you? MVR Monitoring allows me to pull an indiviauls driving record myself without having to reach out to the MVD. Without the monitoring system my job would be impossible.

 What do you like best about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring? I love how easy it is to run MVR's for our employees. I also love how fast we recieve them back! There is literally no wait time which is huge because we need to know the driver's records immediately.

What do you like best about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring? I really like the ease of use and simplicity of Embark software. its very intuitive and simple for everyone to use. We have to do quite a bit of CDL monitoring and this is a great tool to assist us with this task 

What do you dislike about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring? the only thing what i don't like is the price. i wish it was a little cheaper

What problems is MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you? we had a problem where if there was an incident mid year wiht a driver we wouldnt find out about it until much later. the monitoring service ensure that all of our drivers are in compliance.

What do you like best about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring? The ease of using it and how quickly we receive the driving records. This allows us to qualify driver's quicker. The monitoring monthly allows us to disqualify driver's that no longer meet the best practices of our program to avoid liability risks. 

What do you dislike about MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring? I don't really see any downsides. Knowing whether someone is a driving risk is important to us and monitoring allows us to make that hard call.
