I also appreciated its emphasis on ethics, client education, and long-term health rather than simply focusing on weight loss. --- 4. What specific insights or techniques did you find most valuable? The most valuable insights were understanding the physiology of GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon, and how they work together to regulate metabolism. I also found the sections on preserving lean muscle mass through resistance training and adequate protein intake extremely valuable. Finally, the coaching strategies for helping clients reconnect with their natural hunger and satiety cues were particularly impactful, as they support lasting behavioral change instead of dependence on medication.
