My insomnia started when I got pregnant with my 4th child. It hit me so hard and I would go weeks without getting a drop of sleep. I was soooo miserable! Between being pregnant and having 3 young kids to take care of, I was falling apart. I was trying something new practically every night to help me get some sleep and NOTHING worked!! I tried all the sleep hygiene, herbs, teas, sleeping pills, etc and just didn't find any relief.  And being pregnant I was limited on what I could take. My whole life focused around my insomnia because I didnt want to go through another night or another day feeling this way! And than I found Ivos program and it was life changing. Once I started applying what I was learning it was day and night difference for me!!
