Brilliantly said Gary — this hits home. As both a parent and coach, I’ve seen exactly these gaps play out. The lack of joined-up communication between schools, clubs, and counties leaves too many kids under-supported and too many parents in the dark. The platform sounds like exactly the kind of solution grassroots cricket has been crying out for. Can’t wait to see it in action — let’s build a better bridge for the next generation. 🏏👏

Funnily enough talking to a parent last night about this. The disconnect between club and county is staggering especially in regards to a child's personal progression. This sounds like a brilliant idea and it really should be implemented. For too long the existing process leads to disjointed coaching and disappointed kids who don't make the county squad, after being involved, but don't really know why!? Yes there would be some additional admin involved but surely the kids and parents deserve the support for all the work and effort they put in!
