This FCP Bootcamp delivered by Mark, Sarah and Lawrence has been life-changing for me. I always knew what needed to be done, but I didn't know how to actually do it. These three exceptional instructors gave me a clear roadmap, and now it's up to me to put it into action. As a senior finance professional, I'm genuinely impressed. This isn't about sitting in a lecture hall listening to theory—it's about real, actionable strategies that deliver results. I've already implemented a few items and can see the traction building. My biggest takeaway from the FCP bootcamp was that by making the small changes to my Finance job search approach utilising the latest AI tools could secure a more favourable outcome. As an existing FCP member who secured an FD role in just 2 months through Lawrence's guidance approx 9 months ago, I saw the opportunity to join the Bootcamp and jumped at it. This is despite being in-role and very much pushing hard at making it a success, I knew that the mind-set, forward planning and nurturing of one's network that the FCP advocates is not a 'one-and-done' thing and that I needed to re-focus and maintain the good work that was done in order that the momentum gained is not lost as I consider next stage(s) in my career at some future date. Both Mark and Sarah, Saturday's mentors, brought huge wisdom, energy and motivation as well as offering the kind of rare high quality mentor-like advice that I can take forward and apply in both the day-to-day in my role as FD but also in my approach to positioning myself both now and into the future. The whole bootcamp was a highly a valuable, highly targeted within the time and without doubt will continue to help me to position myself with credibility, authority and relative advantage within my career.

Day 2 of the session was enlightening and provided tools to make the job search more efficient with clever use of AI. I would recommend the session for other finance leaders to attend. I would rate the overall session an 8.5. I believe day 2 had a lot of new useful information and the content should be evenly distributed between the 2 days.
