I have been regularly following your content for nearly 2 years now and I also read Very Good Copy. And I've got to tell you that you're my favorite writer by far. Yes, your hooks and headlines aren't flashy or attention grabbing. But it promises something deep. Just like Paul Graham.

Eddie, I don't care about hooks here...but whenever it's something from you I know it's gonna be great! So I also think, after a some time, your name becomes the greatest hook too, you know?

This is a masterclass on much more than copywriting and storytelling. The perfect "show me, don't tell me" example with each part grabbing our attention and filling our emotional buckets until we all felt just as furious as you and then you send it home with the lesson (plus Seth Godin as authority) and compelling CTA where I might learn to be this good. I mean, damn! I wish I had a Babushka relationship like yours. The photos you can't turn away from. Your eyes, her eyes. The heart of the dialog. The crappy, dishonest ad. It's all perfect. And now I'm in your funnel :)

If even half of today’s copy had a fraction of this heart, we’d all be out of jobs. Most “bad copy” just misses the human bit - no chance of sticking.

Finally someone spoke about the dark side of marketing. The gimmicks people use for their benefit without realizing the impact it can have on their audience. Well crafted, Eddie. No one could have put it put better than you did.
