On the 22/03/25- I looked at a house… just to look. I fell in LOVE. As usual the realestate called to follow up but we had nothing in place- no finance no broker. I had already resorted to the fact we wouldn’t get the house because I knew so much needed to be done re speaking to a broker and getting finance sorted.
The following week I took my husband to see the house- he too fell in love. I could not stop thinking about this house and the day after I showed my husband I emailed Kobe, on a Sunday mind you! She replied and we set up a call for the Monday night. My biggest thing was to have a broker with good communication!! She absolutely nailed this for us, and everything else in the process. From that call on the Monday night to the Friday we had submitted for pre approval…. And skip a whole heap of well communicated organized steps and Well… we got the house (still waiting for settlement) but because of Kobe’s hard work, good communication, dedication to us in helping us, numerous text messages and unplanned phone calls to answer my stressed questions, she did this for us! We were initially going through the home loan process with another lender and after over 2 months of back and forth requests for more information and getting no where towards preapproval we had enough so we found Kobe on instagram and sent her a message. After that initial contact Kobe guided us through the process, made it super straightforward and simple and had preapproval for us with another lender within a week! Kobe held our hands and communicated everything the entire way - we never felt stressed working with her compared to dealing with the bank directly prior! If you have the opportunity to work with a Broker I choose Kobe!
