On the 22/03/25- I looked at a house… just to look. I fell in LOVE. As usual the realestate called to follow up but we had nothing in place- no finance no broker. I had already resorted to the fact we wouldn’t get the house because I knew so much needed to be done re speaking to a broker and getting finance sorted.
The following week I took my husband to see the house- he too fell in love. I could not stop thinking about this house and the day after I showed my husband I emailed Kobe, on a Sunday mind you! From that call on the Monday night to the Friday we had submitted for pre approval…. On the 22/03/25- I looked at a house… just to look. I fell in LOVE. As usual the realestate called to follow up but we had nothing in place- no finance no broker. I had already resorted to the fact we wouldn’t get the house because I knew so much needed to be done re speaking to a broker and getting finance sorted.
The following week I took my husband to see the house- he too fell in love. I could not stop thinking about this house and the day after I showed my husband I emailed Kobe, on a Sunday mind you!
