Coincidentally (?), he manages to include almost all the testosterone-boosting movements from other videos in Yoga for Strength...this thing is so amazing, I have never even seen the other 11 in the series, and probably never will. It's the core of my program, and I am holding just under 6 feet and a well-muscled 200 pounds, at 58 years young, thanks to Yoga for Strength. My family knows it as "doing Elliott", as in, "I did Elliott ('s video) today, and it kicked my ass again". I couldn't be more grateful.

My relationship with God improved. After the master class on overcoming vice, I was well aware that I needed Christian men surrounding me and keeping me accountable. After God put me in these groups, my job and confidence went up! I was able to conduct myself with better professionalism and social standing among my peers. I have signed up for a fitness event to showcase my strength. God has given me opportunities to walk into. I am very thankful for God allowing me to see that master class on vice. It was the start of my journey to be more dependent on God and finding a group of Christian men.

First of all i want to thank you for the great work that you're doing, world really needs it. Thanks to your videos it gave me the strength to start building myself up from ground zero back in 2014 ( which the image is about) I went from weak in 2014 boy into a strong looking man still keeping it up but gains have slowed down. I have a beautiful family with 2 kids, girl and a boy and my relationship is going great with my woman especially lately as i got into entrepreneurship. I feel strong connection to god and i'm channeling the energy from above into the world. And latest addition is myself starting to work as construction worker entrepreneur which has allowed me to double my income, it took long for me to understand what you meant by "focus on what's in front of you" I worked as employer previously but there's nothing better than to do what you love for living. I want to thank you again and here's some pictures. I really enjoyed your previous book King and King Transformation course. Ps. For some reason i have lost access into King Academy app could you look into that?

Elliot’s videos allowed me to strengthen my Catholic faith and find a tribe of like-minded men. Last year, I discovered Elliot’s YouTube channel. A long-time friend had texted me out of the blue to join their Zoom Bible Study for the summer. As a subscriber, I consistently recommended the channel to the guys, and after the summer ended, we made an effort to keep contact eventually meeting face to face. I still find myself rewatching videos to this day as Elliot has certainly changed my life for the better in hopes of becoming a father one day, taking on fasting alongside prayer, and combating the day to day societal battles of effeminate and degenerate behavior.

I don’t know the main reason why I choose you as a role model, but most of my questions and my problems I got their answers from your videos. started learning the fundamentals of calories intake, compound movement exercises, how to use intermittent fasting to lose fat, how to bulk, supplements recommendations. I was 96kg I can guess , super fat to super athletic lean strong meteoric guy. Now I have obtained 3 different certificates in fitness industry from “Swedish Academy”. This is thanks to God and thanks to you. Then recently I started to learn to others (still under learning process) about aspects like red pill, female nature, how to deal with bad people, how to earn respect and dominance..etc. You don’t know how much I’m really thankful and have much respect to you, you are not just a role model, you are my big wise older brother that I never had. As a teen who grew up in a single mother household, I never had a father figure. I was weak in my mind, body and spirit. I was an atheist and I was in a self destructive spiral searching for meaning in my life. Then, in one of my YouTube binges to avoid doing my homework, I came across your videos. You said to get right with God, and now I’m a leader of the young adults group in my church. You said to get your body right, and now I’m proud of the physique that I built. You said to breathe into your balls and now I’m so present in every moment that I can speak with fear with laser sharp focus. As a teen who grew up in a single mother household, I never had a father figure. I was weak in my mind, body and spirit. I was an atheist and I was in a self destructive spiral searching for meaning in my life. Then, in one of my YouTube binges to avoid doing my homework, I came across your videos. You said to get right with God, and now I’m a leader of the young adults group in my church. You said to get your body right, and now I’m proud of the physique that I built. You said to breathe into your balls and now I’m so present in every moment that I can speak with fear with laser sharp focus. For years I was obsessed with strictly bodybuilding and trained like a bodybuilder. And after I had multiple significant injuries I was afraid to deadlift, squat without assistance or perform almost any compound movement outside of presses. From watching Elliott for years and studying his videos and ebooks, buying almost every program he sold, finding a local coach who had a similar mindset to Elliott and visiting strength camp for multiple events, I slowly learned how to properly integrate corrective stretching, utilize release work and perform my compound movements in a corrective manner so that i was finally able to move some heavy weight again and feel strong like I had before many of my injuries. Not only that, but many of the aesthetic plateaus I felt stuck with from my distorted view of proper training, I heavily attribute to the execution of heavy deadlifts, squats and the strongman movements I had not performed previously.

All that good stuff life can bring. Stay positive. I don't all the time. Some days are dark as hell. I wouldn't be able to help the people I'm helping today if it wasn't for all of that, though. Some things there really isn't a positive behind why it happened. But there is always a positive to look at. Life is weird. Do shit that makes you feel like a better person. Be kind. :) And grateful today for where the big man upstairs has brought me to. Elliot was there through my darkest if times. He was my foundation for the gym. I went to the gym then I'd quit. I'd keep coming back. I'm so glad that I did. The gym today is my happy place. The place where I learn to keep going in other areas of life. Elliot has helped with life choices, through his videos, that have brought me to where I am today. I'm struggling a lot at the moment. But I will keep fighting!! Elliot is on our side. :)

So I followed your advise, did an hour walk straight when I woke up, I drank just water and skipped all sugar. It took me about three months and I was rid of my fat. It felt amazing and without your advice, it would have took me years, to understand what I needed. Today I weigh about 85kg, I started at 58kg in 2015. I am again a little fatty now, but again I'm following the same advice as your video from back then and I know it will get me there again. 12 Weeks 100 Workouts - What Happened?! So I’ve not taken a single rest day in 12 weeks. People will call me out and say I’m over training and I’ll reply with “there’s no such thing as over training, just under recovering” Let me point something out to anyone who claims training 6/7 days a week is considered overtraining. All branches of the military especially the navy seals, SAS and other special forces go through rigorous training periods and once qualified they will continue with the training. In the past 12 weeks I’ve done the following; * Dropped 9kg * Reduced my body fat by 7% * Improved my metabolic age by 10 years * Reduced my 1 mile time by 2 mins * Had the best energy * Felt the fittest I’ve ever been in my life You have to understand that any physical activity you incorporate into your life will be a physical stress on your body. Therefore, this needs to be matched with an equal level of recovery sources such as below; * Adequate protein intake * Adequate water intake * Moderate or no consumption of caffeine * Moderate or no consumption of alcohol * Sufficient GOOD QUALITY sleep * Cold showers * Meditation You can’t build a house without cement. The same goes for your body, all the points above are the glue that holds all the training together. Fail to incorporate enough recovery resources and you will be under recovering (what most will call over training) At the end of the day if you are not recovering it’s more likely to be caused by a lack of insufficient measures to promote recovery rather than too many training sessions. Stay Resilient 🫡🫡

I want to share a particular message I will never forget as long as I live. Several years ago, (I am a long time fan) in a particular video Elliott spoke about “doing less”. I though he was crazy. (He couldn’t know what he was talking about.) This was back when the whole world prided themselves on being busier and trying to be as busy as possible- (pre-covid). Elliott recommended we work hard to cut out the unnecessary and focus on the most important things. This was not a message other people were sharing at the time. I felt something in my life needed to change and this kind of change was difficult for me. I prided myself on being the person that can do everything and was doing everything. This change took a long time to occur but I was successful in learning to prioritize things in my life and this has led to an immeasurable better quality of life and I am very successful professionally and financially for it too. During covid mentally I was all over the place I didn’t feel like I have any structure in my life with a lot of brain fog and no clear direction. I stumbled across a video by Uncle E and his words woke me up like an alarm. I’m very careful about who I listen to online but with Uncle E I saw the truth in what he was saying through my own personal experiences and I truly believe God has blessed this man to help other men. Before seeing your videos on bio energetics I was stiff and tense. I struggled to communicate with others and I couldn’t figure out what the issue was. Your videos and eventually the book by Robert Moore help me to understand the tension in my body caused by stress, anxiety and fear of others opinions. I’d become cowardly even though I was strong willed and never backed down from anyone physically I couldn’t figure out how to socialise or why people thought I was weird. The more I thought about it the worse it became I was on a downward spiral. Once I started doing the exercises you prescribed and not holding on to tension and learning more about the issues I was facing when around others and in conversation I got my confidence back. This also significantly affected my posture but thanks to your videos I’m nearly straightened out. I’m healthy, strong and on my way to becoming a good man. Thanks for playing a part in my development Elliot.

YO ELLIOT! I’ve been a fan of you since I was in middle school, I’m currently about to turn 23 next month and studying for cyber security. I have always lacked the obedience to stay in the gym. I first started watching you when me and my friends first started to workout together. I’ve finally started to take fitness seriously, and for the past 3 months I have finally started to see results. I started around 145-150 I’m now 155. I’ve always had the skinny tall build, I got so tired of looking in the mirror and seeing pictures of me with my shirt off and always felt embarrassed about being skinny. My arms have grown significantly over the past few months, to the point where my fiancée complements me all the time now, and tells me how proud she is of me. We have both been working out and trying to become more fit together. I find myself always watching your videos for gym motivation and techniques on muscle building. You have been a huge inspiration to me where every time I tried to start my fitness journey I would think about your videos first. Back in the day I discovered Strength Camp on Youtube and I remember just always watching videos in my free time to learn about fitness. When I started working out I was my heaviest at 315 pounds. I learn so much valuable information from your channel that has helped me so much over the years. Just about strength training and mobility and how to properly lift. I was able lost over 100 pounds. After a few years of losing weight I got comfortable and started to fall off my fitness. I went though a lot of life experiences and just ended up not being happy where I was once again in life. Fast forward to the pandemic in 2020. I came across your newer videos on YouTube about how to be a king and be a better man. Those videos gave me a new outlook on life. I started to understand life more and I started changing the way I was living. I remember vividly being a lazy f*** and not wanting to work and would go months with no job. But I learned so much and to just doing what is in front of me and without any complaining. If I do the right thing everyday, God will reward me. The way he spoke about injury and dysfunction made a lot of things make sense for me and was invaluable in rehabbing myself. I remember the first Yo Elliott video I’ve ever watched, “How to Not Give a F*** About What Others Think About You.” I watched this video around the same time as I got into the gym. I remember being super self conscious and struggled with confidence as much as I struggled with putting on weight. I remember getting into the gym because I would get beat up so I thought that if I got big I would just be able to kick everyone’s ass. Little that I knew, all it took was developing myself to build the confidence to give and receive respect from others and myself. I wish I could go in depth of all the ways Yo Elliott had helped me like becoming a trainer, and then eventually opening up a gym of my own much like strength camp which, along with my marriage, have been the best things that have ever happened to me. As for fitness, I have adopted strength training for the past 12 years, I have gained 45lbs of muscle and built some reputable strength. Elliotts style of training with barbells and athletic focused exercises has probably been the biggest influence to my training over the past decade hands down. And me as a trainer for the past 6 years have got to pass it on to literally hundreds of other people. All these people were able to get stronger by the same methods all starting with a YouTube video 🤯Thank you Elliott for all that you do. Your impact spread wider than you know.

Yo Elliott and fellow men, Left: 02-07-2021 99lbs Right: 18-10-2023 148lbs Two years ago I joined Elliott's KT program as a last resort to restore my health, fitness, relationships, finances.. basically everything. My body was broken down, my relationships took severe damage and finances where at an all time low. On June 23th 2021 I committed to becoming a king in my life and signed the Commitment statement, including the goal to becoming a KING IN MY FITNESS. A week later I took my "Before" picture (left pic), not knowing where I would end up yet. I still had no clue what I was doing. Then, life took off. As one of Elliott first King Commandments prescribes: THOU SHALT LIFT. And so I started lifting, doing his 5x5 routine, gradually getting stronger every week. I gained weight and started feeling better; I was able to stand my ground more and have a better sense of self. A year later I'd bulked up about 70+ pounds and even though I was feeling strong, I got fat. I remember having a little girl tell me I looked like an "oompah loompah" from Willy Wonka the Chocolate Factory and man was I ashamed haha, I needed to lose that weight. So, I got back to the KT program and started to incorporate the principles of fasting into my lifestyle: that trimmed down my fat real quick. In the first three weeks I lost about 15lbs and leaned out. That gave me courage and the process continued. A year later (right pic), I lost 35lbs, whilst maintaining muscle mass and becoming stronger. this is my BIG WIN I am grateful to be able to share with you. Now I could stop here, but there's just one more success I'd like to share with you as PROOF that this program works should you commit to it. When I hit rock bottom three years ago, my big goal was to be able to walk for 2+ hours someday and that was me being ambitious.. or so I thought. (To give a bit of context, back then I was so weak I couldn't even walk for 15 minutes straight at a Grandpa's pace.) Now, Today (28-10-2023), I just ran a two-hour trail-run of 15k, with an Elevation of 250M+, and I ran non-stop, at an avg. pace of 8KM/H. That's what this program does: it scatters your pre-defined expectations of your future and puts something BIGGER and BETTER in its place. So, if you COMMIT, have FAITH and NEVER GIVE UP, give any of Elliott's works a go and you will be surprised by what you can achieve. And, lastly, what makes this so great is that you are not alone. Yo E! I feel like my post could be for all 3 categories- Health & Fitness transformation, entrepreneurship, and family. You have been a huge inspiration for me going back to 2012. I played football and baseball growing up and baseball in college, and I lived in the weight room during those times. However, once I graduated, I lacked the motivation and fell into a rut after losing my job out of college. I stumbled upon your YouTube channel around 2012 and quickly became a daily watcher and fan. I had a quest for knowledge and purpose and I felt like you were speaking to me in most of your YouTube videos. I have watched just about every one of your videos going back to 2007 or so, and I can say that you directly helped me and inspired me to start my own gym and business. My first step was buying a barbell and squat rack which I put in my parents garage and that was great for a while, but I knew I wanted more. You then made a video about what to do if you don’t have access to a good gym. And your advice was to find a warehouse with your friends and start a gym Yourself. That spoke to me! I fell in love with weight training during high school football. My coaches in HS were amazing and we had this gritty old weight room where we all got after it together. It was incredible. Your video gave me the inspiration and idea to recreate my HS weight room and give that experience to more people. I reached out to a bunch of friends and shared with them my idea. I didn’t have a business plan, I didn’t have all Of the knowledge, but I had passion and purpose behind me. I wanted to build a gym that takes all of the cooperate bs away from the space and allow people to come together under one roof and become the best version of themselves- from Olympic weightlifters, powerlifters, bodybuilders, athletes, and to anyone just trying to get better. I am happy say that my dream came to life and as of this month we are celebrating our 5th year anniversary. The picture of my family and I are from our deadlift party that we had earlier this summer. I have watched just about every one of your videos going back to 2007 or so, and I can say that you directly helped me and inspired me to start my own gym and business. My first step was buying a barbell and squat rack which I put in my parents garage and that was great for a while, but I knew I wanted more. You then made a video about what to do if you don’t have access to a good gym. And your advice was to find a warehouse with your friends and start a gym Yourself. That spoke to me! I fell in love with weight training during high school football. My coaches in HS were amazing and we had this gritty old weight room where we all got after it together. It was incredible. Your video gave me the inspiration and idea to recreate my HS weight room and give that experience to more people. I reached out to a bunch of friends and shared with them my idea. I didn’t have a business plan, I didn’t have all Of the knowledge, but I had passion and purpose behind me. I wanted to build a gym that takes all of the cooperate bs away from the space and allow people to come together under one roof and become the best version of themselves- from Olympic weightlifters, powerlifters, bodybuilders, athletes, and to anyone just trying to get better. I am happy say that my dream came to life and as of this month we are celebrating our 5th year anniversary. The picture of my family and I are from our deadlift party that we had earlier this summer.
