I have been with FlexCare for over a year now, and they have been excellent. My recruiter, Hannah DiFelice, has been absolutely amazing at what she does. She always goes above and beyond to make sure my contracts suit me, my preferences, and my schedule. Even when I was on vacation, she was being proactive and worked to get me into hospitals that I really liked. She provides me resources and information to help improve the pre-work process. She always makes herself available and is so patient with me and my assignment preferences. She's never pushy or negative with me. I just finished my first contract with Flexcare and everything went fantastic! My recruiter Sam Maamo has been awesome throughout. She was so transparent about the facility, answered all my questions, handled compliance flawlessly, negotiated the extension I preferred, and touched base regularly throughout the entire contract to make sure my needs were met. I work with Emily Chambers and she is amazing!! Always gets back to me in a timely manner and is knowledgeable on the areas/hospitals and even fun stuff outside of work to do. Emily and Flexcare have lessened the stresses of traveling for me, and have made it a pretty easy process. Hope to continue finding jobs with them for each new contract.

Having been with a few companies now for travel nursing (on and off since 2016), I can say with honesty FlexCare is the best there is. I recommend highly, to anyone in healthcare, looking at the multitude of travel companies out there to go with FlexCare for their assignment. They outpay pretty much everyone--but it is so much more than that. I feel like FlexCare an excellent team- they are so very efficient, and work tightly together. I had to get in touch with my recruiter about something once an he was out of office that day, so April Collins helped with what I needed. She was absolutely lovely, so patient and helped tremendously. Everyone I have worked with from the company has been genuinely kind--you can tell they care a lot about teamwork among their employees, and about their nurses/clinicians. I am going on my fourth assignment now with FlexCare. My recruiter, Tabari Abney, is nothing short of fantastic. A lot of recruiters out there will really try to push an assignment, but he does the opposite. He was so patient awaiting a license with me for an assignment I really wanted. Now I am here, and very happy! He is very responsive, communicates very timely and gives me very straightforward details with honesty. He is very personable and super easy to talk to. Love working with Tabari- I recommend him to any and everyone looking at travel healthcare. He is outstanding at what he does. I am halfway through my second contract with Flexcare and would recommend them to anyone looking to do travel nursing. Tabari Abenaki has been great to work with. He was able to to get me into a contract on short notice. He's responsive, understanding and supportive. Even with my typical crazy nursing work/sleep schedule. He's proactive and keeps me on track when we have deadlines to meet. Most of all he's like a friend who's there to listen and be supportive but also always tells you the truth even if it's not what you want to hear. This is imperative, in my opinion, when doing travel nursing. Without it you're likely to meet with a lot of disappointment. THANK YOU Tabari :)
