The app is super user friendly and I like how you can pull up the map to see locations of assignments. The unique thing about the agency is that there is only one point of contact which makes the communication and the rest of the process so much easier and seamless as compare to other agencies I have previously worked with. Flexcare has been a pretty decent travel company to work with. I feel the pay is decent and generally higher than other companies. I have been with them for almost a year and feel they aren't too pushy to have me make any decisions. Jennifer W has been great at communicating in a timely manner on any questions or concerns I have had. I feel she tries her best to make me happy and if she doesn't know the answer, she will redirect me to the right person. I do feel I have had to represent myself a lot and work a little harder to get certain things I want, but it could be the hospital I am working for currently. I feel flexcare is slightly lacking in showing nursing appreciation. Other companies I have worked for have sent out very nice gifts and bonuses for working with them.

The app is super user friendly and I like how you can pull up the map to see locations of assignments. The unique thing about the agency is that there is only one point of contact which makes the communication and the rest of the process so much easier and seamless as compare to other agencies I have previously worked with. Flexcare has been a pretty decent travel company to work with. I feel the pay is decent and generally higher than other companies. I have been with them for almost a year and feel they aren't too pushy to have me make any decisions. Jennifer W has been great at communicating in a timely manner on any questions or concerns I have had. I feel she tries her best to make me happy and if she doesn't know the answer, she will redirect me to the right person. I do feel I have had to represent myself a lot and work a little harder to get certain things I want, but it could be the hospital I am working for currently. I feel flexcare is slightly lacking in showing nursing appreciation. Other companies I have worked for have sent out very nice gifts and bonuses for working with them.
