I love a great recipe book that has pictures of how it should look when done and plated. I’m old school so I printed all 3 books on card stock and placed them in clear protectors in a binder for the kitchen. I have also enjoyed making variations of what is in it to put a twist on the recipe and make it somewhat more mine. The Creami Ice Cream recipes are delicious and really satisfy the sweet tooth I have. I’m down a total of 99 lbs as of today and excited to try to get these last 30-35 lbs off and doing so in a (healthy swap) high protein way.

I’m not the best cook. With these recipes I’d be eating the same boring three meals every day, which usually leads to me falling off as soon as my girlfriend or friends want to eat out cause I’m dying for flavor. I would absolutely recommend these books. I love that there are videos and pictures of all the recipes. I’ve made the pizza several times and love the air fryer recipes. Also love the noodle egg roll in a bowl! Everything I’ve made is quick, convenient and extremely tasty.

I could eat good for a day or too but the food was miserable and then I looked in the mirror, I was only getting bigger. depression sunk in and I would binge for the rest of the week. Being able to eat foods that feel like you're binging without actually binging, being able to eat food I like, I'm down 30 lbs and looking to drop another 30.

Using these recipes along with the meal replacment shakes I was using helpmed me to shed 6kg in 4 weeeks..........yes you heard right. Taking the time to prepare and plan meals made all the difference and I feel so much better. I did all that shedding, with no exercise either. clean eating and clean living is what started the loss. I'm now planning to come back to exercise after an injury and I hope to keep losing weight but eating hwat I enjoy. Thanks

Well Mr. Zach this is actually round 2 for me, the beginning of my journey AGAIN.... A little about me I am disabled, morbidly obese, and wheel chair dependant. I need surgery on my spine along with double knee replacements (I'm now bone to bone NO cartilage in either knee) along with a multitude of health conditions. Last year I lost 100lbs with 40 to go for my knee replacement surgery. Ran into some problems starting with my house burning down, being homeless, in and out of the hospital just about an entire year (with kidney problems) and going from one state to another and so on. In the midst of all that I gained all the weight I lost back just to give you some back ground on what's going on and why I'm here. So I am now starting from square one again. Being in this chair, having diabetes, and being insulin resistant makes this journey three times as hard but I refuse to give up. I learn something new everyday and I love your channel, thank you for all the amazing recipes.

Zach, I don’t have photos but I have been changed by your recipes. My goals are to continue making healthier, fun foods, to lose fat and gain more muscle this year. I was skinny fat before and tired and sluggish. I have been trying to gain muscle for the last two years with some success. I had a very proud moment when my pizza crust came out perfect and tasted delicious. I also have a ninja creami with which I have been making cookies and cream ice cream on repeat. I always joked that I could only cook to survive, so when I was able to make your recipes I really feel like a chef, 😄. I am learning so many tricks in the kitchen from your recipes. Thank you. The chicken and rice thing isn't sustainable, so finding recipes that replicate the high calorie meals for low cal, and have the volume to fill me up has been a real difference maker. Too many low calorie meals taste good, but would leave a bird still hungry. The second is for my daughter. She is underweight, but plays a lot of athletics. She hates meat, so we have struggled with finding food that are high enough in protein to build muscle for her. We have found ways to get calories into her diet to try to add some weight, but the protein piece has been a problem. Introducing things like your pizzas, garlic bread, etc. have really provided a way to increase the protein in her diet. She loves your recipes and says I should open a pizza restaurant now!

I'm glad you are asking for testimonials, I don't use social media other than YouTube and otherwise wouldn't be able to share my thoughts on your amazing program. I'd like to start off by saying I am 45 and have had many ups and downs with my weight and health. I've never been able to maintain my success as my diets would usually mean being hungry and unfulfilled. I enjoy cardio exercise and sports but have always learned that you can't out exercise a bad diet. I think it was probably about a year and a half ago I first saw one of your YouTube videos, and it was life changing. Learning about macros and how to make the food you like fit into goals was completely new to me. It is not just a catch phrase, I literally eat ice cream everyday to lose weight thanks to your creami recipes. You say in a few videos that you want your free stuff to be better than others paid stuff and it is. I also appreciate that you share the recipes you do and your emails, I can't afford the FDA app right now but all your amazing free stuff has been able to keep me successful. What I find works with your program is that it is a change in my diet that doesn't feel like a diet. I never had a diet before that consisted of pizza, ice cream, burgers, and fries. I could go on and on about all the recipes that we make at home but I would like to share one more thing that you may not have considered that is a great benefit to your meals. My daughter is a vegetarian and an athlete. We have researched making sure her diet is healthy and I feel better knowing that thanks to your recipes she is getting some extra protein. She joins me in the nightly ice cream, and your Mac Sauce from the chalupa video is perfect on her homemade black bean burgers. Thank you again for everything you do, Mark ps- I'm 5'11" and started your recipes around 205lbs and am about 175lbs now. Great slow and steady attainable progress.

I’ve struggled with weight since being a teenager. Lost weight to join the military and did well until I got out. Then with no reason to stay fit the next 12 years I’d go up and down. This year I finally bought the lifetime access to give myself recipes that give me the food I crave but with the macros that fit. Since the beginning of the year I’ve lost 23 lbs. I use to be yo yo diet and lose a lot of weight quickly but this time I’m focusing on macros and consistency going into my mid 30’s. What clicked was not being able to complete as much due to being winded. Focusing just on diet has helped me and on a “cheat day” I switch to one meal.

I have had 2 weight loss surgeries, one worked for me for several years but then it didn't due to my lack of sleep control. I had a second surgery and I just couldn't drop the weight. I am currently having to take monjouro but my husband and I have started to change our eating habits to include healthier eating. So we need a variety of recipes to help keep food from getting boring. I was at 196 in late Oct and I am down to 170. I am 55 yrs old and little to no exercise (but working on it).

I have been off and on using a macro-based/IF along with strength training approach to fat loss for years - I was in a great spot about a month ago but a recent vacation has been a little setback for my goals. Back on track now though and ready for a grind until summer! What changed for me was changing my relationship with food and using a macro approach - I realized that certain foods are not off limits and I can enjoy lower calories versions! I use your FDL recipes weekly and they have been a major help for me, thank you! Also starting a high protein diet was a great change for me and no longer thinking I have to starve to lose fat (I was losing muscle before this clicked as well obviously during starvations phases lol).

I've been eating well and walking for at least 40 minutes, almost every day now. In the last 4 weeks I've lost 4.5 kilograms and I'm super happy with my results so far as I've managed to fit into a dress I bought last year which I've never been able to wear until now. I've still got a long way to go to get back to a healthy weight but I'm loving the feeling of being in control of what I eat. I'm more aware of the reasons why I use to binge eat which always centred around feeding my feelings. The walking has definitely helped me relieve stress instead of using food to deal with stress. My partner is also on a weight loss journey so it's fantastic having someone to share my struggles and successes with.

I was tired. I felt old. Every day 7am to 7pm or more working on broken down trucks and trailers. It weighed down on me somethin’ heavy let me tell ya. My recliner and comfort food was my nightcap. One day I woke up and barely recognized myself. Like I had jumped into someone else’s body. Well, I’m only down 13 pounds but after gaining 40 that’s huge! Eating comfort looking food and losing weight is a real life changer. I’d rather grab a chicken sandwich than a protein bar. So, short story long, thanks you. Thank you very much. After my annual physical i was told that my blood pressure which I take meds for was still too high, my cholesterol was to high and I was way over weight, he wanted to put me on more meds to try and controll it but I didn't want to take more meds, so I talked him into letting me try to loose weight and controll my cholesterol on my own first. I didn't really know where to start, but I started looking at YouTube and ran across your videos, I've been using these recipes for 2 months now and I have lost 26 pounds, my cholesterol is in normal range and my blood pressure is way below the normal and I might be able to quit those meds. I have learned new ways to cook that are healthy. I didn't know I could still eat these kind of foods and keep it on the Healthier side .

I have had weight issues all my life. I need two knee replacements and is finally tired of hurting everyday. So I have committed 2026 to get this weight off for good and work on myself and better eating habits. I make myself accountable for the calories I eat daily and exercise everyday with 10,000 or more steps. I was taking injections and lost 100lbs, but gained half back when I got off them. So I learning how to exercise more and eat better to stay in my calorie deficit so I can keep this weight off for good. At my largest I was 345lbs. Now I am 282lbs staying consistent with my goals to be under 200lbs with God, self motivation and determination.

I've been living off of protein shakes and deli turkey for about the past 10 months and it had gotten to the point that I hated having to choke it down. It was then that I saw your videos on the pizza and blackened chicken tenders with fry sauce. I started September 8 the day before my birthday no starting weight no real goal I decided why not try I was turning 30 I walked everyday even if it was only 10 minutes and now as of February 2026 if I was the weight I thought I was I would have lost over 75 pounds I think my starting was 460
