We have been using folks HR for several years and it has been very helpful. In our business, our technicians wanted a method to bank overtime hours so that they could use them when they took vacation and Forks was the only software that made that easy. J'aime Folks HR parce que c'est un bon SIRH qui regroupe toutes nos informations sur chaque employé. J'aime la nouvelle mise à jour 2.0, qui est plus attrayante visuellement. Sur chaque profil d'employé, je peux voir tout comme les actions disciplinaires, les contrats et les détails de formation. Tout étant en un seul endroit me fait gagner beaucoup de temps car avant nous devions chercher des documents à différents endroits. C'est aussi facile à configurer, car nous avons eu beaucoup de réunions de formation.

It replaces all the HR spreadsheets and documents that we have created. Everything is in the same place and very easy to use. The training cards section lacks development, there is room for improvement. Everything is centralized in the same place, and it avoids duplicating multiple pieces of information. We can easily find what we need.

Folks HR has been very beneficial for our organization. I think it's greatest feature is it's ability to make the ongoing associate review process better. All of the documentation is in one location, so if there are changes to the associates manager, all of the records are there is one location. I work with a supposrt person from Folks HR named Lisa. She was excellent in helping us set-up the system initially. As well, we just went through a significant reorganization recently and she was so helpful in helping me make the changes in the system.
