Slow cooked in the smoker for an hour and a half and then seared both sides on the hot plate, this was easily one of the best cuts of meat I have cooked. Considering how much you would pay for this at a restaurant, its also great value!

If this is how chicken livers are really meant to taste, I don’t know what I’d been eating! I made dairy-free pate for my lactose intolerant partner and cooked the rest Japanese style. They both disappeared over a weekend! Definitely coming back for more.

Forth year buying the Ham from the free range butcher and once again it exceeded expectations! This year I bought the largest of the Hams and it was absolutely delicious, friends and family raved about the taste. I don’t know how you do it but every year it seems to get even better !

Quite possibly the best meat I have ever eaten. Compared to Woolies, Coles or your local butchers it's a mile away. I can't recommend these guys enough. 6 stars.

I've been wanting a free range sausage that also had some form of cereal/grain (whch was hard to find!), so finding these chipolatas, with the rice meal, was just fabulous - superb with onions in a roll for breakfast. They were also great in a casserole with celery, peas, spinach, cannelini beans and passata. Fabulous sausages!
