FreJun is an excellent platform for calling & maintaining records of calls. The product is user friendly with great analytics on reports which makes calling more productive. My most liked feature is its integration with several other platforms, virtual business number & WhatsApp option.

Frejun gives us autodial facilities which helps us mostly to do our follow up and calls timely. There is nothing which I don't like about frejun. It gives us call recording which helps us to keep all the best tracking about our customers, it provides our day to day call attempts and details.

"FreJun is good and helpful application to use and to maintain all our data records."
My overall experience with FreJun is really good because it helps me in keeping records of all my candidates and also for future purpose it is very helpful.
The most likely features of FreJun is - It records all the calls so if required we can listen all old data recording also and it is helpful in keeping track of all candidate contact numbers as well.

Experience was good.
Frejun is easy to use. The Call recording feature here is a boon. It helps us to monitor the conversations which are done by our agents and make improvements accordingly. Records calls real time, which helps us in properly to monitor and analyze call parameters. It is also helpful in gaining insights about the agents and overall their performance.
