You do a masterful job at simplifying copywriting and delivering the information in *such* a palatable way. Not to mention the subtle touch of humor which I'd like to compare to a perfectly cooked filet mignon - never overdone. If you're managing to get a physical reaction out of me (slamming the couch next to me once reaching the end of the "the power of promise" email) - you know you're doing something right! The mic drop/punch line sign-offs to your emails make them as entertaining as they are informative. This combination is what'll allow for a permanent sear in my brain - so it appeals to how I learn, too.
