I loved having the opportunity to join Fresh Start and my manager was so happy with the outcome. When my boss first suggested Fresh Start my immediate thoughts were "no way, no management mumbo jumbo for me". How wrong was I?! The entire course has been clear, grounded and sensible, many of the guidance given was like a lightbulb moment. This was a really well thought out leadership course. Great format that made it easy to fit into a busy work schedule. Sadly, due to pre-booked work commitments I was unable to join the live sessions so a bit more flexibility here would have been appreciated. This course is perfect for new managers, or anyone who feels like they are 'stuck in a leadership rut' and needs to change how they are working in order to see their impact more clearly. If you're already adopting lots of Heather's content from her online content you will hear a lot of the approaches repeated so keep this in mind.

As someone new to management, I have learnt skills that will help me in my current role, but also to take into future roles too. Heather is so approachable, always happy to ask questions and spend time helping people to develop. In a field that is often male-dominated, she is such a breath of fresh air.
