This course is different to other leadership courses out there. It gets into the nitty gritty and day to day issues that managers deal with, offering practical and actionable guidance as to how to deal with those situations. Heather breaks everything down very clearly, providing examples to help get her message across. For new managers to those in a managerial role a few years and want to level up or benchmark themselves I would highly recommend this course.

Since starting, I’ve had more difficult conversations, led with purpose, managed upwards, started believing in myself and acting like a leader, and I can really see the tangible difference in my team and those around me.
