Your interview course helped me land my second DREAM JOB! I actually have 7 years experience but it has been 5 years since my last interview. I know your books helped me get my first dream job in surgery, so when I went back to review them I found your new course. My new job offer is for my first-choice company in my first-choice location and my first-choice schedule for the salary I asked for. Not to mention other positive perks; I am in complete shock. HOW DO I SAY THANK YOU! Maybe all of that information is available somewhere in google land, but I did not have much time to prepare and your course gave me all the fine-tuning and comforting I needed, from researching facilities to understanding the purpose of the behavioral questions, to the exact wording of thank you notes. It absolutely made a difference for me.

[ECG RHYTHM MASTER] I ‘thought’ I felt confident with a basic ECG and pretty ‘ok’ with straight-forward Afib and most likely would recognize a STEMI, especially after the tech read, then I can really see it! I was not as confident as I thought and definitely lacked interpretation-ability when it came to the slightest variant. After the course, which I went through a couple times by choice, I feel a truly earned confidence. Just. Do it. Go. For. It! You will NOT be sorry. Aside from the rhythm practice, the explanations and memory-tools are well worth it, alone.

I just completed the Preceptor Pro course and it is helping me greatly. I've been a nurse for only 2 years and I wasn't sure if I should be the one precepting our new hire despite management telling me that I was ready. I wanted her to be successful but felt I was still learning myself. We are about 4 weeks into orientation and she is doing very well. I read the blogs and remembered all the tips and advice from this course and it helped me map out a plan for her each week. I learned the appropriate ways to communicate with the orientee and it gave me more confidence in myself as her teacher. She has previous work experience on the mother and baby floor and she was seeking a new experience to learn more skills so she joined me in the orthopedic unit. Thank you for all the guidance Katy!

[NEW NURSE MASTER CLASS] I'm entering the bedside setting for the first time after a year of post-grad service. It's so true that refresher courses are varied and never all in one place. Some refresher courses are strictly theory material that might be helpful indirectly in the practice, but not the boiled down basics needed as a new grad RN. Others provide 'birds eye' view advice like "taking care of yourself" or "meal prep" without any tools to do so practically. You have combined all the resources I needed in easing my transition back into healthcare, and for that, I am so grateful!

The New Nurse Grad Toolkit course is an outstanding resource for new nurses entering the field. It provides a well-rounded foundation with practical guidance on time management, prioritization, communication, and patient care. The interactive modules and real-world case studies make the content engaging and easy to apply in clinical settings. I especially appreciated the tips from experienced mentors, which offered valuable insights into navigating the challenges of nursing. This course has helped me build confidence, improve my critical thinking, and feel more prepared to provide high-quality care. I highly recommend it to any new grad looking to start their career on the right foot! Incredibly helpful!

I'm a RN on a surgical ICU step-down unit with about 1.5 years of experience. During nursing school I precepted in CVICU and was a nurse apprentice in CCU. I purchased “telemetry brush up,” and this really helped me break down multiple subjects one at a time. As I just graduated and was hired for telemetry, I was apprehensive but figured this was just another test I have to nail. FreshRN really helped me grasp an overview of the basic info, addressed common fears I had (I’ll never be good enough, what if I don’t understand what I’m doing? Etc) and reminded me along the way, it’s ok and to focus on ‘X’ before diving into ‘Y’. Will be purchasing other products in the near future. I’m glad to have found you on YouTube.

The course I took was "Hired". This course work was helpful, yes, I've been a nurse for 15 years, but, it's still incredibly intimidating to go before a panel interview for the job you wanted 15 years ago and just had a hard time getting there due to family constraints, bullying enviroments, etc. I think the best thing about this course was that I came prepared. I already had my questions written down and I could focus even though I was so nervous (nervous because this was for a surgical nurse training program). I got the job! I will start in the PONI program (Perioperative Nurse training program) on March 3 at Swedish Medical Center in Denver, CO.

[MED-SURG MINDSET] Hannah's task list is a game changer. I just got a new job as a medsurg nurse in an LTAC. I am usually doing well at the start of the shift, but I tend to lose track of the things I needed to do in the afternoon around lunch time, and long after all the scheduled morning medications have already been given to my patients. After I made some modifications to the task list to specifically address the routine tasks I have on the floor where I currently work, the form certainly helped take off the pressure I often felt prior to discovering this very effective and handy tool. I truly appreciate this section, and I am also fully grateful that I purchased the full dose program. Every course is worth so much more than what I paid for. Thank you so much!

I took the mini course and I think it was really helpful! I am not a new grad but I have worked in administrative nursing roles for many years and am transitioning to bedside nursing and have much to re-learn. I found these tips to be realistic and supportive with just the right amount of tips for how to jump this "new" hurdle. I have been practicing giving report and most have gone fine but there were a few that were disorganized and annoying even to me.....so when the oncoming nurse was snarky, it did make me feel very insecure. This mini course has a couple great tips for those situations and I appreciated them. I will seek more of these classes to support myself in this transition. Thanks!

I'm new to the US and previously worked in the Philippines as HD and also in the Medicine unit. Part of my plan is to go back in bedside nursing and step out also in my comfort zone in dialysis and this course is really helpful and gave me a glimpse on what to do if ill be hired in the MedSurg unit. Dealing with rude staffs, Stay on the ground and do not internalize are the things that impacted me since knowing my personality that I tend to be affected if I'm being questioned with people showing condescending behavior. It will actually sometimes faze my performance sometimes. I really appreciate staffs who are very willing to teach newbies like me.

[ECG RHYTHM MASTER] I liked that the course is self-paced. I was able to take it on my time and dedicate the time and energy I needed to be successful in this course. I liked that if I did not understand a concept right away or was not understanding a rhythm I could go back and listen to the audio again with the bonus material to solidify a better understanding of what I was trying to learn.

I am pleased that the information is provided via text, images, and audio… The education is provided in a clear easy way and makes it more enjoyable to study compared to reading a 300+ page textbook!

[NEW NURSE MASTER CLASS] It was a difficult back and forth decision to pay for this course or not. Ultimately I thought, this is an investment in myself to grow as a nurse and with that in mind I went through with it, and am absolutely soooo grateful I did because it helps me grow in the long run. And I see fresh RN as my mentor.

Great refresher and helped to fill in some major gaps when managing patients with afib with RVR. Easy to read and understand. Not too heady....great for RN's who just need the bullet points and not an MD manual.

This was a very informative course in which there were realistic situations. I also appreciate that Kati mentioned that the negatives of people should not lead to judgement but should be addressed in a professional manner. We are all humans and hopefully are all looking to improve and grow. Being judgmental does not foster growth. Thanks for this course!

I have been listening to Fresh RN podcasts off and on for a few years and have always wanted to take some courses. ICU Drips for Beginners Welcome Lesson was fabulous. The content is well thought out and presented in a way that is easy to understand. The analogies just make it make sense. This Welcom Lesson makes me want to take all the courses that Fresh RN has to offer.

I'm a RN on a surgical ICU step-down unit with about 1.5 years of experience. During nursing school I precepted in CVICU and was a nurse apprentice in CCU. My experience in those units gave me a great introduction to managing all of the different drips, but this course was a great, succinct resource for a quick "introductory refresher."

This course exceeds my expectation. The Basics is all I need. I wish I'd found your course/ internet info. earlier, then I can properly avoid the hurdles that I encountered in prior year. Yes, I was that timid mouse you were talking about, worst of it, a disoriented timid mouse. Time is of the essence. It's dawn on me - I've got myself a lot to learn clinically, So glad I struck the right path since you are here with us/ the newbies.

I took a year break after graduation and passing the NCLEX, so reviewing the content materials in the New Nurse Master Class was helpful to feel ready and confident to begin working even after time off. It is a good refresher and prep for what to expect re-entering the healthcare environment, especially from the perspective as a licensed employee instead of a student.
