Every once in a while you come across a tool that truly changes the game for your business. Let me explain... Our Customer Success Managers at DearDoc have a lot of customers in their Books of Business (hundreds of customers). They’re in meetings all day with customers. Our CSMs are also getting emails from multiple customers every day, all asking for different requests. On top of that, have emails they sent a few days ago that need to be followed up with. And then they need to send email summaries after every meeting they have with clients. It can get crazy. I did all the research I could to see what I could do to help them manage their inbox, and organize all these different tasks, but all the advice I got was “hire an executive assistant”. Unfortunately, hiring an executive assistant for each CSM we have was not in the budget. Then I came across Fyxer AI. Fyxer was built by a team who spent the last decade building one of the largest Executive Assistant agencies in the UK. They took all their learning from training world-class executive assistants, and taught an AI model to do exactly that. It manages our CSM’s inbox, creates email summaries, and automatically drafts emails to all their clients. The best part about Fyxer - it’s trained on our all our team’s past emails with customers, and remembers past conversations, so the emails it drafts are created in the CSM’s tone of voice. As someone who has a very fast-paced mind, and is often time poor, I'm not sure how I would handle the stress of my inbox had it not been for Fyxer AI It started as an inbox manager, categorising and sorting my emails into folders, so I knew what needed to be actioned, chased or ignored. Then I discovered it wrote your replies for you, in your style, and gives various options to send (they're not all accurate, but my god it saves some serious brain power!) Now the FyxerAI team have evolved to support me with Slack message overwhelm and it even has an online meeting notetaker. Many tools I see are gimmicks, but this one has fundamentally changed the way I manage my time and messages. Highly recommended and huge props to the team.
