1. What challenges were you facing that led you to join the Get Scalable Accelerator? As a growing wellness clinic with two locations, we were experiencing the classic growing pains: inconsistent marketing ROI, unclear internal systems, and a lack of scalable infrastructure. We were wearing too many hats and needed clarity on how to streamline operations, structure our team, and build a predictable growth engine. We knew we had a great product and a strong mission — we just didn’t have the systems to scale it effectively. 2. Was there anything about the program that surprised you or exceeded your expectations? Absolutely. We were blown away by how tactical and actionable the program was from day one. We didn’t just learn theory — we walked away with real tools, frameworks, and structure that we could implement immediately. The level of detail in the content and the ongoing support from the Get Scalable team exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like having a fractional COO guiding us through the most critical parts of growth. 3. Which specific OS tool or tools had the most immediate impact on your business, and why? The Growth Operating System dashboard and the Offer Clarity tools had the biggest immediate impact. Being able to clearly map our offers, understand what drives profitability, and align that with our customer journey helped us simplify and scale what was working. The dashboards also helped us track KPIs we hadn’t been measuring — which improved our team accountability and marketing efficiency almost overnight. 4. What significant changes have you noticed in the business since completing the program? We now operate with more clarity, confidence, and control. Our lead generation systems are more predictable, our team has defined roles and performance targets, and we’ve created scalable packages that align with our revenue goals. We’ve also optimized our customer experience across both locations — which has led to stronger retention and more referrals. Most importantly, we now have a roadmap and structure that supports long-term growth. 5. What would you tell someone facing similar challenges? Why should they consider joining the program? Belinda was very knowledgably, organized, and able to answer all our questions. And the preset structure ensured that we stayed on-track and accountable, which was also a very big positive. Although we had read Ryan's book prior to signing up for the Scalable program, I don't think we would have been as successful, without the coaching, accountability, mentorship, and resources, that we received as part of the course package.
