Jay lead a virtual wellbeing talk on burnout to a global organisation such as Christian Aid, he was able to present his case to a diverse audience, and feedback on Jay's performance has been positive. Jay facilitated a number of Stress and Burnout Prevention workshops for our EMEA organization including both in-person and virtual sessions for employees, people managers and our regional leadership team. Jay brings sound knowledge of the topics to the workshop, is able to adjust style and approach to the audience and is highly engaging.
