All the resources, and the chat help feature with customer support. I also like how easy it was for my donors to make a donation or bid on an auction item. Our revnue for the auction definitely increased because of Givebutter's auction platform. Most of all I like that Givebutter is free to us!

Great program for nonprofit use
The user interface is very uncomplicated; being someone new to running a nonprofit, I found it very easy to incorporate into my business, especially how quick it is to upload new emails into the service for newsletter blasts and donation asks. I also found out recently that I can sell tickets for events without paying a fee, so all the times I've used Eventbrite and gotten a very large chunk of my proceeds taken away, I could have been using Givebutter.

The branding and platform are very aesthetic and easy to use for donors. I like that we didn't have a limit on auction items photos, and the feed at the right of the campaign showing donations and updates. As a marketing manager, I found the butter people a very cute touch. Giving the donors options to cover fees is super helpful. I like the ability to put images and links in the story, campaign announcements, and auction item listings. Customer service answered all my questions promptly. I think there are a lot of great features, but truthfully, we didn't need to use all of them.

Our organization had previously signed up with Network for Good, which cost us $3,000 a year and was a significant financial burden for our small organization. While we appreciated the ability to track donors and donations, we encountered frustration with certain aspects of their customer service. Lot's of upsells for additional features like tickets.
I was happy when I discovered the features offered by GiveButter, and the fact that they were available for free. The platform not only meets the needs of our organization but also has an easy-to-use interface. Importing our old data into their service was easy.

It had everything we needed for our first ever Color Run and was very easy to implement. I love how Givebutter had everything we wanted and more for free! It was really easy to setup and only took less than an hour setup our first campaign for an event that following week where we were able to 5x our usual fundraising event goal because of the interactive live donation display and the help of text to donate which made it really easy for people give.

The most obvious benefit is it being "completely free". You would think that there's no such thing as free lunch and that there might be add-ons that might cost money, and the answer is no. Not only that Givebutter platform is free, it comes with the best communications team I ever worked with. I had my one-on-one meeting with my account manager, whom I thought of as a thought partner, and then there's also a very responsive team that helped me troubleshoot when I ran into deadlock. Givebutter is made for everyone - especially it's made for smaller organizations that would otherwise not have a platform because of the price tags that usually come with the platform!

I love how simple and easy it is to setup campaigns. Additionally, having a "Request a Feature" section is great for building new features and hearing from the community.

GiveButter Makes Non-Profit Donations & Donors Easy
It is very complete, simple and effective. A non-profit can begin accepting donations, and raising money easily. The fact that it's designed around the donor paying all the fees is excellent—every single donation since we started has ended up with zero fees.
Starting a donor database and sending emails and letters are included—and it also makes setting up mailing labels easy for snail mail. It's amazing how complicated that can be on other platforms, such a Shopify, which we also use.
The customer support is quite knowledgeable, and fast, but only via chat. Email puts a lag between when you're working with the program and when you get your answer. And chatting isn't a good as phone support. The system is being worked on actively and we've seen things rolled out on the beta program regularly.

I am a big fan of its very clear "Raise", "Track", and "Engage" modules to help delineate the type of fundraising tool I am using and what I want to accomplish. very convenient for our supporters. Many people don't carry cash anymore so being able to accept digital payments has leveled up our fundraising events. Also very helpful is the built in data collection for auditing purposes. Very clear paper trail and it automatically provides a customizable thank you message and receipt for donations. We will be moving to Givebutter to collect payment form our team members for annual dues, apparel orders, food orders etc. I shared Givebutter with another team and they recently reached out thanking me, having had similar success! The tool itself is incredibly easy to use and super intuitive. It has helped us so much and our endeavors and we rave about it to anybody who we talk to. I would not use any other software and the continual updates are great. My Feedback has been received, and they respond in a timely manner.

Smooth Operation and Cool Design
The option to charge for streaming events is so useful. It's easy to use and to implement. I've not had to call on customer support yet, but I am confident it will be a good experience. Now my organiztion can drop PayPal and have an integrated donation and donor managment. Wonderful!

I compared many different giving platforms and was drawn to Givebutter because it is free to the user and transparent to the giver. I like that it is optional to provide the tip or transfer fees, and that none of the costs are hidden. The dashboard is sleek and easy to use, and it had all the sharing features I needed to be able to run multiple campaigns and keep track of giving, thank-you notes, and other data. I have recommended it to others who have also used it and appreciated the ease.
