Givebutter made our life as a small nonprofit SO MUCH easier! The text messages and the ability to text to receive a link made it great for our donors. Also appreciated the invoices and the ability to do a silent auction within the same page making the integrations all easy. I enjoyed the customer support aspect where different orientations and calls were provided - GiveButter is a thought leader in nonprofit fundraising. I visited the site each day of our campaign - all the time! - and found it easy to implement into our website and existing processes, as well as easy to track and view metrics.

All the resources, and the chat help feature with customer support. I also like how easy it was for my donors to make a donation or bid on an auction item. Our revnue for the auction definitely increased because of Givebutter's auction platform. Most of all I like that Givebutter is free to us!

The user interface is very uncomplicated; being someone new to running a nonprofit, I found it very easy to incorporate into my business, especially how quick it is to upload new emails into the service for newsletter blasts and donation asks. I also found out recently that I can sell tickets for events without paying a fee, so all the times I've used Eventbrite and gotten a very large chunk of my proceeds taken away, I could have been using Givebutter.

The branding and platform are very aesthetic and easy to use for donors. I like that we didn't have a limit on auction items photos, and the feed at the right of the campaign showing donations and updates. As a marketing manager, I found the butter people a very cute touch. Giving the donors options to cover fees is super helpful. I like the ability to put images and links in the story, campaign announcements, and auction item listings. Customer service answered all my questions promptly. I think there are a lot of great features, but truthfully, we didn't need to use all of them.

Our organization had previously signed up with Network for Good, which cost us $3,000 a year and was a significant financial burden for our small organization. While we appreciated the ability to track donors and donations, we encountered frustration with certain aspects of their customer service. Lot's of upsells for additional features like tickets. I was happy when I discovered the features offered by GiveButter, and the fact that they were available for free. The platform not only meets the needs of our organization but also has an easy-to-use interface. Importing our old data into their service was easy.

As a newer nonprofit, Givebutter appealed to us because there was no cost to join/sign up/use or begin to collect donations. We use it to sell tickets to regular reoccurring events. I like how the Givebutter platform includes a "Verified" icon next to our nonprofit so people know and trust their donations are going to a good cause. Its a easy user experience, with multiple options to pay and integrates well onto our website.

I love the giving thermometer, I love that it has the capability to sell tickets, run a silent auction, the social media-esque news feed feature, and the gamification aspect of creating fundraising teams. Everything feels customizeable and I can easily have all my data in one place when all is said and done.

When we were planning small events that had a fundraising component, we decided to give Givebutter a try. The Givebutter set-up process was easy and user-friendly, and we were able to get things up and going quickly. We were pleasantly surprised by how well the peer-to-peer fundraising elements worked, and we exceeded our fundraising goals! It was also nice that people could leave a "tip" to offset any transaction fees, leaving us with more donation dollars. The platform is very userfriendly on the backend and when we had problems customer service was great to work with. It had everything we needed for our first ever Color Run and was very easy to implement. We also really liked the event landing page where participants can see how much we have raised overall as well as the team leaderboards.

I am new to my organization and they have used GB for some time. It has been easy to use, navigate and process payments with on a daily basis. The reportiong fetures are also good to help me learn and eventually analyze data for future projects.
