The team at GloveBox are awesome to work with. We are new to using the platform and already have over 20% adoption from the initial rollout GB orchestrated. Working with Adam and Andy through the initial stages was seamless. I also appreciate that Adam follows up along the way. He wants to see you succeed as an agency and knows GB will help accomplish that so calls out if you are not using it to its full potential. That accountability is appreciated. The support team is always quick to respond and takes concerns, ideas, and questions seriously. I worked with Logan the other day and he helped me solve a problem that was even outside of GB (document size limit) that was something that even our IT team didn't have a solution for. The problem was that our team had documents too large to attach in GB. The solution Logan found was that how we were saving documents was inflating the file size exponentially. That is a testament for how the team approaches troubleshooting. I had an issue where commercial/personal clients weren't linking in GB and Kevin worked with the data team at GB finding where the hole was (which was where our data was internally, not a GB issue). He provided me a list of clients that had the issue so we can fix it. I could go on and on about positive interactions with all of the guys mentioned in this testimonial.
