We just had our preventative maintenance walk through with Eric and he was great, excellent with communication and addressed any concerns we had. I highly recommend them and their team to anyone looking, especially homeowners... they have great intentions and take care of what needs to be done in order to keep your property in excellent condition. I have been renting with Good Life for almost 4 years now and this property management has been great to work with. Yesterday we had our annual maintenance inspection and Eric R. was awesome! I only had 2 minor requests but he put them in immediately while he was there and got the process started. The home is well-maintained but any time something comes up no matter how big or small they always respond immediately and communicate each step of the process and follow-up to make sure everything was taken care of. Great to work with and awesome staff/field specialists.
