Good Life is a great rental company. All vendors and managers are prompt and help quickly. Recently our porch was breaking down from all the rain. Oscar at Goodlife was on top of it and the porch was replaced asap. Also, our refrigerator completely broke. It took a while to get approval, but Derek at Goodlife delivered a full replacement fridge and even discounted my rent for the time we were without a working appliance. Have multiple properties managed by Good Life. They are excellent, professional, and timely. Tons of processes in place to handle everything you need from rental property management. Vendor pricing for fixing things is kinda high, but never a complaint from tenants.

There is a property I am interested in renting for a short period of time and he got me in to tour it immediately! I just had to fill out a simple application and I was given a code to go and tour the property right away. Super easy. I found the listing on Zillow and was touring within one hour. Convenience is key to earning my business!

We've been using Good Life Property Management to manage our property for two years now; it was important to us that our tenants are treated well and that the property management company would be responsive to both the tenant's needs and ours and their reviews fit the bill for us. They were able to quickly rehab our property to get it into rentable shape and after a few days of being on the market, had a tenant for us (who's been with us ever since). Payments and documents (including end of month repair bills and end of year tax documents) are always on time. Ultimately, everything is pretty hands off for us aside from having to approve the occasional high end repair. We've had a few property management assistants throughout that time and they've all generally been great. We're currently working with Kevin Cotant and he's always quick to respond to us and friendly as well. I've been self managing our property for years. But now, with a busy schedule, needed someone to manage our property. And with the ever changing rental rules, laws and market prices, we felt more comfortable having a professional team manage our property. Cole got our property ready and on the market 4 days after our last tenant moved out. Crazy fast and impressive! Cole gave us updates throughout each week and got it leased a few weeks on the market. Way, way faster than what I could have done. And at the price we expected. I definitely recommend anyone call them if they need help with Property Management. They have been super helpful and professional. A great weight has been lifted off my shoulders now that Good Life Property Management is there. The Team at Good Life has been managing my property for over a year and a half now. I had taken on an international assignment and needed to off-load the responsibility and stress of getting my place rented immediately so I could focus on my move and expatriation. I chose Good Life based on the numerous positive internet reviews. During that time I have found the team to exhibit the highest degree of professionalism. Since the initial in-person intake review of my condo I have been virtually hands-off and the Good Life Team handled preparing (painting, miscellaneous repairs, etc), advertising, showing and successfully leasing my property (twice now as my first tenant opted to move out following the conclusion of their lease term) very quickly and efficiently. During both my first and second occurrence of having to find a tenant my property was leased within 2-3 weeks of its vacancy; I can attribute this efficiency to having listened to and agreed with any recommendations Good Life provided pertaining to rent adjustment or any other recommendations they made related to my property. They communicated any costs associated with painting, maintenance and repairs all of which were very reasonably priced in my opinion. They also handle my mortgage, HOA and property tax payments and communicate in advance if I need to transfer any additional funds through their easy-to-use Owner's web portal well in advance in order to meet the deadlines of the aforementioned payments. I check up on my mortgage payments and they have not missed a single one. At the end of the year they provide you with a cash-flow and income statement accounting for all these services to help with tax filing. Their communication and transparency is stellar, and their recommendations pertaining to getting your property rented quickly are both straightforward and practical. I always feel like I'm more than adequately informed of the progress pertaining to getting my property rented. Overall I am very pleased with my experience with the service provided to me by the Team at Good Life and I would happily recommend them to anyone considering hiring a property manager. Moved into a residence almost a year ago rented through Good Life. I have to say working with them has made being a renter very easy and the people I've spoken with have all been very professional, nice and accommodating. The company uses an online portal and electronic leases so it made signing super easy. You can also put in maintenance requests thru the portal and Good Life is very quick to respond. We had issues with our front door after all the rain and they were able to get one of their vendors out asap to help us out! Brandon was very helpful as our point of contact and answered all our questions before we moved in and made the paperwork for renting our home very fast and easy. Nik did our annual home inspection was friendly and accommodating to our family's needs (our baby's nap time would've been around the time of his appointment so he was ok with us sending pictures of the room and smoke detector so he wouldn't have to go in and disrupt her nap). Also shout out to Nik because when he entered our home (no shoes inside policy) he stepped on his own shoes instead of stepping on the ground outside before stepping into the house. We also worked with Marger on renewing our lease for another year and he has been very patient, nice and accommodating as well (they were having technical issues getting the new lease to upload to our portal). Luckily it got resolved so we were able to sign thru the portal! Whew!

Living over 100 miles away, I could no longer handle the self-management of my property. My friend recommended Steve and Good Life Property Management and I am in the process of setting everything up and signing the paperwork to proceed with their property management services. I know it's really preliminary to write a review (especially since our contract doesn't officially start until January 1st), but I wanted to share in my positive experience thus far. My first contact there was Chloe, who was really helpful in explaining their services and answering my questions. When I decided to proceed, I was then connected with Irma and Steve. The document submission and online set up were really easy. Since I already had tenants in the unit, I had a call with Steve to let him know of what was going on with them and what to be on the lookout for. For his part, he shared some valuable feedback regarding the legalities of doing things a certain way, which I really appreciated. One major thing I had going on (which I wanted to complete before handing over the management duties) was the delivery of a new refrigerator and washer/dryer center. The refrigerator was successfully delivered and installed, however, I had to fix the frozen water valves for the w/d before it could be installed. Seeking a plumber to quickly fix the problem, I called Good Life to see who they typically use. They provided two referrals and I was able to get one of them out the next day (yay!). Then came a grueling 5 days of me calling Lowe's and being on hold for hours in order to reschedule the installation of the new w/d and haul away of the old one. I finally got a date set up and the night before, a Lowes associate told me it would be a morning appointment, which worked for my tenant. The morning of the installation, I got a robocall from Lowes telling me it was an afternoon installation...which was NOT good for my tenant. I was heading into my child's holiday show when all of this was going on, so I frantically texted Steve, who said someone from his team could assist with being there for the afternoon installation if need be (and if my tenants were okay with it). A weight was immediately lifted off my shoulders and my stress level dropped down a few notches. Talk about going above and beyond!! Luckily, Lowes arrived during the short period of time my tenant was available in the afternoon so we didn't need Good Life to be there. The gesture really went a long way though! Looking forward to working with Steve and Good Life!

I have a condo that I was attempting to sell but due to the high mortgage rates and lack of demand in the real estate market, I decided to rent it out instead. I choose Good Life Property Management because of the reviews online and their full money back guarantee. I will say that I am extremely happy with my decision to go with Good Life and would give them 10 stars if I could. They say that you can really tell if a person or company is a good partner when you undergo stressful situations and unfortunate circumstances. As we were prepping the condo for rent, there were a bunch of upgrades and repairs we had to do. I was fortunate that I had Madison and Bryce on my team at Good Life. Madison was detailed and on top of things - getting quotes from contractors and coordinating all the work. I never had to worry that things weren't getting done on a timely basis. At the same time, Bryce was doing research on rentals in the area and provided an in-depth recommendation for pricing strategy for when the condo goes live. While all this service was top notch, nothing compares to what Madison did when a slew of unfortunate events occurred in the Lowe's delivery, haul away and installation of new appliances I ordered for the rental property. In a duration of 3 weeks, there were 4 delivery attempts from Lowe's and none of them happened as planned. Between incorrect information the store shared with me resulting in the installers not doing the expected work, to needing an emergency plumber to fix a water valve that wasn't working, to Lowe's drivers arriving outside the time window that they promised, Madison took it on with professionalism, grace and a positive attitude. She went above and beyond the call of duty and she did it with a smile. Madison adapted to unexpected hurdles and acted in a timely and extremely appropriate way. I could not say enough about her and the way she handled the situation and I feel extremely grateful that she is on my property management team. If you have any doubts of choosing Good Life for your property management needs, please don't! You will be in good hands with Madison and Bryce.

Put in a request for a viewing a property, but received an unusual error message. Called and left a voicemail requesting assistance, and got a call back from Angel in less than an hour. Angel was happy to review the listing and clarify the error message I received, and helped process the request to be sure it went through. Great attitude and great customer service experience!

From the beginning they put us at ease by answering all of our questions and thoroughly explaining the process of renting out our home. Cole was our leasing manager and was awesome at giving us advice and regular updates. Brandon, our property manager and Keith have been so helpful and answer emails in a timely manner. Worked with Taji Sanders for a rental in San Diego. She was super helpful and followed up properly with me both through phone and email. The application process was simple and approval came 2-3 business days after. We had one tiny escalation and after Taji couldn't get ahold of one of my roommates, she called me and we were able to remedy quickly. Would recommend working with this company.

We were struggling to rent out an apartment in San Diego because we lived a few hours north. After signing up with a different company and watching it sit vacant for 2 more months, we found Good Life (on yelp!) and it was like day and night. The apartment was spruced up and rented out in about a month with TONS of updates along the way, in a difficult rental market. It's been over 8 years now, and I think we're on our third tenant. Turnovers, maintenance, broken appliances, roof leaks, lease renewals with rent increases based on their market analysis... They handle it all quickly and with great communication. Their pricing seems reasonable and is worth it twice over for how smoothly things have gone. Our account is managed by Savannah right now, and we've had Adam and Steve himself in the past. All three are 5-star. I don't think there is a better property management company, I just wish they were state wide and managed HOAs too XD

I'm interested in renting one of their properties so I just called and spoke with Sahiry to see if I can see it sooner than I had scheduled online. She gave me a few options, none worked out with my schedule. But her kindness and politeness were exceptional. They have reasonable properties listed on their website, everything is easy to navigate. Because of the interaction with Sahiry I will continue to check Good Life for potential rentals.

Quick update, a year into living in a property managed by Good Life. So far so good. They've been quick to resolve any issues whether it is with the property, or with the online billing system, and act as a proxy between us as the tenants and the owners of the property when necessary.

We saw a home listed on Zillow for rent. We requested an appointment and within minutes I had a text with instructions on how to conduct a self guided tour. Everything was straightforward and afterwards the company texted me about completing an application. I called the company today to inquire about a few items re: the listing and was assisted by Angel. If he didn't know the answer, he said he would follow up. He was pleasant and professional and did not make me feel rushed. Most of all, he actually answered the phone! Many property managers we are dealing with now when inquiring about possible rental properties do not even have the courtesy to return your phone call. This company appears to be the exception to the rule.

Taji made our move so smooth and effortless and got us moved in quickly from viewing the rental (within a week!).

As renter we haven't been overall happy with good life as our property management company. Keith has always been prompt with resolving any issues we have and that is much appreciated.

Last year, I needed a property management company I could trust not only to find a tenant and collect rent, but also a company I could trust to help prepare a property for rent, find a tenant, and once rented stay on top of day-to-day maintenance. The property is a 50+ year-old single family home that was being converted to a rental for the first time, so there was quite a bit of work to be done. Significant upgrades were needed both inside and outside. From my first contact with Good Life, I was impressed. On top of knowing their business well. everyone I've had contact with has been friendly, professional, and patient, As we progressed through the stages I mention above, it was clear I was working with experienced people who made a priority of keeping me informed. They assessed the décor and suitability of the house and its features, recommended upgrades and repairs and managed the work. They even made contact with neighbors to ensure good relations, going as far as solving a long-standing issue with one neighbor concerning irrigation. They assessed the market, recommended a rent amount, and had the property rented within a few short weeks of being on the market. Importantly, now that the property has been rented, the level of engagement has continued. We've had a number of unanticipated maintenance needs in the first few months of rental, from trivial to major. Our property manager Dana has done an amazing job managing through them with us, the contractors, our tenant, and even the city. She has been responsive, on top of the details and easy to work with. Bottom line, I'm glad we found GoodLife to manage our property and I would unequivocally and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for property management services.

I definitely recommend Good Life Property Management. It is my first time going through a rental agency and Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. They are great in communicating with apartment showings, to handing keys, to lease signing. I'm very grateful for Taji in communication of following up with signatures, paperwork, and ensuring maintenance issues are followed up. She has been very helpful via text and via email.
