Ability to generate higher % of positive guest ratings on Google and TripAdvisor organically through their unique methodology without any unscrupulous tactics. Guests feel more at ease communicating via text and can allow for problems to be mitigated during a stay as opposed to after they leave the property. Systems allows for creative use cases and automation saving administrative man hours.

GuestTouch has certainly made my life easy. With so many things on my to-do list, it is nice to have a reliable helping hand that promptly responds to all of my guest reviews. I never have to worry about the verbiage, and if I want to make a little edit to personalize the reply, they make it so easy for me. Definitely a service worth having!
