I recently went through a personalized report by HD&Me, and it was a really insightful experience. The way they break down human design concepts into simple, practical explanations makes it easy to understand and actually apply in daily life. The report felt very personalized and helped me better understand my decision-making style and energy patterns. Overall, it’s a great tool for anyone looking to gain more clarity and self-awareness without feeling overwhelmed.

Rachel’s reading was incredibly insightful and accurate. She articulated aspects of myself that I’d always sensed but couldn’t quite put into words, especially qualities I hadn’t previously recognized as strengths. What made her approach so powerful was how she reframed these traits, showing me how to lean into them fully and navigate anything that felt like an obstacle. I left the session with tangible guidance for my career, relationships, and personal life. Having these subconscious knowings confirmed as part of my actual design gave me newfound confidence in my choices and strengthened my trust in my own intuition. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone seeking deeper self-understanding!

Rachel read my chart, and I learned so much about myself in a way that truly made sense. She helped me understand how I have high energy for my interests, but naturally move on once I feel satisfied, and how I sometimes skip steps and need to circle back to refine a project. The session increased my self-awareness, and I’m genuinely intrigued in learning more about how I can access my full potential.

This was the first time that I had heard of Human Design and was SO intrigued to have a reading when Rachel offered this. I'm so glad I did - everything she told me was familiar but at the same time new! EVERYTHING Rachel told me from my reading resonated with me - from my energy centres to where my instincts comes from (gut) it was like Rachel had known me better than myself. I'm SO excited to use the knowledge from this exercise to bring into my daily life and have already noticed positive impacts already. I'm actually looking into getting this done as a team and for my employees individually as I think this will be a really beautiful team bonding exercise and I truly believe it will improve how we will work together! I met Rachel in Lisbon on a solo working holiday and instantly hit it off with her! Her energy is so warm and infectious it feels like tonic for the soul speaking with her. Thank you so much Rachel!

Rachel was so generous with her time and reflections. I really felt seen & understood for who I naturally am and the tendencies that I was born with. I felt encouraged & inspired to lean into my strengths and really see them as gifts for me to lean into the full potential of. I would def recommend HD&Me for in-depth HD work!

My experience of having Rachel read my Human Design Chart was fascinating. Her insights, from the reading, were on target, as though presenting me with a blueprint of my personality. Rachel's observations helped me to become more aware of patterns of behavior that influenced my decision making process. Since our reading I have used her suggestions to pause and take the time I need before making important decisions. I would highly recommend taking this journey into personal awareness with Rachel.

I really enjoyed my HD and Me reading . It was so accurate and validating. . I provided them with just a couple of simple facts and was given a comprehensive reading . It helped me to understand my strengths but also take into account areas where I can be more intentional . I would recommend this to anyone who wants to understand themselves alittle more and it is helpful to use in navigating through life . It was also super fun !

In our first session, it appears that Rachel knows more about me than myself!!! Even with just the fundamental course, Rachel was able to identify patterns that I have not been able to even begin to connect. And in starting my spiritual business, the need to trust and surrender to the energy is Paramount. Rachel’s insight reminded me to embody the traits that are strongest to me, not only in my business, but my personal life as well. This makes perfect sense but I just never had the gentle nudge to incorporate this. I’m so excited about the progress. I will make in this next chapter with this integration. Highly recommend HD&Me as you normally get your personal design session, you get guidance, a safe place and messages from something greater.
