HD&Me has been such an eye-opening experience for me. Working in the music industry in Los Angeles, life can move at a crazy pace: constant deadlines, creative pressure, and the balance of being a dad on top of it all. I’ve always been focused on growth and trying to become a better version of myself, but HD&Me gave me tools and language that actually helped me understand how to do that. It showed me parts of myself I hadn’t fully understood before. How I process stress, what environments bring out my best, and how I can align my natural rhythm with the demands of work and family. That awareness alone has changed how I approach my day-to-day life and even how I collaborate with others creatively. I’d absolutely recommend HD&Me to anyone who’s juggling a lot and still trying to show up as their best self. It’s not just self-help: it’s a real framework for understanding who you are and how to live in alignment with that.

I have so many wonderful things to say about HD&Me! I have truly started living my truth after my full report and feel happy, content, and understand why I make some of the decisions I do! My HD&Me personalized report clearly explained my human design in a way that was both educational, fun, and straight to the point. I am a highly sensitive/deeply feeling person and the insight that my report gave me about how to guide my emotions during decision making processes was very helpful. I read my HD&Me personalized report this summer before starting college. It really helped me understand myself. I learned that I work best when I take initiative instead of waiting around for direction. Having that knowledge helped me to stop second-guessing and when I started doing things my way I felt better. It’s made me more confident in going after what I want rather than letting others tell me what to do.

HD&Me has opened my mind on who I am and how to differentiate others. Learning my human design gave me an understanding of my emotions and how to act on them. It gave me an understanding on why I have specific emotions, where they come from, and how to critique my self moving forward. Some of the insights I’ve gained from using HD&Me are the functions of my stress center and how I learned it pressures us to accomplish a specific action or goal. It taught me how to train myself to recognize what I need to do to accomplish these goals. I would highly recommend HD&Me to others as a tool for the future. HD&Me gives you knowledge for more tools in your own personalized tool belt to create your tailored lifestyle with what your body and mind has to offer.

My husband and I had so much fun reading through our reports to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and our relationship. We were so intrigued that we decided to also get a report for our young son - and that has perhaps been the most fun of all. We love learning more about who he is, and it's been pretty incredible to witness some parts of the report come to life before our eyes. Getting and reading my personalized HD&Me report was incredible.
