HD&Me has opened my mind on who I am and how to differentiate others. Learning my human design gave me an understanding of my emotions and how to act on them. It gave me an understanding on why I have specific emotions, where they come from, and how to critique my self moving forward. Some of the insights I’ve gained from using HD&Me are the functions of my stress center and how I learned it pressures us to accomplish a specific action or goal.
