Great work, we launched our support page on https://support.heylogin.com/ using HelpKit and it works great. Everything internally happens in Notion and now we can stay inside Notion to edit our Help Center pages. I am looking forward to multi-language features :)
HelpKit is a hidden gem! We were looking to build a Support Hub but didn’t have the time or capacity to fully build it. As we work a lot with Notion, HelpKit was the perfect software for our Support Hub - it was set up in such a short time thanks to Dom’s work! He’s so reactive and helpful. Can’t recommend more! (the customization and other integrations are a must as well)

Congrats on the PH launch @sobedominik I freaking love HelpKit. We use it to host and share all the support articles for my paid Notion templates, and it's a perfect complement to our active support community. If anyone's curious, here's how we use it: Support articles intended for customer-viewing are placed into our Public HelpKit template in our Notion workspace. We also place those article in synced blocks, allowing us to embed them inside our internal support database. There, we also create technical reference material that's only meant for my team to see.
I use HelpKit for Prograds.com and for the WeVu Coaching Marketplace. Two separate SaaS; that's how much I love HelpKit. Dom is amazing for customer support and feedback. Congrats Dom, well deserved successful first anniversary. Check out Prograds support at https://support.prograds.com/.

Organizing knowledge management processes in a newly opened organization is always hard, especially when you're growing and work with volunteers. Keeping transparency becomes very important task, so everyone will be on a high level of engagement. Thanks to such integration of Notion with Help Kit we're able to create a project system that give us flexibility, control and simplicity. We liked Help Kit for it smooth onboarding, it took only several minutes to set it up, very user-firendly design. Also, we've loved how help center structured and how search works. All the best for the creator and highly recommend for all the teams out there :)

Fantastic software. Everything is so intuitive and changes sync automatically. My team and I love this tool, we're so fortunate to have found it. And Dominik is extremely patient, helpful and responds very quickly. Definitely recommend Helpkit if you're looking for an easy-to-use and beautifully designed tool!
