I was a brand new coach when I started HPC. I had just received my coaching certification and hadn't coached anyone outside of my coaching program. Additionally, I didn't have any structures on how to generate clients, didn't know exactly how to start my coaching business, and felt overwhelmed by the process. I would still be stuck if it wasn't for the HPC launch program. The content and the coaching in this program is of high value and is for coaches who want to get over their limiting beliefs and follow a process that works. I am now transitioning into being a full time coach and resigned from my 15 year career just a week ago. I have two high fee clients with a 3rd one on the way. I went from $0 to $5400 by the end of the program. I am thrilled with this. Beside the program content HPC recognizes that we need to be coached on strategies & the stories we tell ourselves that interfere with our success as a coach. The breakthrough process works when you follow it! HPC coaches are supportive, direct, and authentic in their coaching style. I have grown tremendously in the last 3 months and look forward to the next 3months putting everything I learned into aligned action. Thank you to everyone at HPC! Especially Greg who was the first coach I have ever worked 1:1 with. Grey was able to see me and tell me what he saw. I felt seen and heard all the time. I wish I had more coaching sessions!

As a formally-trained engineer who has always prided himself in being a problem-solver ("I can fix that"), my experience with Launch by HPC has opened my eyes to new dimensions of how to effectively lead and coach other people. A brilliant one day intensive, made extra special by the fact it was face to face. The warm welcome, passion and energy from all the team, including Ryan, Joel and Nina as presenters was unbeatable. It's widely recognised that coaches can really end up on the receiving end of high pressure sales, poor content and empty promises from companies offering the route to transformation. This is NOT the case with HPC. This really is a no BS, highly professional and super generous offering and I will continue to work with and recommended HPC. Thank you guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The HPC sessions are as the name describes : HIGH PERFORMING. The session was value=packed, with practical examples of how to increase your presence in the market, serve customers authentically and grow your business footprint. Launch HPC - What a fantastic 3 month programme. Perfect for anyone that wants to start a coaching business, has the coaching skills but wants to know how to set up and run a coaching business. Great Group coaching and the opportunity to be part of a community so you don't feel alone on this journey. Finally this is a great way to understand what's stopping you from progressing in getting clients.

The Hybrid High Intensity Event was a powerful, inspiring and purposeful experience. The breakthrough mindset and mindfulness exercises were particularly powerful with much to takeaway. As an introduction to the HPC Launch Programme it was enormously helpful and as an introduction to the HPC Team it was brilliant.

I recently attended a one day in person workshop with HPC and as usual, they delivered in spades. The professionalism, content, energy and delivery are spot on. Though I have completed a Launch course with HPC, I choose to remain connected to stay close to the fire as it were! To stay connected to a community of great, loving human beings who all want to make a difference in their own way - and help each other along the way! Every time I spend time with HPC I learn something new, or am reminded of valuable lessons.

Today was a wonderful experience with Hpc they put on an amazing training and they put everything into it and were fully in the moment. And they really demonstrated some amazing in the present moment Coaching skills and really done a fantastic job of holding the space and listening to us all in general and in their Coaching and they really pushed us beyond our comfort zones in such a powerful way. I am in the corporate training/coaching sector. The quality of coaching and actionable information from HPC has been, for me, incredible. By applying their method; from Connection to getting through the Money Talk, I was able generate clients and recoup my course fees in the first week. HPC were the perfect springboard for my coaching business. The training modules are great, informative and accessible at any time and I still refer back to them. You will feel like you have joined a coaching family which is incredibly supportive and always wanting you to do your best. These guys know exactly what they are doing - and are constantly striving to improve. Personally, you will grow exponentially, painful at times but it only makes you a better coach. Joining HPC's Launch group was by far the best decision of my coaching career. The content and support they provide, coupled with powerful, powerful coaching, has changed the trajectory of my career AND my life. The HPC experience is a life changing experience, professionally and personally. Deep sense of belonging, being part of, anchoring me when I needed it. The team’s drive and knowledge is unique, they care, and I think this is what makes a huge difference. At the same time there is no fluff, it is blunt and to the point. The course is intense so you are immersed in it and you are performing to your best in order to set things in motion for your business. I have worked with the team from High-Performing Coach for the last eleven weeks, and it was just what myself and Co-Coaches were looking for. If you are looking to set up a coaching business HPC are extremely unique in their approach. They literally coach you through the process and create a very cohesive group setting where all participants create amazing friendships and groups off the back of the course. I think there key skill is making coaches see the value they have and then give coaching the nuts and bolts of how to start their coaching businesses in a very psychologically secure environment. The events and programs offered by High-Performing Coach are second to none. I recently finished their Mastery program and it was life-changing for me. I know what I need to do to build my business now. There is no more second guessing which marketing strategies to use or wasting time on things that don't work. Launch by HPC. Well, what can I say? Get on over there & join them as fast as your fingers can type! If you are a Coach or Consultant in the online space - you need these guys! They teach, they coach, they mentor - they get you out of your head and into the world. What what a journey Mastery with HPC has been! It has been extraordinary from starting with 2 clients ever to now having 11 at once having doubled my fees, with my biggest income month to date of £12K. However this has never been about the money, only the person I have become to serve my clients powerfully - we can only serve our clients to the extent of our breakthroughs, overcoming setbacks to create setups with resilience and velocity. Discovering HPC has been the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for me. I was so full of doubt, lacking motivation and belief that I would ever be able to be 'That coach!' The support, tools and training I received on the Launch program have laid such strong foundations that I believe I will use not only now, but for the rest of my life. I've been working with HPC for a couple of months now and not only have they changed my business, they've changed my life! They've helped me reach breakthroughs I never thought possible. They've changed the way I think about myself as a person and my business. I'm usually very bad for doing something for a few weeks then dropping out but what I realised is I do that when there is no value. I haven't done that with HPC because they keep serving and adding more in every single session, video, post and everything. I cannot recommend them enough! 10/5 stars!

What I would say about HPC is they practice what they preach. HPC has really researched its stuff about how to set up a coaching business. The Launch programme was extensive, detailed and highly, highly rewarding. I think the biggest compliment I can pay is HPC showed me just how much I didn't know about setting up a coaching business and then gave me what I didn't know - so now I know it. There are plenty of people who will take your money out there, but I was happy to give HPC mine.

This is the best coaching program I have participated in. I've been a coach for 3 years and last year (2020) I had no new clients. After less than a month in this program I already have two high paying clients, with more to come.I learned how to do this all online - which is a brand new paradigm for me. So - the training is awesome, the team are master coaches themselves, and bring both incredible experience as well as a deep kindness and compassion. We learn strategy, the basic know how for creating clients, AND we are coached through our blocks all along the way. What could be better for coaches? AND the strategy for "sales" (not the term they use) is to use coaching with potential clients as they make their decision to sign up with us - again - perfect for coaches. I highly highly recommend this program.

I’ve attended two workshops and done the Launch Programme with the team at HPC. I can’t recommend them highly enough. My friends at High performing coach are great trainers. I first met them at a workshop in December 2018. I watched as other people signed up and then started creating busy vibrant coaching businesses. I was stuck, struggling to get past not having any money. I could not see that I cant afford it, my excuse, Should have been I cannot afford not to sign up. In a 7 day challenge this week, I realised what was holding me back. I made the effort, I created the money, all of a sudden, good things started to happen in my business. Dont be like me, I wasted nearly 2 years waiting for the right time. That time is right now!! I have now completed the most amazing 3 day online workshop. My training package has been totally revised. My sales conversation script has been transformed. But my blocks are melting as I take action. Could not have made this progress on my own. Course value priceless.

I don't know which words to use to describe the impact that the offer and the team behind hpc have had on me and my business. I am in the launch Program and I feel holistically supported through the mindset coaching, the teaching of practical and technical skills and the community. These guys really show up fully with al their wisdom, knowledge, excitement and love. I am in week 4 and am having more enrolment calls, more conversations, feel more confident AND safe. Even when those anxious moments knock on my door, I now know that this is just calling in a transformation and I keep on moving instead of staying stuck in fear mode. I signed up for the 7 day challenge but 'life' got in the way this week, so I haven't YET watched ANY of the videos and missed a couple of the calls - but I still personally got so much out of this 'gift' this week. I did sign up for VIP and would highly recommend this. It was truly inspirational, I love the coaching style, the authentic generosity of all who shared and I even found the 'courage' to do my first LIVE on our FB group. Yay me! Action creates confidence! I will watch all of the videos and catch up on all the chats as there will be invaluable nuggets in there for me - but I committed and signed up regardless for Performance, as I'd seen enough to convince me at that point. I did the full day workshop with HPC and Marissa Peer last week. This being Covid, the workshop was all online, so I got to join from Singapore - finally - staying up to past midnight so I wouldn't miss a word. I've been a student at HPC for a good 7 or 8 months now, and there's so much I'm still learning with each course that i do with them. Their full day workshops are intensive - and if you've never worked with HPC, it really does present amazing value as you get to download all the nuggets of strategy and wisdom the team have collected over the years on how to build a thriving coaching business and achieve non-stop personal breakthroughs all the way. I LOVED Marissa Peer. It's the first time I've seen her. Thank you HPC for this event. I highly recommend it.

I was a brand new coach when I started HPC. I had just received my coaching certification and hadn't coached anyone outside of my coaching program. Additionally, I didn't have any structures on how to generate clients, didn't know exactly how to start my coaching business, and felt overwhelmed by the process. I would still be stuck if it wasn't for the HPC launch program. The content and the coaching in this program is of high value and is for coaches who want to get over their limiting beliefs and follow a process that works. I am now transitioning into being a full time coach and resigned from my 15 year career just a week ago. I have two high fee clients with a 3rd one on the way. I went from $0 to $5400 by the end of the program. I am thrilled with this. Beside the program content HPC recognizes that we need to be coached on strategies & the stories we tell ourselves that interfere with our success as a coach. The breakthrough process works when you follow it! HPC coaches are supportive, direct, and authentic in their coaching style. I have grown tremendously in the last 3 months and look forward to the next 3months putting everything I learned into aligned action. Thank you to everyone at HPC! A brilliant one day intensive, made extra special by the fact it was face to face. The warm welcome, passion and energy from all the team, including Ryan, Joel and Nina as presenters was unbeatable. It's widely recognised that coaches can really end up on the receiving end of high pressure sales, poor content and empty promises from companies offering the route to transformation. I have worked with the team from High-Performing Coach for the last eleven weeks, and it was just what myself and Co-Coaches were looking for. Ryan, Tina, Max and Adrian have created a professional, empathic and authentic team of coaches, who not only coached me, but taught me so much about how to launch my own coaching business. They held me accountable every week and knew where myself and my course colleagues would be stuck, as the course progressed. If you are looking to set up a coaching business HPC are extremely unique in their approach. They literally coach you through the process and create a very cohesive group setting where all participants create amazing friendships and groups off the back of the course. I think there key skill is making coaches see the value they have and then give coaching the nuts and bolts of how to start their coaching businesses in a very psychologically secure environment. The events and programs offered by High-Performing Coach are second to none. I recently finished their Mastery program and it was life-changing for me. I know what I need to do to build my business now. There is no more second guessing which marketing strategies to use or wasting time on things that don't work. Launch by HPC. Well, what can I say? Get on over there & join them as fast as your fingers can type! If you are a Coach or Consultant in the online space - you need these guys! They teach, they coach, they mentor - they get you out of your head and into the world. True of every good course or program, I learned a lot about me in the process of learning how to grow my online coaching practice! While there is no "one way", I would say this is the best way. What what a journey Mastery with HPC has been! It has been extraordinary from starting with 2 clients ever to now having 11 at once having doubled my fees, with my biggest income month to date of £12K. However this has never been about the money, only the person I have become to serve my clients powerfully - we can only serve our clients to the extent of our breakthroughs, overcoming setbacks to create setups with resilience and velocity. Discovering HPC has been the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for me. I was so full of doubt, lacking motivation and belief that I would ever be able to be 'That coach!' The support, tools and training I received on the Launch program have laid such strong foundations that I believe I will use not only now, but for the rest of my life. I've been working with HPC for a couple of months now and not only have they changed my business, they've changed my life! They've helped me reach breakthroughs I never thought possible. They've changed the way I think about myself as a person and my business. I'm usually very bad for doing something for a few weeks then dropping out but what I realised is I do that when there is no value. I haven't done that with HPC because they keep serving and adding more in every single session, video, post and everything. I cannot recommend them enough! 10/5 stars!

What I would say about HPC is they practice what they preach. HPC has really researched its stuff about how to set up a coaching business. The Launch programme was extensive, detailed and highly, highly rewarding. I think the biggest compliment I can pay is HPC showed me just how much I didn't know about setting up a coaching business and then gave me what I didn't know - so now I know it. There are plenty of people who will take your money out there, but I was happy to give HPC mine.

This is the best coaching program I have participated in. I've been a coach for 3 years and last year (2020) I had no new clients. After less than a month in this program I already have two high paying clients, with more to come.I learned how to do this all online - which is a brand new paradigm for me. So - the training is awesome, the team are master coaches themselves, and bring both incredible experience as well as a deep kindness and compassion. We learn strategy, the basic know how for creating clients, AND we are coached through our blocks all along the way. What could be better for coaches? AND the strategy for "sales" (not the term they use) is to use coaching with potential clients as they make their decision to sign up with us - again - perfect for coaches. I highly highly recommend this program.

My friends at High performing coach are great trainers. I first met them at a workshop in December 2018. I watched as other people signed up and then started creating busy vibrant coaching businesses. I was stuck, struggling to get past not having any money. I could not see that I cant afford it, my excuse, Should have been I cannot afford not to sign up. In a 7 day challenge this week, I realised what was holding me back. I made the effort, I created the money, all of a sudden, good things started to happen in my business. Dont be like me, I wasted nearly 2 years waiting for the right time. That time is right now!! I have now completed the most amazing 3 day online workshop. My training package has been totally revised. My sales conversation script has been transformed. But my blocks are melting as I take action. Could not have made this progress on my own. Course value priceless.

I don't know which words to use to describe the impact that the offer and the team behind hpc have had on me and my business. I am in the launch Program and I feel holistically supported through the mindset coaching, the teaching of practical and technical skills and the community. These guys really show up fully with al their wisdom, knowledge, excitement and love. I am in week 4 and am having more enrolment calls, more conversations, feel more confident AND safe. Even when those anxious moments knock on my door, I now know that this is just calling in a transformation and I keep on moving instead of staying stuck in fear mode. I signed up for the 7 day challenge but 'life' got in the way this week, so I haven't YET watched ANY of the videos and missed a couple of the calls - but I still personally got so much out of this 'gift' this week. I did sign up for VIP and would highly recommend this. It was truly inspirational, I love the coaching style, the authentic generosity of all who shared and I even found the 'courage' to do my first LIVE on our FB group. Yay me! Action creates confidence! I will watch all of the videos and catch up on all the chats as there will be invaluable nuggets in there for me - but I committed and signed up regardless for Performance, as I'd seen enough to convince me at that point. I am 100% in! Thank you Tina, Max, Ryan and Adrian. Looking forward to the next level of learning, growth and development of my business.

I did the full day workshop with HPC and Marissa Peer last week. This being Covid, the workshop was all online, so I got to join from Singapore - finally - staying up to past midnight so I wouldn't miss a word. I've been a student at HPC for a good 7 or 8 months now, and there's so much I'm still learning with each course that i do with them. Their full day workshops are intensive - and if you've never worked with HPC, it really does present amazing value as you get to download all the nuggets of strategy and wisdom the team have collected over the years on how to build a thriving coaching business and achieve non-stop personal breakthroughs all the way. I LOVED Marissa Peer. It's the first time I've seen her. Thank you HPC for this event. I highly recommend it.
