As a formally-trained engineer who has always prided himself in being a problem-solver ("I can fix that"), my experience with Launch by HPC has opened my eyes to new dimensions of how to effectively lead and coach other people. The Hybrid High Intensity Event was a powerful, inspiring and purposeful experience. The breakthrough mindset and mindfulness exercises were particularly powerful with much to takeaway. As an introduction to the HPC Launch Programme it was enormously helpful and as an introduction to the HPC Team it was brilliant.

I recently attended a one day in person workshop with HPC and as usual, they delivered in spades. The professionalism, content, energy and delivery are spot on.
