Nat has been excellent in terms of the quality of support he has offered me throughout the process of making Hinterview a part of my service to clients. Technically, he helped explain the stages of the process in a clear, concise way and having worked in recruitment previously, Nat understands what my key drivers are. His regular check ins have enabled me to develop the confidence to sell the Hinterview as an integral part of the recruitment process offered to clients, secure interviews for candidates who perhaps on paper weren't best suited for a role, and to secure exclusivity. The fact that clients love being able to review candidates skills and culture fit during a shortlisting call, is also a huge benefit! What do you dislike about Hinterview? It takes time to set up a HInterview and having to convert documents from word to pdf can be a faff. What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you? Enabling candidates who on paper don't meet the requirements of the JD, to be given an opportunity to interview. Securing exclusivity

"Best way to stand out!" What do you like best about Hinterview? Hinterview is a great way to reach out to candidates and clients (for BD) to stand out from other recruiters. It's also far more personal and easier for each candidate to get an idea of the role you are pitching to them. Nat is always around for support should I need anything fixed as well. Integrates seamlessly with our CRM too! What do you dislike about Hinterview? Potentially some minor tweaks here and there, however these are constantly being updated and evaluated to ensure there are never any major issues.

"Recruitment must have!" What do you like best about Hinterview? Hinterview has transformed how I advertise roles, shortlist for jobs and saves me time! I'm able to bring roles to life by recording videos talking about said role, which in hand saves me time. I've also found recording short interviews with candidates helpful for shortlisting purposes as it brings their CV to life. What do you dislike about Hinterview? Nothing of note - it's very user friendly! What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you? It's saving me time talking about roles multiple times when a candidate can watch a short video (which I'm sure has saved me hours!). It's also great to use when shortlisting for roles and recording videos with candidates.

Best User Friendly Tech Out Here! What do you like best about Hinterview? I enjoy the user-friendly step-by-step process Hinterview provides. As I work with international applicants, the application process is a universal language and very simplistic! The way to track the candidate's progress is painless and trouble-free. It has been a game changer for our clients to respect their time and not have them sit through 5-6 hour-long international interview events. The user-friendly process for managing their applicants is so convincing that this is how interviews should be done! The best recruitment video tech.

What do you like best about Hinterview? We did a demo of Hinterview and its competitors and ended up signing with a competitor, based purely on cost. Once we began the onboarding process, it was clear that it didn't have the same functionality as Hinterview and we had made a big mistake. We decided to sign up with Hinterview regardless and cannot fault the platform nor the customer service from all involved. Highly recommend. What do you dislike about Hinterview? On first demo, competitor systems may look shinier but the functionality is not as strong. Hinterview is a more expensive system but justified in its functionality and ongoing support. Enjoyed working with the Hinterview team - Henna was particularly great in her account management, training, and onboarding role. Had a few issues here and there - but Andy (co-founder) helped me solve an issue and he cares about his company and it's reputation. If you need a slick Video tool to help set your recruiting firm apart - record interviews with candidates - or post Social Media Videos about your clients opportunities - this is a tool worth considering.

Hinterview is an essential tool that we utilise when reaching out to candidates and hiring managers. Their account manager Finn is very helpful. I’d definitely recommend using Hinterview if you want to increase your visibility and stand out.
